Good and fast service, Excellent food! Everything was great. Our server was amazing! We’ll definitely come back.
Thank you Autumn and other staff for being here on Thanksgiving! Thank you for wonderful service and meal. The food is wonderful and a place will always return to.
Great quality food, quick and efficient service and very good about social distancing. They give good portions of food, very fast and didn’t forget an order. I love that they have so many different types of meat and sides. They also provide steam eggs and tofu soup and a variety of sides to enjoy!
Took my older sons here for lunch. Their first KBBQ experience. The front host was very welcoming and got us an handicap accessible table right away. I ordered Banchan, but it never came. It's OK my guys didn't care it was the participation in selecting and cooking their own meats that had them enjoying it. Lastly we saved the best for last, that RIBEYE STEAK!! 3 Rounds and we were done!
This place was delicious and the experience was better than my first time in Vegas. The choice of meats was shorter than some of the other places around, but there were many more appetizers and since I was dinning with 3 first timers and one picky eater (no spicy no seafood) we picked oz. The appetizers were on point! Cheese corn, wings, and potstickers were sooo good. The short rib was our favorite and the sweet pork was good. BBQ chicken surprised me bc I expected it to be bland and it really wasn't. We also tried the briscuit which was not marinated and it was OK. Since I like spicy I put the Chile sauce on it and that was good. Atmosphere was good, they changed out the grills after each round and I did not smell smokey. Would definitely come again.
Didn’t like the idea of making your own food at first. Somehow became a happy regular. Everything is delicious.
Food was excellent! Service was top tier. Constantly refilling waters, getting orders out quickly. Went on a busy Saturday night. Had to sign up online due to long waits. Got there early and someone didn't show so we got to take their spot.
Great KBBQ spot! Would definitely recommend for people that have never gone to KBBQ. Would highly recommend the royal galbi and the beef bulgogi. If you like spice try it spicy. And also any of the porkbellys are amazing too!
Autumn was fantastic and very attentive. Food was good and we had fun seeing the kitty robot.
We had a huge party of almost 30 ppl we were a difficult group, celebrating 2 birthdays, with drinking and lots of requests….. the service kept up no problem (like always) and the food never misses!! Been going here for years and will continue to do so!
Awesome place for groups. Great food choices and quality of meats. It’s located right off of the freeway so it’s an awesome stop for a great meal when on long rides. It does take a while to be seated but it’s totally worth it! There was nothing I did not like. And of course I will be back
Came over from K1. Wait for 5 people not long. Everything was great! The new addition wait service from a robot was interesting. Overall great place.
The KBBQ here was delicious! The meats were good, the corn cheese was good, and the sides were phenomenal! Some recommendations from my group are the sesame beef, the brisket, and spicy brisket. We went through the Yelp waitlist and when we got there it took a couple minutes for them to set up our table. The drinks were strong but tasty, one person got the sweethearts and said it tasted “really good, very fruity!” and another got the Scooby snacks which looks like a shamrock shake and she enjoyed hers! In addition to 2 Modelo and a Kloud super clear everybody enjoyed their beverages. Everything was good, and we’re definitely looking to come back
I highly recommend this Korean barbecue restaurant. From my very first visit to my most recent one, the atmosphere has consistently been welcoming and enjoyable, and the service has always been exceptional. The food is truly outstanding—especially the marinated meats, which are some of the best I’ve ever had. Every visit is a memorable dining experience, and this has quickly become my go-to spot for Korean barbecue over any other.
We have dined here at least twice a year since 2019. Variety of foods. Always fresh. Great service. Tasty drinks. Would recommend reservations before you go. Look them up on maps. Fast and easy. 9/27/25 My daughter drove for 2 hours to meet up n have dinner with us for my son’s 15th birthday. She’s always saying there’s no place like Oz where she lives. We enjoyed as always while watching our Niner game. I post family pics because this place is a family favorite.
