Our friendly and welcoming server Dia made our dining experience a wonderful evening. Ms. Dia’s light-hearted personality and smile were very appreciated by my entire party. She visited often to our table to ensure everyone had everything needed and she replenished everything before anyone asked. I’ve dined at many restaurants and I recognized excellent, professional and courteous service. Ms. Dia’s level of exceptional service soared above 5 stars. I've been coming to this place since I was a college student. They might have changed their menu a few times over but their drinks remained the same. I know the servers and bartenders by name. I absolutely love their 3 for me deal. Chili's always hits the spot after a long run. Their service has been great every time I go and their chips and salsa are a must have. Since trying new locations to find a new steady watering hole I went back to an old stomping ground that I used to visit in-between classes years back when attending culinary school. This particular Chili's restaurant is fairly consistent with other Chili's restaurants I have visited but for some reason this particular store doesn't make good fries. They're not horrible, they just have a slightly chewy texture to them. It's always been that way and it's only this particular store. But the rest of the food is pretty good.

The 3 for $10.99 deal has changed a lot, options are more diverse, and more expensive, like everywhere else, but you can switch you side to a beer or margarita for $2.49 more, but no refills, of course. I recommend the $9.99 burger, it's double patties, with cheese and lettuce-tomato-onion, plus soda, appetizer, and one side. Do not get the *new lime carne asada, it's like ground round steak, and tiny. My wife ordered it and wound up sending it back to switch to something else, fried chicken sandwich.

There was a long wait, not many people in the restaurant or waiting for a table. Otherwise, the server was FANTASTIC! She brought my son ice cream for his birthday. My steak was just ok...too tough for my taste, even cooked medium rare.

Thursday was pretty hopping and I was saved by gallant server name Carlos. The host warned me of the wait and suggested the bar and lounge area. It was already filled up; so I waited watching the Olympics which was figure skating. Thus, the wait time wasn't minded. My server was Carlos who was very attentive with most of my food orders; toward the end it was messed up. Herein, he owned up to it and apologize---free desert!

He was quick to bring our drinks but once he took our order our experience started to suck. We were missing our utensils, ketchup was empty, and we had to wait a while before our waiter came to check on our food that we hadn't start eating because we requested plates and one of our sides was missing. We were trying to be understanding as it seems they might be short staffed but the fact that our food was getting cold before we were provided utensils was a bit of a downer. I would go back to Chillis, but probably not this location.

Food is pretty much what you’d expect from Chili’s. Not great, but acceptable. Service is slow, and split up between an order taker, and food runners. You never really know who to ask for anything else. Paying the bill is on a little tablet thing on the table that never really seems to work without some issue. Ya Chili’s (especially this particular one) is now just another “also ran”. Unremarkable, and just a bit below average.

Don't want to waist my time, money or patience with this place anymore. Service is really bad when you have to get your own water cuz the help is too busy fixing themselves up looking all G instead of waiting on customers! Not good word of mouth for this place. I like our waitress but her little helpers could have done more then gossip about others and done a job they got hired for! Food isn't worth the money they charge. My 2 star rating is more then generous. The manager did give us a free dessert for all the trouble, which was kosher! My service dog did like the Fries so as long as he's happy I'm happy. All joking aside I won't be going back.

My family and I stopped here for dinner on our way home from a fun evening and we were very disappointed from the moment we walked in and should have turned around and left. The hostess did very little to welcome us and when speaking with us regarding our party size she never looked up at us. When seated our waiter Jake was friendly and attentive. My children ordered the kids pizza; one pepperoni and one cheese. They both arrived quickly and we soon figured out why. The kids pizzas are frozen and assumed to be heated in a microwave. My oldest son's pepperoni pizza was STILL FROZEN in the middle when he bit into it. Not until a few bites in did we ask him if it was hot and he said, no it's actually cold. When I felt it, it was frozen but the cheese appeared melted. We sent it back and Jake apologized. The pizza was replaced and the new one was hot. I made a comment to my husband that I hope our oldest son doesn't get sick from the frozen pizza. Well, at 2:40 am I was woken up by my oldest who had thrown up in his room and continued to throw up and have diarrhea the rest of the night and into the morning. All pizza. So thank you Chilis for poor food quality and handling. Next time we'll pass on your restaurant as an option. I'll spare the pictures.

