I went straight there, placed my order, and the service was terrible. 1. They tried to charge me twice for my debit card, claiming the terminal didn't read it the first time. 2. The customer service was awful, very arrogant. 3. They didn't include ranch dressing with my wings. What's wrong with them? I'm ashamed of the current service; they need to take care of their customers.

The service was slow, the clamato was good, my friends and I ordered it and the cheese sticks were a bit hard, but the worst part was these cheese sticks; that's how they were served. It used to be one of my favorite places, I hadn't been in a while and honestly, the service was bad.

I bought some wings to go and the sauce evaporated in 15 minutes and they looked really dry and reheated. I called and they told me that the sauce disappears in 15 minutes.

They delivered our wings frozen, and they also delivered our cheese fingers with too much oil. This has NEVER happened to us before, but I imagine the oversight is because no one is supervising the kitchen staff, who are very young and just playing around. Plus, the tables (all of them) are dirty and have a lot of flies 🙃 I would definitely NOT EAT HERE AGAIN OR ORDER TAKEOUT FROM HERE.

Terrible service. It takes a long time to take your order; you practically have to hunt for them to serve you. I went to eat, and the waiter forgot our table, and we had to wait over an hour for our dish to be brought. They also brought it incomplete. When I asked for the missing dish, they said it would take another half hour. I don't recommend it, as you could have a bad experience.

Bad service, the waiters' attitude is terrible, the place has gone downhill a lot, the wings are very dry and over-fried, the tables and bathrooms are dirty.