4/2023 doesn't allow advanced reservations for parties less than 7. Waited an hour. Good food, service downgraded, slow, and have to self request many things. 2022 Good food, great service. The only complaint is the chair, which was very slippery on the floor, not comfy to enjoy a long meal.
Stopped in for AYCE lunch with my partner after an appointment in Sacramento. The wait to be seated was short and the service was friendly. They even have a robot server that sings the happy birthday song to guests. The food is great and the atmosphere is fun. AYCE pricing is appropriate and definitely get what you pay for. Our burner was a little inconsistent- the server had to keep adjusting it as we smoked out the place and the flame did flare up on us, but otherwise a great dining experience. I recommend the NY strip and the bulgogi. The garlic fries are delicious and the sweet chili wings are tasty, but very small.
I went today with my daughter and a friend...from the time we arrived the staff was so kind...our waiter was amazing. You start off with rice and different sides...you can order any veggies...and 2 sides and 3 meats at a time... The marinated meat...aaaamazing... the food was so good...we tried so many different meats...they were all good... I did not care for the texture of 5he calamari...so they ate it...I also dont like wasabi...so did not try that...everything else is good...very very good.
$30 per person for ayce. The wait is pretty long even if you check in online beforehand. However, there is a nice little bar in the front that isn't too expensive selling pretty good cocktails for $6. As for the kbbq experience itself, it was great. Service was good. The side dishes are satisfactory and they even have rice wraps. Weird that extra charge for lettuce wraps though. They have galbi and also steak that is nicely marbled (see picture). The brisket is yummy. The tofu stew is better than lots of Korean place and the steamed egg is also really yummy. I would definitely come back in a heartbeat whenever I want ayce kbbq!
This place was such a cool experience. We got the all you can dinners. Everything was delicious, every type of meat was great. The service was phenomenal. Cool place to go as a group of friends or a date! The tempura cheesecake for desert was also great! I'll highly recommend this joint to anyone who come through town!
It has a very modern and youthful vibe. There is a grill in the center of the table that you cook your own food on. It is a unique and fun way of going out for dinner. They have an all you can eat with a lot of great choices of meats. Every 15 minutes or so we had them bring out new meats to grill up. It's pretty close to how I imagine heaven. The serving staff was great. They were friendly and super upbeat which made us feel very comfortable. As soon as I put down an empty glass they brought me a new drink. This place is amazing! A must try if you haven't been.
Second time coming here and I'm a fan!!! Everytime I think I want Korean BBQ this is the only place that comes to mind. The price for all you can eat is fair, the environment is cozy, and the food portions you receive are just excellent. I have nothing bad to say about this place and the service you receive. Fantastic food and very kind service. I love it!! And will be an advocate to anyone who's looking to get into some BBQ. I wish I had better video but when you start grubbing it's so hard to want to take pics.
This is my favorite Korean BBQ restaurant! I keep trying other places, but so far nothing has come close to Oz. I live in the Roseville area, so this is a bit of a drive for me, but its worth it! They offer several side dishes that are all delicious. The meat is flavorful and fresh and I've never had a bad server. The only way it could be better would be if they eliminated seed oils. I often go here with a friend to catch up on life. While the concept is open, its never hard to hear what she's saying. As a bonus, they have Pepsi products and an adorable robot server!
Had a seriously awesome experience here. Cannot stress enough how kind and attentive the staff here was, constantly checking in but not being overbearing, making sure we were happy and fed. Food isn't cheap, but was an amazing value and an even better experience. This is my girlfriends new favorite restaurant and type of food in general. If you're looking for a place for date night that's fun and gets you fat and happy this is the place. Addair took care of us and he was an awesome guy who earned his tip 10 times over. (Get the Bay Breeze cocktail)
If you like Asian food this is the place. The service here was friendly and quick. We chose the lunch all you can eat. Were were told to choose 3 appetizers, 3 proteins and our choice of veggies. Rice, salad, and sauces are available upon request. We were very pleased with our meal and overall experience. Well be back for sure. I will recommend to anyone!
