I think I was the only person having breakfast here as it was very early in the morning. The waitress was great and the food came quickly and I throughly had a delightful experience. Would recommend this location.

I was just there in early December of 2024, the place has had an overall revamp and has an amazing staff. Super clean, holiday decorations, very accommodating, tasty food, what more could you want? Their moto is the customer is always right. Meaning they care about the satisfaction of their customers. Any complaints are most likely from people who have never been a server. SMH.

Today, Father's Day...Denny's was exceptional! Very busy but plenty of help. We (4 of us all seniors) were seated immediately and our waitress took our drink order within minutes. She was quick and efficient and had plenty to keep her busy with so many others. Our parent's country fried steak meals were perfect and my husband and I had the egg white with spinach breakfast. The food spent no time in the window as it was hot when received. Our waitress did a great job! Our parents have been in this area over 60 yrs and agreed this was one of our best visits to this Denny's. Thank you!

Wow. Haven't been to a Dennys in a while and I got to say the burgers are delicious. The price is a bit steep but that is everywhere now days but at least you know you will be getting a good burger. I hope it wasn't just a good day with the chef and my friend and I got lucky with 2 amazingly good burgers but I will be back to test that theory.

Finally, an professional waitress took care of my coworkers and I while we dined here like we’ve been doing for years. Her name was Nicole and she was such a breath of fresh air in a place like Denny’s, which is a great brand, but not always great restaurants in every city. She was short staffed we could tell, but it didn’t seem to phase her and she hustled around serving multiple tables, but still managed to take care of all of us equally and efficiently, and she did it with a smile on her face and an adorable personality and touch of southern hospitality. Made the evening meeting go by without any grumpy or hungry team members. Thanks so much!

My family and I had lunch at Dennis and Anel was our waitress from the moment we sat down, she was attentive & friendly, She recommended us some appetizers off the menu we had never tried. (WILL ORDER AGAIN) She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made sure every part of our meal was perfect. It’s rare to find service this genuine and professional. Ask for Anel if you are ever at Dennis off of Palm. -Note to mentions the restaurant was very clean and staff was friendly. Also they were kid friendly- rare to find places who don’t roll their eyes or sign when they see you walk in with a toddler.

This place is only 7 minutes from my house I know most of the people there from routine they are very friendly they are very good at their individual jobs, and the cook that works graveyard shift here is a wizard genius . Outstanding jobs on all the specialty burgers, come out looking better than the menu items .

Almost a great experience. Service speed was reasonable until the end of the visit. Partially because of a customer that came in to order food to go. But the staff there was really not busy and the waitress that was handling the only two tables with customers at the end of my visit was the one that was trying to take the order for that customer at the front counter while the other employees just stood around talking. The food was delicious and didn't take too long to be prepared. The only downfall of the food was I ordered a Bourbon Bacon burger and the burger is so soggy that the bun falls apart really easy after your first bite or two.

Once seated, it took 15 minutes for anyone to come over and even get a drink order from me. The food was not the right temperature, and took forever. When I was hoping would be a 20 minute in and out, ended up being an hour and 15 minutes without a refill. Refill. Was a really slow night so maybe they were understaffed, but it was one of the worst experiences I've had

Service started great but slowed very quickly as more and more customers came in. There was 4 servers but it seemed only 2 waited on tables and one delt with all the transactions and delt with the takeout orders. I understand when it's busy that service will not be the greatest but to be none existent is bad. Regardless of the poor service I did leave a good tip. Hope they get more help. Food was not as great as the photos. The seasoned fries were not very well seasoned. The chicken fried steak was very greasy and gravy was old. The sauce options are bad only ranch or ketch-up was available but when having order taken bbq and honey mustard were offered. When we ordered milkshakes we were informed they ran out of milk.

The wait for our food took at least 45 minutes, the waiter kept forgetting my order. Maybe if he was more concerned about doing his job and not flirting with the table of girls seated behind us it would have been a better experience. Seated us took 15 minutes to take our order but took the other tables orders as soon as they were seated. brought them their food before ours even though we were there 5-10 minutes before them and had a smaller order. Poor service, Not going back there for a while.

Saturday afternoon about 3pm we ran to this diner that looked like it wasn't that old but it felt older that's for sure! the waitress we had was very nice I couldn't see her name on her name tag or I would have mentioned her on that! the Nashville Hot Chicken Melt that I had was not tasty at all but it was HOT I wouldn't have it again that's for sure it looked nice also the regular fries tasted very bland luckily I had ranch dressing for it so I probably wouldn't come back here if I'm in the area and hungry that's for sure and that suck because I always like Denny's franchise growing up!

