Terrible service, they treat you with awful rudeness. You call and have to keep insisting for them to answer, and when you ask for information they give you incoherent answers, like they haven't even picked up the items yet. So they can't make some of them.
The service is nice, but today I bought two baby outfits and one was incomplete; I didn't notice. I'm calling and no one is answering.
We came to this place because we thought that with so many years of experience, their work would be more than acceptable. We ordered uniforms for our escort, but even though they took measurements of all six members, none of them fit properly, so they had to get them altered. As of today, they're going to deliver them 11 days late, and at 10 pm. In the end, they offer more excuses than solutions, and the price isn't cheap at all.

I paid for the uniform and it's been a while since they delivered it to me. The man doesn't even answer the call anymore. Terrible service.