Wait time was about an hour but it was well worth it. It was our second time coming here, the first being in 2015 and the service is still top notch since then. Seriously, the best! Our waiter that night made sure we had everything and asked us if we wanted refills every single time he came by. Food was delicious, plenty of side dishes and all workers are wearing gloves and face masks when necessary. You do need a face mask when you walk in and they take your temperature. Once cleared, you're escorted to the outside seating area and to your table. When you sit down, you're allowed to take off your mask. There's a barcode on the edge of the table that you can scan with your phone to pull up the menu. You pick 3 starters, 3 proteins, and any mixed veggies. Also, If you need to use the restroom you have to put your mask back on. Same if you're leaving, put it back on and take it off once you're outside of the restaurant and in your car. In the end, we came out full and happy! We will definitely be coming back soon!
Such an amazing place! It was our first time and Josh was so kind to explain to us like 3 times how the robot worked. He suggested specific meats that were our favorites. Excellent food, terrific customer service. Adorable robot. We are definitely coming back with the rest of the family. Mochi ice cream delicious too!
I always enjoy my visits here. The staff is genuinely friendly and attentive, which makes every experience pleasant. If you prefer a relaxed meal, coming earlier in the day is a great idea since it is quieter. In the evening it gets quite busy because it is so popular, so making a reservation is definitely recommended.
A different experience cooking your food together. I loved this experience with my man. The royal galbi was the best!!
We came as a group of eight, and the staff handled us with so much patience and humor. They set us up with a big Korean BBQ spread, and the food kept coming — marinated beef, pork belly, endless banchan. The place was buzzing with energy, filled with laughter and sizzling sounds. Perfect for friends who want to eat, chat, and share a fun night.
if you get here when it first opens, its even better because there's no wait. the old grill tops didn't seem to charge up as much as the round ones, but putting the vent tubes really help on the smoke. Trang has always been our go to person, she always has a positive and helpful nature. the food is seasoned very well, and as long as you want more, they bring it. the variety is also note worthy, I wish there was one closer to vacaville. the blue house korean bbq in vacaville should definitely take some lessons from Oz, they do it rigjt!
Everyone is very friendly and the food is delicious. We just tried their bulgogi and loved the flavor as well as the portion size. We are looking forward to our next visit!
I've been to many AYCE Korean BBQs, and I gotta say this place is one of the best. Their service, food quality, and attention to detail are one of a kind. Shout out to our server, Iosepa! You're awesome, and my family had a wonderful time!
The meats here are top quality. We love coming here with our girls so they can see their food being made and taste food directly from the grill. AYCE is worth it for a hungry family. This review was made in connection with a Toast promotion.
I was visiting the city alone and wanted authentic Korean food. The serdvice was warm, and the staff even suggested dishes I’d never tried. The kimchi jjigae was comforting, spicy, and rich in flavor, perfect after a day of walking. The interior had rustic touches mixed with modern design, giving me both comfort and a sense of cultural immersion. A memorable stop on my trip.
This is a great place to go for AYCE KBBQ. Their food tastes great and they have cute robots delivering to your table. So it provides for an interesting experience that you don't find everywhere. You'll always leave super full. Their lunch deal is also pretty good for its price.
Im from SF and can be a bit of a snob about whats good. OZ exceeded my expectations. Korean BBQ for meat lovers is a must try because there's nothing quite like it. Grilling at your own table is a very special touch. The food is FABULOUS. Not cheap, but definitely worth the price.
The food was delicious. The atmosphere was cool not bad for what it is. I believe the service could have been a lot better but it was busy and should have been expected by the workers. But overall everything was great. July 16 2024 - My fiancé birthday was great. The robot sang happy birthday which I thought was pretty cool and this time things were a lot better... I would make one suggestion.. BIGGER TABLES!!!