Denny's is solid for a great lunch at a great price. The wait staff was sharp and friendly, with a good sense of timing. The furniture and fixtures are older, but clean and because they're older, actually comfortable. That's a rarity in modern California restaurants. I wasn't looking for upscale. I was looking for competent, comfortable, and fairly quick without being rushed. That's exactly what I got.

The waitress was really nice but the food could've been better. The country gravy on the country fried chicken has the texture of slimey, chunky milk but I was able to eat some of the chicken since there wasn't much of the gravy on there to begin with. The cook got a few of our sides wrong and the food in general wasn't really warm. The service was also kind of slow. The waitress was good about checking up on us and refilling our drinks but the soda machine must need some work, the soda tasted kind of funny. For my bill coming up to almost $100 with the 20% tip I gave, I was expecting better. The service overall has improved since the last time I was here but it definitely still needs some improvements.

There were 6 tables seated in the restaurant late in the morning. We waited more than 20 minutes to be asked what we wanted to drink. Other tables experienced the same situation and were actively talking to each other about it. The wait to place a food order was similarly long. At the end of the meal, the manager couldn't figure out how to split the check despite trying for nearly 10 minutes The food itself was alright, but the experience left a lot to be desired.

The food was good, but the service was not. Take your mask; even though you don't have to wear it once in. Make sure you ask how long it's going to take. They told us a half hour, but we waited over an hour. Maybe it was because it was Father's Day. If your group is more than 7 people you will be split into 2 groups. I had to ask the waiter for fresh fries; he gladly complied. At first they gave me some that were cold and not fresh, but once that was done it was good.

Just came from this store, everything was good, server was good brought bk plenty of refills. The dining room was freezing ac cold just like outside. We still stayed and ate cuz we were hungry. We will return at a later date hopefully wont be so cold inside.

I have to say, the night staff here is absolutely HORRIBLE. The food was good, so kudos to the cook, but the other staff just sucks. I had an empty glass sitting at the end table for over 15 minutes which I believe is unacceptable, and besides that our waitress just seemed so full of herself and would not come over to check on us besides one time. I now know to stick to morning/afternoon staff shifts as the place is A LOT more lively with the inclusion of Dan, who's the best person working at this Denny's location. If you're looking for a GOOD Denny's around 9PM to 10PM I urge you to find another.

I have not been to this restaurant in awhile because of the poor service. I decided to give it another try. Tonight (12/23/24), we went in and there was only one other customer dining. A waiter came over and explained that he has been off work for over an hour and no relief waitress showed up. He told us he would take our order but that had to go home. He stayed to serve us. The food came quickly and was very good. The waiter and cook did a great job !

To start off, their AC is broken in front dining area, they have no bottles of chalupa or ketchup on the table the waitress had to bring small packets of condiments. We waited quite a while for our food im pretty sure they were understaffed.The owner or management whoever runs that place needs to better their employees work environment. Stock up on condiments, schedule more employees and fix that AC so your customers and employees can be comfortable. The only reason my experience there was tolerable is because our waitress was doing a great job staying on top of things. I don’t want to sound rude because I didn’t get her name so the African American woman working on Labor Day morning, you’re doing an awesome job. It almost seemed like she was running the dining area by herself so kudos to her for working that efficiently under pressure. Management… get a grip.

We’re Hispanic and after our waitress gave us the bill he gave it to us again as if he wanted us out or didn’t expect us to pay. This Denny's is so old, run-down, dirty, and in need of a grand overhaul! We were sitting somewhat in the middle of the restaurant, and there was a smell of sewage the entire time we were there. We kept thinking it was the bathroom and would soon dissipate; unfortunately, it never did. I came into this Dennys for a nice breakfast and I’m probably going to get sick with the flu or Covid, I’m not exaggerating. This Dennys had a girl working the front coughing up her lungs in there and isn’t even wearing a mask. I’m not taking like a tickle in your throat cough. I’m talking like coughing up the bottom of her lungs onto everything! I feel so disgusting right now because I think I’m going to get sick because of this lady. You could hear her sucking the snorting her mucus filled nose into her throat over and over. She even sat down and laid her head on the counter because she was coughing so much is made her weak. One of the other folks who were just about on their way out even said “hey, are you okay”? This was absolutely unbelievable. Then not wearing gloves, just coughing into her hands and grabbing my food from the cook and being close to me, touching everything that was served to me. I couldn’t even enjoy my food, I lost my appetite from the emotions of disgust and frustration I had with this lady. I left all of my food, I couldn’t eat knowing the fact that I’m probably going to get sick now. She also went behind the counter where the cook is at making the food and was coughing there too! Absolutely awful.

My review is for the waitress that is pregnant. She is so lazy always forget everything and gives an attitude. She didn’t bring no napkins. Got our order wrong and still give us an attitude and to top it off it took 45 minutes for them to give us our food. This Denny’s needs better management.

