Unica pecca sono le porte delle camere difficili da chiudere e poco insonorizzantj, per il resto lo staff è troppo cordiale e gentile, il posto da favola, camere nuove e ben arredate, siamo stati molto bene.

Siamo stati ospiti ad un battesimo, la struttura è davvero bella... Ampio parcheggio, sala molto spaziosa che affaccia sul giardino pulito e curato, piscina illuminata di sera, si vedevano le luci della città, sicuramente di giorno il panorama dev'essere mozzafiato. Infine, ma non ultima come importanza, abbiamo mangiato davvero bene.

On November 29th, we celebrated my son's 18th birthday. From the moment we booked, months in advance, we immediately noticed the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. Ester, who looked after us, was immediately available to accommodate our requests. Finally, the location is wonderful.

I celebrated my 18th birthday at Villa Sethare, and I couldn't have asked for anything better! From the very first moment, the organization was perfect in every way: everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the decor to the table layout, from the service to the pace of the evening. The food was excellent, plentiful, and high-quality, and all the guests complimented me on how much they enjoyed their time. Each course was carefully prepared and served professionally. The atmosphere was also wonderful: elegant yet warm and welcoming, perfect for an event as important as my 18th. A huge thank you goes to the DJ, photographer, and vocalist, who were brilliant and helped make the party even more special. The music, lighting, and energy they brought ensured that no one was left standing still; we had a blast from start to finish! But the biggest thanks definitely goes to Esther, who was truly fantastic. Always available, kind, and patient, she supported me throughout the planning process, responding professionally and courteously to all my requests (even when I contacted her a thousand times 😅). It's thanks to her that everything went perfectly and I was able to experience an unforgettable, worry-free evening. I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Sethare to anyone planning an important event: the staff is expert, the setting is wonderful, and the atmosphere is truly magical. I had already celebrated my first daughter's 18th birthday in 2020 and was satisfied with both the venue and the helpfulness and kindness of the owners. After 5 years we returned and precisely on the 22nd of this month we celebrated my other daughter's 18th birthday. There's no point repeating the same things, the only difference is that this time we were looked after by the manager of the venue, Ester, a very precise and reliable woman, and by Valentina of Ival_creazioni who organized and looked after us until the end of the evening.

The owner was very nice and helpful, he was available at all times to help us. Employees on site are very nice with simple good breakfast. He showed us the way in Salerno, good restaurants and gelato spot. There is no restaurants close by, but take a bus to go to the city it’s not very long and worth it. If you want a quiet place, this is ideal. In the mountain with breathtaking views and a pool. Bus stop, grocery store and pharmacy only 7-8 minutes walk.

Posto bellissimo ,ottima la vista dal terrazzo, molto cordiali i titolari ,piscina confortevole e tenuta bene,colazione classica ma il ragazzo è molto disponibile e attento ad min farci mancare niente...

Abbiamo trascorso la giornata per festeggiare la Comunione di mia Figlia; luogo molto bello con una vista spettacolare e panoramica, facilmente raggiungibile dal centro della città. Buona organizzazione, staff gentile e cordiale, cibo di buon livello. Nel complesso esperienza molto positiva. Da consigliare pienamente.

Regalatevi un momento di relax immersi nel verde e con una splendida vista di Salerno. Potete fare colazione in terrazza oppure direttamente in camera . Lo staff è molto disponibile tuttavia mancano alcuni servizi come la possibilità di comprare una bottiglia d’acqua o di ricevere assistenza immediata da un receptionist tutta la notte.

Ho trascorso la sera del 31 dicembre per cenone e veglione, una bella serata con musica dal vivo. La qualità deI cibo mediocre, il servizio veloce non di qualità ma da apprezzare molto la buona volontà e disponibilità dei ragazzi molto giovani. Siamo stati allietati dal piano bar coinvolgente con musica dal vivo. Posiziobe panoramica su Salerno che ha consentito di vedere i fuochi. Per questa serata, tutto sommato per €.100,00 non ci si può lamentare troppo, grazie al fatto che non fosse affollato e il parcheggio compreso. Zona tranquilla

Ho viaggiato con amici e la mia camera era veramente brutta e vecchia mentre le altre devo dire che oltre ad essere più eleganti offrivano una veduta davvero strepitosa.pertanto contesto il fatto che il prezzo sia stato il medesimo per ognuna.

We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday and were very satisfied. The location may seem a bit inconvenient, but it's definitely worth it for the view and the well-maintained spaces. Besides the truly beautiful facility, I really appreciated the professionalism of Ester, the facility manager. She's very attentive, precise, and very reliable. We understood each other immediately, and everything we agreed upon was done. This also plays a huge role in the success of an event.

A beautiful property surrounded by greenery and tranquility. We had the Maestrale room, which has a wonderful view. It offers a large pool equipped with every comfort (including changing rooms with hot showers). The staff is very friendly.

Sono stato li ad un battesimo. Locale poco curato all'esterno; arrivati sul posto ci rechiamo dove verrà effettuato l'aperitivo. Essendo i primi non mi aspettavo di trovare un pavimento già sporco,per non parlare dei gradini rotti con il rischio di cadere.Poltrone rotte e piene di polvere,bicchieri del buffet sporchi,in compenso c'erano quelli di plastica che erano puliti.Personale gentile anche se poco attenti alle richieste degli invitati. Per la cucina devo dire che abbiamo mangiato bene mi aspettavo di peggio vedendo il biglietto da visita all'esterno. Da migliorare un posto con quelle potenzialità è un peccato vederlo abbandonato.

Bellissima location, anche se molto difficoltoso da raggiungere se non hai un navigatore a disposizione, con sale, piscina e tanto verde. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Secondo me in base alla bellissima location la cucina, anche se con prodotti genuini, pecca leggermente nella preparazione delle portate. Soprattutto nel confezionamento degli antipasti. Non si può portare in un unico piatto tutti i vari assortimenti. Alla fine si fa un "miscuglio" tra latticini, affettati, e pomodoro confondendo i sapori. Magari dividerli in più portate. Rivedibile

Strange place. more motel than hotel

Sono stata ospite ad una comunione , nonostante la posizione con una bella vista panoramica la struttura non è molto curata, ( peccato) perché ha un bel potenziale potrebbe tanto tanto di più con piccoli accorgimenti, nulla da dire sull’allestimento, la cliente(mamma della bambina) ha curato tutto nei minimi dettagli ha creato una bella scenografia. Sul cibo ne avrei un po’ di critiche”costruttive”… non discuto la qualità ma la preparazione dei piatti lasciava molto a desiderare, confrontandomi con altri ospiti devo dire eravamo tutti molto d’accordo! Sul personale devo dire tutti molto carini e ospitali

My partner, my 16-month-old son, and I were dissatisfied with the dirty pool; the water even discolored our swimming caps from white to yellow. Terrible bathrooms, showers with all kinds of insects. 0 organization Extremely dirty loungers. Not recommended for children, especially the little ones. I had seen the page, it seemed nice, and I was even thinking of staying one night. We immediately changed our minds.

That is definitely the worst out of hte worst places you can go at in Italy. If you are a foreigner do NOT SET YOUR FOOT AT THIS PROPERTY. It is full of BUGS/ANTS and all the insects that you can think of. It is very very dirty, nobody can speak even the slightest level of English over there and the pool is not open most of the times. Worst experience in Italy that me and my family had.