Oz Korean BBQ in Sacramento, CA is an absolute must-try restaurant. From their delicious, all-you-can-eat menu to their amazing selection of fresh seafood and meats, there's something for everyone here. The Royal Galbi is a particular favorite – the marinade adds just the right amount of flavor to the juicy meat, making it one of the best dishes I've ever tasted! The starters are also delicious; the fried green beans and pot stickers pack a punch with their flavor. And don't forget to try the sesame balls with red bean paste – they're absolutely divine! If you're looking for an unforgettable experience and some truly authentic cuisine, then Oz Korean BBQ is the place to be! Their friendly staff will make sure that your visit is comfortable and enjoyable while providing excellent service throughout your meal. Plus, they have a cool robot that will deliver food items to your table! Five stars all around – I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Sacramento.
This was only our second time here because the wait time is horrible, but that's because it's so poplar. We added our name to a two hour wait list, went home for an hour and a half and then went back and waited a little longer. The concept is interesting and fun, they even have robots that deliver your food! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The food is yummy and you can even ask for smaller portions so you can try more meats. They have various flavored chicken, beef, pork, shrimp and they also have clams, baby squid and more! They bring the meats to you raw and you put it on the grill right in the middle of the table. Super easy to cook and you're not even hot at your table. They bring a bowl of rice and various sides to you as well. Comes with a free dessert as well.
This is the only Korean BBQ spot from sac to the city that deserves five stars. I’ve been here a handful of times but Trang is the one I’d like to give special props for her service. One downfall is you have to have Yelp to make reservations ahead of time which I don’t have. They also temp check before seating. Food is super fresh. Six dipping sauces to choose from. Two days before and two days after your birthday you can come in to get your birthday credit. You get three appetizers and three main dishes per table. Parking has a security guard at night. There’s a bar, clean restrooms and a full bar. Curbside takeout. Heated waiting area.
The service here was friendly and quick. We chose the lunch all you can eat. Were were told to choose 3 appetizers, 3 proteins and our choice of veggies. Rice, salad, and sauces are available upon request. We wanted to try multiple items so we asked for smaller portions so we wouldn't waist food and could quickly order the next items. We were very pleased with our meal and overall experience. Well be back for sure.

Loved it. Great food and seasonings. We love the all you can eat family style. Staff was friendly and kept refilling the drinks often. Plus, they didnt try to rush us out of there which kudos to them. We were here for a birthday party of 16 people. We made a reservation ahead of time. Several other large groups were present as well. Definately make a reservartion for larger groups or even if its just two of you to avoid waiting.
First time Korean experience. Sorry but not really my cup of tea. My food rating is for me alone to give an accurate feeling of my tastes. I was In a party of 6 and they would give the food 5 STARS. Everyone else gushed over their meal(s). The restaurant is basically an all you can eat smorgasbord that you grill yourself at the table. I was already getting full, while everyone else acted like they had only just finished appetizers. I kept to light fare items, like simple meats and rice. I did taste test some other items, but not something I could personally enjoy. Service was beyond top notch, with a person present every few minutes to take additional orders, check on drinks and pick up a plethora of used dishes. (I was invited to this family event, so I do not know what the cost was.)
Seems like outside seating is going through a remodeling when I went for lunch. Either way, this location is a bit small for my taste. I’ve gone to the Elk Grove location and my only problem for these places are the parking. Lunch was a problem for parking so be prepared to look for a spot because sometimes it’s a battle for them haha my opinion on that. Aside the parking, food and service is always on point if you know what you want. They’ll bring it to you on the double but if you take your time then don’t be surprised of a bit of a wait because there’s other order on point at other tables 👀. Oh and keep in mind you cook your meats. Overall good!
Very pleased with our first visit here. Food was great, ended up being quite worth the lunch all-you-can-eat price. Some things weren't as tasty as others, we weren't sure whether we cooked the calamari steaks properly (which would've been a nice thing for the waiter to talk about to new comers), and we had annoying temperature variations with the grill (sometimes the meat would cook instantly, other times it would sit there for a long while). Great overall. I would certainly return to eat more of that delicious meat.
