The variety and quality of the sandwich ingredients are excellent. I personally prefer the cheeseburgers, the Piedmontese Fassona burger, and the Piedmontese Fassona tartare sandwich. However, you can also choose from platters of excellent cured meats and fries (not the usual "thin toothpick" French fries). Wide selection of draft and bottled beers. Welcoming place with young, very friendly and professional service staff. An excellent beer hall in a unique historic setting.

Fantastic place! This pub is located in the historic center of Saluzzo, in one of the most picturesque locations. The quality of the food is top-notch, and the menu offers a wide selection of sandwiches and burgers to suit all tastes. The portions are generous. The staff is very friendly, quick, and helpful. The location is lovely, both outside in the summer and inside in the winter. The prices are perfectly in line with the service and food. I absolutely recommend it! 😍

Located in the heart of Saluzzo's historic center, near the imposing Castiglia and at the end of the long pedestrian street overlooking Saluzzo. The interior is very rustic, with quirky references to beers from around the world. The lighting is pleasant and not too dark, while the food is truly delicious and sophisticated. Of course, there are many good beers besides the classics. The menu is comprehensive and very informative, but not overpriced considering the location.

Limited food selection, based on sandwitch, apetizers and burgers. With accent on beers. Place has a great athmosphere, and gets crowdy after 8:30 pm. Service is based on single waitress, and starts to glitch when gets crowdy. Free parking at the square in front after 7:30 pm.

Location: È una piccola birreria /pub situata nella zona storica di Saluzzo nella zona della Castiglia. Interni: Gli interni sono molto caratteristici: ogni parete è traboccante di targhe e artefatti delle varie aziende produttrici che si possono provare nel locale. Cucina: Nulla di eccezionale nei piatti e panini offerti. Apprezzabile che da anni ci sia un'offerta vegana ma sempre troppo ridotta e poco originale. Il menù è piuttosto standard con qualche fiacco tentativo di essere originali e avere un' identità. L' esecuzione è basilare ed insieme a prezzi piuttosto cari per quello che si offre, non è di certo il loro cavallo di battaglia. Beverage: Locale famoso per la sua liste di birre. Di solito sono prodotti abbastanza ricercati, che grazie ad un ricambio costante nel menù , garantisce una continua scoperta di etichette con le loro storie e sapori. Consigliato soprattutto per gli amanti delle birre trappiste. Servizio: Il cliente riceve tutte le attenzioni e premure basilari per il tipo di locale.

Good bar, bistro style. A bit small, but a warm welcome and very kind staff. Great beer selection. The food was good — bistro style with burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and fries. A nice place for a night out with friends.

Topical and historical place of Saluzzo, is definitely a must see if you pass by. Unfortunately lately i found a bit pricey and lacking of attention to the client.

Zero service, not a very friendly welcome, delay in ordering (30 minutes to order and 45 to receive the food) I also worked in catering, the excuse of too full is not a fair clause....
