Panda Express

Food was normal panda express. Food gave me upset stomach. I only got it because my grandmother likes it or I wouldn't eat there. And then 1 side of broccoli and beef had 1 small piece of beek and the rest was all broccoli. It's just not a great place.

A regular Panda Express location as would be expected in food court area of a mall. Nothing extraordinary to say, nothing horrible to report. Staff seemed to be well trained in processing the orders quickly. It’s closeness to Bart’s San Bruno station makes it very convenient.

So i got there because i was going to wait for the train. The person who helped me was nice, don't get me wrong, but she asked me for "fried rice or chow men" and i asked for rice, she got bothered when i told her i wanted rice, and ended up scoopin half the spoon, like there's so much rice and little meat, im glad i didn't get a premium entree, because how little they gave me. I dont like to complain, but it just felt so irritating when you're looking forward to the food, and this is the service you get from just a quick 5 min service. P.S. the amount of chicken you see here if 2 big pieces and like 3 or 4 small pieces, im sorrg but totally not worth it

This Panda Express is decent. The popular items like orange chicken gets made more fresh than the other stuff sitting around. I had the 'plate' $9.50, which is two items with chow mein and/or fried rice. My friend got 1/2 chow mein and 1/2 fried rice as an option. Their chow mein is favor-less and needed soy sauce and wok favor. I did enjoy the orange chicken and walnut shrimp. This location is understaffed and wait times can be long during meal times.

It depends of how the mood of the lady serving the food is how your meal is going to be. If she is not having a good day you will end up with the half of the portion of everything and paying full price. If I see the lady I just go to the other places to get my food and avoid the bad experience. TODAY: Second chance to see if the service improve. FAIL!!!

I ate there on 4/30 at 1:45pm. Unfortunately, they were serving cow liver but advertising as Shanghai Angus Steak, strange very strange. I guess its a good source of vitamin D, so I shouldn't be complaining,

If you like getting getting far less and paying way more, this is the place for you! I love the food court at Tanforan. Lots of choices with plenty of good eats but not at Panda Express. Getting into the meat of the issue, they purposely make the main dish as tiny as possible and the cheap side the main dish. A good example is asking for their new Peking pork and getting a single 1/8th spoon plop in the corner and 7/8ths fried rice as the side. Also for as expensive as their fountain drinks are ($1.90 for a large) they charge $.53 cents for the refill. For you math majors, the cup and the straw are less then 2 cents a pop so even if they gave you a free refill it would still make them profit. But that's not good enough for Panda Express. I'm tired of wasting my money here and I recommend you do the same.

It was terrible, I ordered noodles and chicken barbecue, they said no noodles should wait 5 minutes, they gave me an order after 10 minutes, but it was not my order, I was told to wait another 15 minutes for no chicken. Because of this eatery, I was left without lunch.

Extra dollar fifty for peas. Only a couple of shrimps. They can barely speek English. One star is too much

While eating here, I found something hard and dark in their chow mein. The manager played it off as if it were an onion. I used to work for this company at another location, and I definitely know that wasn't onion. That's the result of not cleaning your wok thoroughly after making chow mien and leaving the old, crusted vegetables behind. The manager did offer a new plate, but her attitude towards it was staunch and unapologetic. Train your staff better to be cleaner and more sanitary. Better yet, I hope corporate comes down after seeing this and re-evaluates this specific franchise. I used to eat here frequently, and I've never once seen them temp-check the food. I personally won't be eating here anymore, and I highly recommend you don’t use this Panda Express; find one that abides by health and sanitation standards.

I of course brought it to their attention and they gave me a voucher for a free item for my next visit. Otherwise the food tasted fine, served quickly by a friendly staff.

They charged an extra 1.25 for the shrimp.sad they don't have a lot of visitor in office you cannot taste the food do the covet I meant sample the food which is this crazy all you got to do is just give us a sample in a cup. Im not gonna support them anymore. Their food is not the same anymore in a service sucks.

If you see the attached photo, it almost looks like my take out was my left overs. For $10 a plate you would expect for it to be somewhat filled. Also, it was 11am but to my surprise when eating the food I discovered the noodles to be dry and stiff as if left overs from the day before. Wish I paid more attention when it was being plated. Would not recommend, couldn’t finish the food…very unsatisfying. 1st and last time purchasing from here !