Had a wonderful time at the Korean All You Can Eat, Oz. Blake the host was warm, friendly and very helpful. Lien, our waitress was excellent! She was quick, efficient and very personable. I believe that was her name. After eating, I was in a bit of food coma....😳. She was Asian and had blond hair. The food was delicious. I especially loved the steam egg dish. It was soft, custard-like and bubbling hot when it was brought to our table. For all you can eat (minus drinks and extras), it costs $24.99 for adults and $13.98 for kids 4-10 on the weekends. On the weekdays, it costs less $18.99 for adults and $13.99 for kids for lunch from 11-4. You can order small portions of the meats so that you could try more items without getting so full. I am sure this place is packed in the evenings. However, you can log onto the Yelp app and be waitlisted to speed up your wait-time. I would definitely go back again for another enjoyable time at the Oz.
Have come many times to either this location or the Elk Grove one. Upon arriving we let the server know that it was my wifes bday today and we were told at the end we could spin the wheel for a prize. That did not happen. They forgot. Food is great, my go-to is Oz Galbi and sesame beef. But on my last order, I ordered sesame beef and got pork belly. I left it there. Too fatty. Overall I like this place, but I like the Elk Grove location alot more.
I went there for my birthday, and I've never had Korean BBQ before. It was a Wednesday and every table was taken, I'm glad we made reservations. I really liked the food and it was fun to cook it by ourselves. We tried veggies, pickled everything and I even asked for fries. The robot was so cute! I'm posting a little video of it. We would definitely come back. The dessert wasn't the best but honestly, I was pretty satisfied with the all you can eat dinner, and it felt enough. The spinning wheel you can play for your birthday was meh. Don't count on getting you anything that it wouldn't make you come back within a month. Overall a nice experience.
Their beef bulgogi was so flavorful and yummy! Overall the meats and sides were great. But the service was a bit slow, perhaps a shortage of servers? The wait time to get in took very long. Best to reserve your table way ahead of time, especially on the weekends. Otherwise you could be waiting 45 minutes to an hour (I’m not exaggerating).
I am not too familiar with KBBQ this was my 3rd time any a restaurant like this but I would say it was a top 2 contender in my experience so far! The options for food were great, service was a little slower than I anticipated only reason for the 4.5 and not full 5 star rating.
The waitresses were all very polite and it was amazing on how many times she kept checking in on me and my wife to see if we needed anything. The only down side is it was WARM inside. I get that it's August, dead summer and 99*F outside, but I wasn't that comfortable during my stay. Overall, it's a good place. We chose this over Blue House.
The food was tasty and fresh. I liked how you get a bunch of little appetizers all you can eat included with your main course. While a bit pricy, you get a heaping giant scoop of either vanilla bean or matcha (green tea) ice creams. This is a seperate charge. The food was good. I've never been here. I was here with other people that brought their children. That was too much for me. But the cooking was fun. It's too much meat for me. I don't know if I'll come back. I don't know how the waitress put up with my family. One of the steaks came but it wasn't cut up like it was supposed be. A robot brought us our meat on a tray. That was cool to see. It would go from table to table. It was an experience.

Go to the one at elk groove instead lol got one severing, took forever for the second, oh but they hurried us out real fast. Manager seemed more occupied on the money aspect, and not the business.

Was recommended this place by a coworker and it definitely lived up to the hype. I came in on a weekday and there wasn't a long wait at all, which was a nice bonus. There are lots of meat options…
The food was good, plenty of selection for food and drinks. The service did slow down after the second protein/drinks order. The other servers were more than happy to check up on the status of the orders for a timely delivery. They did change out the grills regularly, but we're sluggish on the orders for sauces, rice papers, and appetizers. I will still recommend OZ for a dinner experience but keep on the servers to provided you what you request.
