The service was was quick and efficient! They offered assistance when my hands where full and was very kind, the atmosphere is lol weird okay I do not like the neon green lights versus my partner loves it and isn’t bothered it’s definitely a your prerogative kind of thing 🤣 it’s a very chill environment other than that the goods are very delicious 🤤 the foods amazing honestly very impressive and super quick service!

Hands down the BEST NY style pizza place. I order my slice well done all the time, I love that charred crust. I'm glad they offer the combo daily. Aside from the delicious food, there's the mediocre service. It reminds me of the same service and attitude you would get in NYC. I'll be back again. Come check them out for yourself!

I went in here to pick up something real quick on my way home from the gym and got a meatball sub. I was not disappointed. I hadn't been here in a while. The cheesecake look crazy if you just want to go somewhere for dessert and don't feel like going to a busy restaurant. Check out the pics. The pizza rolls were also delicious!

This is a GREAT place for pizza and more! The pepperoni pizza with extra sauce was perfect. I can't wait to go back to try more. We paid a little over $50 for a large pepperoni pizza, 12 wings with ranch, a 6 inch Philly cheese steak with fries, and 2 drinks. The customer service was awesome and so was the ice cream! I highly recommend this place if you're tired of the typical pizza chains.

First time trying this place and was thoroughly impressed with the food. I ordered the cheese tortellini and was amazed at the portion size. The flavor of the sauce was on point and had just the right amount of mushrooms. We also ordered pizza rolls which were excellent. The bread was light and fluffy (not soggy with grease like I've seen at many other places) and filled with a nice ratio of mozzarella and pepperoni. Can't wait for the next trip.

Casual but quality Italian food. The kind of neighborhood restaurant that is still crowded on a Monday night. Menu is expansive, service was fast. This is a pick up your order, fill up your own cup kinda place but felt comfy. The whole family was pleased and we had enough for leftovers.

You can smell the deliciousness from the parking lot! The food inside does not disappoint. We came for dessert on this trip but was nearly ready to hurt myself with a 2nd dinner 🫃 Seeing all the happy faces pulling apart slices of cheesy pizza or munching down on some saucy wings was too much for me 🫠 We shared a piece of red velvet cake and a bowl of lemon sorbet. The cake was super light and airy. Bot what you'd expect from "red velvet" but goog nonetheless. Very light with the sugar and seemed to use a butrercream frosting instead of cream cheese? Not sure. The sorbet was super sour and delicious. Tasted like the lemons made it themselves! 🍋 🍋 🍋 Will be back very soon. Highly recommend ordering the pizza pies for any occasion. Great alternative to the big box pizza chains. Marco's is still my #1 but this is a close second! 😛 We'll definitely be back soon.

Update: My wife and I stopped in tonight. I ordered a whole turkey sub. Paid $14 for it. When it came out, it literally had two very thin slices of meat on it. I went and asked the girl at the counter for a manager, but she said there wasn't one there? Love the pizza and pasta here but will never order a sub here again.

Ray’s has fantastic penne with sausage….the smell is wonderful and it comes in that wonderful metal tin that holds the heat so well….the taste took me back to my East Coast Italian food. This time I got a pizza slice…mushrooms and of course it is NY style. Now I’m never cared for folding over and eating it…but duh…this one changed my mind. The char on the crust, mixed with the middle filling was wonderful. Gelato was great tasting. Easy to get in handicapped and room for wheelchair. I’ll be stopping by when I’m in that side of town.

Ordered the chicken parmigiana with spaghetti. No flavor at all. Someone else ordered the pizza rolls and the dough wasn't cooked fully. Good sized portions though

I'e been here 2 times. The place is solid. Neither the price nor the quality have been special. The service is ho hum, not bad but not good wither. I tried the wings and I did like them, the seasoning was a bit better than average. The pizza was ok, so was the Italian sub. The steak&cheese looks good, I saw someone else with one, I should have tried that. I've never tried their deserts, but they look good. I'll try it one more time. I'll let you know when I do.

My partner and I have been eating here for around 8 years. We go three or four times a year. Service is hit or miss. The last time we went was December 10th at around 7:30 p.m. The employee who helped us was pretty nice. They were having internet issues. They put in the order and about 5 minutes later they were able to process the payment. I've worked in food service and have been in charge of the fountain drinks. You attach syrup bags (I don't know if that's how they do it anymore) and your CO2 has to be adjusted. The ratios have always been off whenever I ordered a fountain drink thinking this time it might be different. I ordered a bottled Coke this time. The cooler wasn't working and all the sodas were room temperature. My partner order the spaghetti and meatballs and I ordered the chicken parmesan stromboli. Partner said that the spaghetti and meatballs were okay and definitely not the worst they've ever had. The last time we ate here I got the same thing and it was delicious. There wasn't really any cheese inside of the Stromboli but plenty of chicken, bell pepper, mushroom and onion. It wasn't filled a lot so the pizza dough was really crispy on the top and bottom. I tell you all this so that you can understand that this particular stromboli isn't made consistently. If that's something that's important to you be aware. This time it was stuffed and I mean stuffed with cheese some chicken and a little mushroom. Because it was so stuffed the dough on the bottom inside was raw. I took pictures but I'm not sure if you're going to be able to see because we were sitting under the TV so it may have picked up colors from that. Based on this experience, I think I'm going to find somewhere else and maybe try Ray's again in another year or so.

So my first time here wasn't actually bad. But the reason for my ratings is the food is mediocre. I see some here and there that can be improved. Little spices here little spices there change up the flavor. Now that being said they're portions are very generous and their prices are better than average places serving Italian food. It's not the best tasting food but it sure is nowhere near the worst. I have enjoyed the few times I have gone and I plan to go again. That being said the pizza is just a little too greasy but their crust is actually pretty good. Their sauce can be tweaked a little bit depending on how they would like to go with it but it's not a bad taste is just a little bland. Now your garlic cheese bread is just garlic cheese pizza. Be a little creative the slices of bread you give with your meals throw some cheese on it and throw them in the oven. Cuz your bread is actually halfway decent. Now for the actual reasons for the rating. The atmosphere, there's nothing special nothing needs to be changed about that. Your tables are always filthy or sticky your silverware I have to clean myself because it has a sticky film to it and spotty so your silverware looks filthy. I would suggest the black bucket you keep your silverware and you take it and wash it every now and then well maybe like every night when you close and let it soak and then clean it the next morning. For the area surrounding this restaurant people really aren't going to complain. The food is cheap the food is decent. But for people coming out of their way cleanliness goes a very long way.

It was our first time here. Placed online order. We walked in and looked around and we were excited to see they had ice cream. The young lady saw us and didn't even acknowledge us. Another customer walked is and was helped but we still were not even helped or acknowledged. We got our order and got home to find our order was wrong. I called and the lady cut me off and transferred me to a man. He said he didn't want to argue but did not even want to listen and also interrupted me. He did offer the make another pizza. I went to pick it up, got home and to be honest, it taste like cheep amusement park pizza. Plain and bland. Not worth the whole experience, money or effort.