So I went in on 2/2/23 early in the morning around 5:30 am . Turns out there is no waiter/waitress and the cook is by himself. The cook was actually really nice and said if we wanted to we could order to go and we could eat inside but he was unable to take our orders himself. I ordered the nachos and the other person I was with ordered crepes and other stuff. Since I paid before getting my meal it was too late to change the order because they had no Pico de Gallo for the nachos. So around 6am they change shifts and the cook leaves and another cook comes in and so does a waitress. The waitress never acknowledged us at all I understand we had ordered our food to go but we didn't have any other choice. We wanted refills on our drinks but she instead was chatting it up with the cook in a corner the whole time. I ended up feeling unwanted there and decided to leave. I left a tip in my order before she arrived which I hope goes to the nice cook that took care of us in the beginning and not that horrible waitress that didn't even make an attempt to have a contact with us. First bad experience for myself at a Dennys.

Hello everyone the reason of a one star is because i ordered the MEGA philly cheese sandwich and is just not mega its even smaller that a 6 inch sub they even have to fill the box with fries on top of the fries that they ask if you want season or regular fries I got two knives no forks no napkins one ketchup one regular meal no extras regular drink for close to 20 dlls and the meat was really hard maybe over cooked Im just too desapointed the place looks always empty and people there just dont care about providing a good service😔

Dirty napkin containing silverware. Ordered hamburger no cheese and it came out after the cook scraped the cheese off. Was offered a free salad while hamburger was remade. Salad had a piece of plastic in it that looked like a 5 inch long piece of dental floss. New burger had a very wet soggy bun and patty falling apart. Did get a new bun and half off the check. Kitchen was very slow despite only having a few customers. Really wondering why I stayed for 1 hour and 45 minutes to finish my meal and questioning if I will become sick from this experience. Only time will tell.......

I waited 35 minutes to be asked for drinks and another 30 minutes four our food. Food was prepared and top heat counter visible to me that was the plate that I ordered. Worst service ever at any place I have ever been to. Server had a very hard time understanding us and every single person had something wrong or forgotten from our orders, and had to wait forever to even get silverware at our table. When asked to speak to the manager we were told our server is the manager and he got mad at us and said it was our mixups not his. Got a tiny discount in the end but food was very mediocre when it was finally corrected and terrible service will never be back.

We were on our way home from a night out at the casino and wanted to eat something. This Denny's, which we had never visited before was conveniently right off the freeway on our way home. When we went in a young man greeted us very kindly and professionally. He sat us down and in a few minutes, the only waitress on staff came to take our drink order. She was very kind and professional as well. From here I'll jump to our food order. It took a little while, but it was understandable as they were clearly understaffed. Then when my lady tried her salmon, it was extremely salty. She says to me; I don't want to sound picky but this salmon is super salty. So I told her to let the waitress know, which she did. The waitress asked if she wanted another salmon or something different. The waitress said that if she ordered something else or a new salmon, it was going to take about ten minutes. So my lady ended up telling her that it was okay, and that she would just eat it as is. Maybe 3 or four minutes after that was settled, my lady yells out; ugh there's a hair in the salmon. Which to my dismay there was. We told the waitress as soon as we could, she said she would remove the charge for the salmon from our bill. At this point I had eaten half of the sandwich I ordered, but didn't want to take a bite of the rest of it because I was severely grossed out by the hair. So I told the waitress that I would like my entire bill waved because of the hair incident. I kindly told her that she had done a good job on her end, but the whole hair thing just grossed us out so much that we didn't think we should have to pay for any of the food. Especially since most of it was still on our plates. This young lady proceeded to argue with me, saying that what a coincidence it was that first we complain about how salty the salmon was, and not long thereafter we conveniently found a hair in it. Like she was insinuating that we planted the hair in the food. Then she started ranting about how long she's been doing this job and basically saying that she knows that we were trying to pull a fast one on her. Then she said she didn't want to argue about the situation and that if we wanted to get up and leave without paying that was our choice. I tried to reason with her, but she was just being unreasonable at that point. So we did get up, walked out, and headed home. I'm still reeling from this whole incident. I can't believe that customer service, and most importantly, respect for the consumer had gone so far out the window. This woman said that she's been doing this for 15 years. Well I can tell you that she's learned nothing good from her experiences whatsoever! In closing: Don't go to this Denny's restaurant. By the way, the picture with the blue circle around the hair was taken before we started eating. We just didn't notice it until after cutting into the fish.

If you like overcooked food and watery pasta then this is the place for you. Took 50min for them to get our appetizers and then 20min later we got our food. For the place to be empty, I would've expected better food and service. Waiter showed up to take our order, bring our food and finally bring our check so no refills or checking up if we needing anything in between.