Very expensive. Although it is all you can it, I don't understand why do they have to throw away the food you don't order, but they bring it to you anyway (like appetizers that are on the table before you are even seated)? Seems wasteful. Usually when we go out to eat and spend over $50, we come back with two boxes of leftovers which are then used to have dinner on the next day. Here on the other hand, you can't take the food you cannot finish. Doesn't seem to be a fair value of ~$50. The food tasted okay. I've expected more. Besides, most of the staff have a strong asian accent which is very difficult to understand along with all the noise going on around you.
Garlic chicken was just chicken, no seasoning. Dirty table. Moved to another dirty table and chair was dirty, got whatever stickiness it was got on my pants. Server Mai V. Was great.
I've been on a Korean BBQ binge this past week, and this spot was one of the better AYCE options I tried. The food was solid, and while the flavors aren’t the most authentic, everything still tasted good and hit the spot. That said, I was disappointed to see they had a yellow placard. Cleanliness and safety are just as important as flavor, so I hope they take the necessary steps to address whatever issues came up. I'd consider going back once they clear that up, because the experience otherwise was solid!
This is my first time at this establishment. The waiters took complete advantage of the 18% auto gratuities. Service was lacking. When he showed up, the server rarely had anything we asked for. No chili sauce was given until towards the end. By this time, my pot stickers were cold. The sauce was grainy and unpleasant. I spoke with GM Haley the next day about the poor experience. She was professional, pleasant, and helpful. Due to her I would give this location another try
Overall experience was good but there were a few things that were cause for concern. First off the food was all excellent taste was good lots of sauce and marination and came out in a timely manner. Only thing to complain about there is one of the starters we ordered was wings and when I had bitten into it the inside was still very pink. Only other thing I have a complaint when we ordered desert it took 40 minutes from when we ordered to get our root beer floats and that was after I had asked if they had forgotten about them. Overall good experience could just use a quality improvement in select areas.
The wait for lunch on Sunday was about 25 mins for two people, then after we were seated, we probably waited about another ten mins before they took our order. Not all the tables were full, and I understand they can't fill those if they don't have the staff, but we waited a long time in between service, such as not having a drink for some time while I was eating spicy food. Service was not great, and the food was only decent.
First, I would like to say that the last time I came here I gave it 5 stars !! It’s been a year now, and I have changed it to 3 stars. I came here for lunch with my family on Monday, 9/11/2023. The price for lunch now is $23.99 for adults and $20 for kids ages 4-10. The lady who sat us has great service. What I really dislike the most now is how we order and the way we get our food. Now it seems like there is less customer service / help with getting our needs met. There seems to only be one waitress/ waiter helping one side in the area we were sitting. After making our first order, a robot delivers the food to you. This was okay at first , it didn’t seem to take long. After our first round of ordering. It took a while for the waiter to come back and take our order again. Now that there were more people coming in for lunch, the service and wait for our food took longer. We were only able to get 3 orders in. Thankfully the food still taste as good. For me, the price and wait time for it , was not worth it. I feel like the robot delivering the food takes longer. It needs to go back to how it was before. All this new technology is killing this food service industry. I don’t know exactly what was going on, but it was terrible. We already have to cook our own food and enjoy it that way, but making us wait for the food to come is ridiculous. I hope it gets better. I really love coming to Oz. If this is how they do things now, I will definitely not be going back at all.

Disappointed Lunch Experience – Walked Out Hungry I came in for lunch. The place was nearly empty—just a few tables taken. I placed my order, and the waiter told me, “Give me 2 minutes, I’ll seat you.” I could already feel her energy was off, like she didn’t want to be there. I get it—we all have bad days. But I waited… and waited. After 10 minutes of standing around, I politely asked if my order was ready. She just said, “Wait a little more.” No apology. No update. No effort. It felt like I was invisible in an empty restaurant. That’s when I realized—some people just aren’t meant for customer service. I left without lunch. No food. No service. No reason to come back.