Make sure you check your totals because they were trying to charge me 133.46 for 4 meals and when I told the manager at this store he was trying to argue with me saying I probably ordered it 😑. ! I had a terrible experience at this Chili's. I ordered a coffee. They bring me 3 creamer cups and two of them are Opened and used by someone else which was gross. I ordered a second coffee and it was almost cold. The waitress was nice. I ordered a quesadilla and it was very spicy and extremely greasy. My daughter ordered some mozzarella sticks and they were so greasy they had a pool of grease on the plate. I was sick all night from the quesadilla being so spicy and greasy. I'm on the toilet as I write this still suffering from the quesadilla I ate last night. I won't go back here even though it was my first time.

This restaurant is so dirty. My family and I walked in and first noticed the glass door and windows with hand prints all over them. As we were being seated the floors were full of food and needed to be mopped. We were seated at a table that a girl just took away the plates but wasn't wiped off yet. There was food on our seat and table. I told my husband let's go I'm not getting sick. The host and hostess just stood around talking when they should have helped clean. This is a dirty place to eat and wouldn't advise people to eat here.

I’ve had minor issues at this location before but not like today. I placed an order for pickup, arrived at the location about 5 min after my order was ready. The employee that attended me was slightly rude, no big deal but when I received my food, I was disappointed. The bag had an orange fountain drink spilled all over inside the bag and I didn’t even get an orange fountain drink to begin with. All my food was cold and my chips were extremely stale. Terrible food quality. My breaking point was when I had a drink of the coke I purchased along with the food, it had no ice and was beyond flat, as if it had been sitting for hours. Never coming back to this location. I’m definitely taking my business else where.

Hello I recently went to chilis with my two friends we both order old timer’s my burger came out completely raw and my friend’s fries were undercooked. Although our meals were replaced we were told the manager was aware but never spoke to us about maybe receiving a free dessert or discount. I’d expect more out of this as I work in food service and the quality of the food was hazardous.

I came here to eat by myself for 30 minutes and someone next to picked a fight with me, I wasn’t even looking at them, when I decided to leave they followed me outside and I ran off. Not a safe place at all. This is why we can’t have nice things. 😞

The food was good, but the table next to me kept making rude comments and remarks towards me, so don’t expect a good time if you are alone or with your family. The food will fill you up but the people there will make you sick.

Honestly horrible experience at this location I came in today for lunch with my siblings and the place was literally empty and it still took almost half an hour to get seated then when we were seated we were just thrown the menus and not a word was said to us, our server literally visited our table twice out of the whole hour we were there and again the place was empty maybe 2 or 3 other couples seated our food was cold and almost tasted stale. Our server also ignored my brother's when they were speaking to her asking her questions and her attitude was ridiculous I don't recommend this location and will not be visiting here again.

Tonight was horrible. Waited 25 minutes after we were seated to get some water, after asking the host when was a server coming to our table. She ran got us water and left back to the front. Another 10 minutes and finally a waitress comes to take our order. Tonight I saw about 6 different faces come to the table for service. That needs to stop because thats how mistakes are made hence why somone had to be sent over so many times. Condiments weren't brought out, no utensils,I had to send my salad back twice because it was brown and soggy. My friend asked for extra sauce for her pasta. They put no sauce on the pasta but sauce on the side. Then my pasta had to be sent back because it had an eyelash in it. Smh. And all those people came to the table, not one took away plates. We wont be returning to this location. Subpar service and Subpar food.

Not sure why she neglected out table but we were about ready to walk put when she decided it was time to take our order. Customer service: 0/10 Food: decent

