Food is good but service is horrible, staff don’t care to review what you order just call your name and leave the food bag on the counter without any communication. All the time they forget the drinks which you paid for and no sauce offered. Robots working in the place, sad to see this happening in a big franchise

Taco Bell in Jurupa Valley: 🌮🌮🌮 The food and service at times can be hit or miss. Sometimes it's delicious and the service is quick, but other times it's not as great. It's a decent option when you're craving some fast food, but don't expect consistency.

It seems they are understaffed. I waited at the counter for about 10 minutes for someone to open up the bathroom. You can't find any napkins or hot sauce in the main dining area and the staff will just look at you while you are standing at the register looking for help and they will just walk away. Come on you guys you can do better. Obviously as a chain the food was good but I think that the management needs to possibly retrain the staff because we really felt ignored as customers

Food - negative zero. I did a drive through order. I ordered a Quesarito no rice. Open the bag and immediately smelled something off. I opened the Quesarito and it had a horrible smell. Idk what it was but I immediately threw it away. I tried calling Taco Bell to advise them however kept getting a busy signal.

Just got home and wanted to enjoy my food with the family, but once again, the meat was undercooked. The tacos were very soggy from the meat not being fully cooked. I had to throw my whole order in the trash, and I spent $35.00. What a waste. The undercooked food has happened to me at several other locations, not just at this one. I'm not sure why this keeps on happening, but I'll stick with del taco better prices and better food at reasonable prices.

This Taco Bell should be closed down the staff is very inept and could not get my order right tried charging me twice for the same dish and the person who was working the counter he had fingernails about an inch and a half long don't ask me why I'm afraid to get my eyes scratched out. There soda machine had a funny smell and the restrooms are very dirty I imagine what it look like inside the kitchen there was a technician working on something in the kitchen and he had tools and things all over the place they have very marginal quality food tone thumbs down

I used to like this place. Now they mess up the orders literally every single time. Skip this place and go to McDonald's or burger king in the same parking lot. They don't forget to put half your order in the bag. Incompetence. How hard is it to check and order and put it in a bag. It's not freaking rocket science. How do you mess up orders every single time. A broken clock is right twice a day which is 2 more times than this store gets an order right. The food isn't even all that great. Other taco Bell's make their food better. This place is in the ghetto and their service proves it.

I went to this taco bell to get food. 10 minutes later, I didn't get my food, because the machine they use to take orders was not working. So I told them that is my order coming they said that they take my order. Then, the manager came to help, but she mest up my order, because she put 2 rolled taco party pack, and I ordered 2 taco party packs. Another 30 minutes past by, then I got my order finally came. They didn't apologize when they finally got my order right. The manager and the employees ended up arguing. Horrible experience.😤

I just showed up at 1:50am ten minutes before they are scheduled to close and they said they were closed I honked to get there attention the lady inside waved there closed and then hid so she can ignore me. Do not recommend going there late nights because they close when they want. Very pissed and hungry now.
