What are some quick I'm making the food and serving you
Cant cook atm and needed a breakfast meal on a low budget. Something savory and sweet. High in protein and a sweet treat too. Jumbo breakfast platter on point. Good energy from employee staff as well at 6:45am on a sunday. :)
The best Jack in the Box in Salinas Hands Down, been going to this establishment since middle school.

I’m from out of state and Tried this place today for the first time- my new favorite fast food!!! It is SOOO good. I got the mini tacos and the chicken wrap and the chocolate cake they have is amazing!!! Staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend.
Stopped for burgers coming back from an afternoon outing. I got the Buttery swiss burger combo. Some of the best curly fries I've had from a Jacks!! My friend got a sourdough jacket and loved it.

THIS PLACE ROCKS. get the cinnamon things and don't save them for dessert. ya gotta eat them first while they're hot cuz then it feels good as it bursts in your mouth and oozes and yeah. five stars isn't even an exaggeration.
Depending on who's working the service varies. The older Hispanic gentleman is awesome. The older Hispanic female and younger staff are rude especially when they make a mistake on your order. I asked for extra sauce and was told you have to pay for it which was fine by me. When I told her I'd pay for the extra sauce the girl rolled her eyes at me and said "here I am giving you 2 more" and closed the window. I was trying to buy 6 sauce packets for the 3 orders of egg rolls for my squad. Bad experience. Food is ok as expected for a fast food chain.
I used the mobile app. The Jumbo Jack was super; I hadn't had a fast food burger in a while. The bun was great and the tomato and onion construction was good. Update: I must remove two stars. This location does not include the cheese in the tacos; even when I ordered extra cheese for 20¢ they did not put any cheese in my tacos. The Jack in the Box on North Main makes their tacos correctly.
This store's staff was friendly and the inside of the store was clean. I liked that this fast-food restaurant's coffee taste was fresh.
This franchise frequently under delivers when you pay for extras on your food. If you get a chicken sandwich and pay for extras, they will likely be stingy and sprinkle your extras as minimally as possible. I purchased a sandwich with extras multiple times and got the same results, so I stopped.
We went to Jack in The box for a pickup that we ordered online on the app. We got home and realized we were missing our six tacos that's pretty much the one thing we were looking forward to eating. So we tried to call the number on the receipt and it was disconnected it wasn't going through. I called the number on Google that number did not go through also. So we're pretty much just sitting there I'm making an online complaint on the website. So annoying the food was all right p
I'm honestly surprised this location is still in business. Incorrect order, stale fries, cold tacos, flat soda. Place is filthy as well!
I ask for a plain burger.instead I got a burger with cheese pickles tomatoes.instead of getting a sprite I got coke . They got everything wrong.Do not recommend
Food was cold & burger was missin items I do not recommend this place !.
They messed up order,and did it twice in same order,had too order 3 times time , after that we just left 😕and never coming back it was the 6 o'clock shift
This jack and the box has the worst service I do not understand why people have a job if they do not have good customer service always rude instead of being polite !! Especially when the guys who work here that are feminine are extra rude !! Look into your employees maybe they need more training on customer service !! And etiquette
Wow... so I guess basic customer service is too much to ask for these days. A direct reflection of our educational system in my honest opinion. Can't speak well and treat customers as if they are a problem. I was calm, respectful, and still getting attitude. The management and owners need to reflect on the type of people they hire that are supposed to be representing their business. 7/6 8pm so you know your crew that is failing your business.
Asked the manager for hot fries and they just dipped the back in the hot oil. Bad service. Wast of money
