Ordered spicy chicken and received mild if you can even call it that. Ordered chicken tenders as well, they were undercooked, and the fried were cold smdh If i didnt stay 30 minutes away i would have took that MESS BACKKKKK. The best thing about my order were the drinks.

Ooof. This location is usually amazing. Today, there was only two employees manning the whole place. They’re doing the best they can, but this is insane. These tenders were tiny and shriveled up so sad.

I did have to go back for food they forgot, but otherwise the food was great! Edit: I've officially had to go back multiple times for one order, as they forgot my drink (which I noticed immediately) and my side. I didn't notice the side until I got home to eat. Furthermore, when I finally ready to eat with my side as well, there was a hair fried into the chicken. You can't make this up; I know hairs can fall onto food, but this was fried in and somehow unnoticed. I am disgusted. The person I have had issues with is a female worker, an older larger black woman. I don't know if there's another woman that works there so my apologies if it's not you. I have never had an issue going with the guys that work there.

My husband just came from this location from the drive through and bit into a RAW chicken sandwich and the best part is the store’s number doesn’t even go through to get this all situated

The WORST customer service EVER! So when I placed my order I requested ketchup & cocktail sauce..NO KETCHUP OR COCKTAIL SAUCE in my bag.so went to the door to get condiments I was given this side eye look from pitiful employee lee ....it took me banging on door .JUST RUDE if you had just put the request in my bag

30 mins before closing granted. They obviously did not want to cook anymore. Only side available was red beans and rice. Only spicy thighs and they were old. Hard as a rock

I went in to try the Surf and Turf meal. Before I placed my order inside I looked at the menu online. Without the combo the meal was supposed to include a small side and a biscuit, no drink. After receiving my order all that was included was just the shrimp and tenders. I asked the cashier that took my order and prepared it. She said that it doesn't include any sides unless I order the combo. I showed her the menu online and even the description. The price was the same and everything. She apologized and still refused to give me any sides. I went to another location and ordered the same thing. Without any questions they included the sides...

OK, they need to bring Letty back. I had left a five stars maybe like a month ago because Letty was really good. Food was fresh food was hot. Tea was sweet restroom was clean but today with Miss Monica I am not a carrier at all, but the food is cold. The chicken is not fresh. The restrooms were dirty and nasty and then she told me that sauce came with my food. Then there was no sauce then she told me that there was a charge for sauce and then when I told her she said that the sauce came with it she said oh not that sauce that’s a different type of sauce. Y’all need to get rid of Miss Monica and bring back Letty!!

Ordered delivery on 10 Oct 2025. Sandwich is packaged in a foil wrapper which makes the bun extremely moist, soggy, and almost liquid. The bites were very dry. Bone-in wings were bland and lacked a flavor profile. This was all a part of the "Hot Ones" collaboration. The sauces do not taste the same as buying it direct from "Hot ones" or from Heatonist. This just missed the mark.

I feel a bit hustled. I was disputing a significant price point change from the online menu and what I was told in drive thru. Answers were unknown and instead of figure it out I was to give a 5 star rating on Google and he would make a deal. I just got out of the hospital from seeing my very ill grandma, too tired to argue I obliged. Its unfortunate because the meal was not worth the 5 stars. It was over oiled, not spicy the gravy and beans and rice were cold. On top of that my condiments were never given after asking twice. The goal shouldve been the quality of food and service not the google rating.

I've been trying to give the benefit of the doubt, but it's been five weeks in a row now. Every Wednesday I have errands in this area, so part of the ritual has been to drive thru Popeyes. First three weeks, nobody came to the microphone. Mind you, this is during lunch traffic. I just sit there for 5, 10 minutes. Nothing. Honk the horn. Nothing. Drive up to the window. Once out of the three times there was a person there, but he was just sneaking a food break with his back to me, looking like he was keeping the coast clear so he could keep sneaking food. Finally had to yell through the window to get his attention. The last two weeks they took my order, but got it wrong. Whoever is filling the order doesn't know the difference between bone-in and boneless. Twice in a row. And I've given up on iced tea, as the tea has so little ice that it's melted by the time I put in in my cup holder. Do better.

There’s NOTHING worse than spending good money on bad weed, or food. Today, I spent good money on terrible food and service. Order was incorrect. Thankfully, I have plenty of great bud.

Went on lunch break, ordered 3 pc spicy chicken meal drink with no ice. (Drink had ice which I overlooked) happens all the time. Received a 3 pc tender not spicy the strips were so small almost chicken nugget size . The biscuit was black and burnt so hard not edible All the food was cold except the mashed potatoes $15 for this crap? All when you call they don’t answer the phone . Never wasting a dime here again

The lady was nice in the drive threw but half my order was missing. I ordered just a chicken and shrimp meal combo and it came with just 4 pieces of shrimp.... on top of that no receipt was given to me with my change. Literally went to my car to see if it fell out on the drive back to work... because what??