Came here for lunch and it was pretty empty, however the front desk person also acted as waiter, we waited 20 minutes plus to order in between, especially between the first and second orders, not sure if that's their tactics, will try other Korean bbq next time.
Very disappointed! Saw on TikTok this was the best kbbq so we give it a try. Drove an hour and half , food was not really good and service was really bad :(
The meal and service were fine, but after we left, a manager came outside and questioned whether we had paid, even though we had already paid in cash. Being singled out like this was humiliating and felt discriminatory. This completely ruined our experience and made us feel profiled based on our appearance.
When I went in, it was fine. It wasn't until I was paying that I had issues, my family of five and I've gone multiple times before and every time people complain. They get stuff free, but when I complain when I get bad service I never get accommodated for it This couple of 11 when I went in yesterday Got free alcohol and the gratuity scrubbed off it feels like everyone i go at least one large party gets free things or gets the mandatory gratuity scrubbed off these mangers have no back bone and just lose the servers money and the business. TOO MANY MANGERS THAT LET RUDE PEOPLE SLIDE AND RUIN IT FOR ALL.
TL;DR - Found metal wire in my cheese corn "small plate". Everything else was average despite being the number one rated KBBQ place in the area. Service fumbled the opportunity to make it right. REVIEW - I'm really disappointed with how a serious issue was handled here. During our meal at Oz Korean BBQ (Bradshaw), I found a thin, curvy metal wire-like object in my food. I immediately notified our waiter, who brought the manager over. The manager acknowledged the issue and took the metal wire back to the kitchen to "check something". After that, there was no follow-up at all. No explanation, no apology, no check-in. Our party of seven finished our meal, paid the bill, and as we were leaving, I went to go look for the manager to ask what the verdict was. His response was simply, "Want free dessert?" -- after we had already paid and were on our way out. Mistakes can happen, but finding metal in food is a serious food safety concern. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication, accountability, and urgency from management. This situation could have been handled much better but I won’t be coming back. Thank God the small plate was not intended for my 15 month old!
I had been wanting to visit a Korean BBQ restaurant for a long time. I’m a huge fan of Korean dramas and Korean food, and I’ve already tried nearly every Korean restaurant in the area. But when we came to Oz, it turned out to be the worst restaurant experience of my life — worse than any small cafés or cheap diners I’ve ever been to. The food was terrible. I honestly don’t understand how anyone can make meat taste so bad. The sauces were awful, cheap, and clearly poured straight from a giant can. The marinated meats were inedible; the only thing that was somewhat acceptable was the steak. The vegetables were raw and tasteless, and aside from soy sauce and BBQ, there were no proper sauces at all. The corn with cheese dish was just ridiculous — bland, boring, and lacking any originality. Service was also extremely slow, clearly done on purpose so customers would order less. We waited more than an hour for our food. This was probably the only place where I’ve ever felt so disrespected — being forced to wait for over an hour even though they told us it would be 30–45 minutes at most. And the worst part? There were plenty of empty tables the entire time. I asked the waiter why, and he gave some nonsense excuse about a “fundraising event.” But later, those same tables were still only partially occupied. At least 30% of the seats were empty the whole time. It really felt like they were creating an artificial waitlist. It’s absolutely not worth going there — it was a disgusting experience. To be fair, our waitress herself was fine — she took the order correctly and did her job well. I have no complaints about her personally. But the restaurant’s system and food quality were just awful.
This place is a complete joke. I spent $89 on curbside pickup and there wasn’t even a curbside spot. No one answered the phone when I called. I had to go inside only two other tables were there, yet service was still terrible. I ordered medium broccoli with white sauce, and they gave me attitude about giving me the sauce I PAID FOR just because I also bought a large one. Seriously? My teriyaki chicken barely had any meat, and both chicken and rice orders came with NO sauce at all. Total waste of time and money. The portions are tiny, the staff is rude and clueless, and they overcharge. Don’t order takeout here unless you want to be disappointed and disrespected.