Yesterday, May 20, 2024, I called Chili's and spoke with a manager named Neo or Neil and explained that my chicken quesadillas that I ordered last week were uncooked. I explained that I'm a disabled veteran and that when I order something, I need it to be cooked properly because it defeats the purpose of me being ill and needing to order food and receiving said food After dropping $50-60 on it and having to cook it on my skillet; but this time I did not have the health or energy. Every time I seem to order these quesadillas that I love, I keep getting chicken strips with shredded cheese thrown on a tortilla that looks like it was microwaved instead of cooked to a crisp. My tortilla is completely uncooked. I called for 30 minutes yesterday on 2 cell phones simultaneously before Neo/Neil answered the phone, and he promptly said. "I can't help, I'll transfer you." and then put me back on hold on purpose and continued ignoring the call, because I was trying to place my order online but have my quesadillas remade so that I could order delivery and have the quesadillas put in with my online order. So I had to drive all the way down there when I shouldn't have been driving. I should have been resting after being released from the hospital, but I had to get my food corrected for dinner because we had no groceries since I was in the hospital. Only for him to try to chastise me And tell me that it's supposed to be made the same day The mistake is made. How are you gonna do that, sir? If I ordered at night and by the time I even saw my food, your business was closing. Plus, I had a doordashed to me, and then I went into the hospital. You're trying to tell me that Chili would have paid to remake my order and have it delivered to my home for the second time that night? I think not. you guys don't even have the capability of making a chicken quesadilla correctly, and you honestly expect me to believe that you're going to spend an extra $15 to redeliver my order. Please stop with all the lies. and you're some 20 plus year old kid trying to chastise A 46 year old disabled veteran over your laziness and screw up. Oh, in that 30 minutes of calling them when I walked in, they weren't even busy. There's only ONE TABLE that had patrons there. There were 2 employees sitting down and another one was looking at the phone, ringing. And then the manager comes up, and he's just looking at the phone ringing. And I'm like, "Yeah, that's me on the phone. I've been on the phone for 30 minutes. And you guys are all just walking past it." and he says, looking at the ringing phone. "Oh, this is you calling?" Reading my last name out loud from Caller ID. So basically, they're looking at my name because you can see who was calling in with caller ID, and they're purposely ignoring the phone call. So, I can read in between the lines, that you're saying you don't want me and my family to patron your establishment after 6 years of loyalty to the Hospitality location by purposely ignoring my phone call. A lot of you large restaurant companies are already filing for bankruptcy and going downhill. I can take my business elsewhere to a company that takes pride in their company, Knows how to answer the phone, Knows how to complete orders correctly, Treats their patrons with respect, as the people who keep the place in business. It's nothing off my back. I've already contacted my bank to get my money returned to me since you guys don't want to be bothered to do your job correctly. You all have CHOSEN to hire people They have continued to use the excuse of COVID to drive your business into the ground with their laziness, despite California increasing their pay to $20 an hour, so let that sink in to carefully vet your future managers and employees because your entire corporations depend on What caliper of employees you all choose to hire and clearly you guys have scraped the bottom of the barrel with this staff. Goodbye, chili's. I have been with you for a majority of my 46 years of life, and I have been loyal to the hospitality location for 6 years.

Biggest waste of time! They told us it was going to be a about an hr wait, ended up being almost two hours. Custumer service sucks! I do not recommend this place.

Employee originally Told me 45 Minuies, I've been waiting 2 Hours to be seated. Seen 5+ Families get Seated after a 10 Minuite wait. Save your Time and Go to the Olive Garden Instead

I was highly disappointed in this location I went cause of the new mozzarella Nashville appetizer I order 3 orders 2 6peice Nashville 1 3 peice of regular and trip dippers my order came up including tax and tip 89.22 pick up order to go not only was my order not ready witch I didn't mind as long as it was gonna be freshly done but once I got the order I couldn't wait to get home I dipped in to mozzarella and as I took a bite I noticed right away it was cold I mean ice froze cold the outside was warm but middle was still stone cold I went in to notify them I was in rush to leave my kids needed to get home do homework so I couldn't wait and all I got was 5 dollars card once I got home opened the triple appetizers the wings were old hard to eat like it was hard it wasnt just cold it was old the wings were sitting there along time the chicken was so dry hard . I worked as a manager and I know how important it is to met quality temperature I also know it automatic fail by C.O.R.E NOTHING MET ANY STANDARDS FOOD QUALITY SUCKED FALSE PROMOTION NOTHING WAS FRESH TO ODER . To fix the problem $5 .00 dollar card i tip more than that

They had just opened seated us but never came back to see what we wanted. No one ever came to ask if we were ready to order if we wanted a drink water or anything. We walked out and went to Red Lobster 🦞 which was way lot better than chili and grill in bar

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DONT GO! I ordered a QP Burger well done , THEY SERVED ME A RAW COW IN 2 BUNS W ONIONS. i ate almost the whole burger in the dark , when i turned on the lights i noticed the patty is bleeding. WHEN I INFORMED THE MANAGER ABOUT MY PROBLEM SHE GAVE ME A VERY HARD TIME AND OFFERED A 5$ DISCOUNT NEXT PURCHASE . btw my stomach still hurts i wanted a refund not another meal from an inconsiderate place, im pregnant and yall handing out uncooked cows.
