The employees here, never disappoint! I am always greeted with a smile and treated as if I was someone in their family. That’s important to me because it can be lonely out here. Greeted with a kind face and a warm smile can make or break your day. I don’t even have to tell you about the food because it’s always amazing! I know that is supposed to be the top priority, but I believe customer service is just as equal. I know for a fact, if somebody was rude to me or looked unhappy, I would just go to a different place, no matter how much I liked the food.. Thank you for staying awesome and consistent! Oh! One more thing..And ALL THE EMPLOYEES were absolutely outstanding.. thanks

Great atmosphere, found a place to sit 😎 place quickly filled up with a line out the door after I got my food. I ordered the Left Coast Pastrami priced @ $13.95. It was delicious. Steven said I probably would not like the secret sauce and he was absolutely right, I loved it. It had fantastic flavor, actually considering buying some sauce to go.. sandwich came with your choice of chips, a bowl of potato salad (good flavor 4/5), and a drink. I rate this place overall a 10/10. It was my first visit and this is subject to change but overall great, friendly, tasty experience!!! Thank you

For the last 8 months or so, Whenever I make my way out to Pacific Beach I make a point to go to Board and Brew. They aren't trying to reinvent the wheel, they are just serving straight up fresh and delicious sandwiches on the regular. I myself order the Toms Choice- which is Turkey and roast beef on a very soft roll with lettuce tomato and their own special sauce- which is bomb!! Staff is friendly. Always quick and I've never had a bad experience at Board and Brew. It's right on Mission Blvd and the only surviving business on that corner and intersection. Even the Dennys didn't last. Board and Brew did. Go try it! You'll thank me!

93/100: Outstanding. Cold Sandwiches.. Hot Sandwiches.. Potato Salad.. Set.. GO! The food here is amazing and you should give it a try. The staff was nice and professional. I went outside to take a phone call and the cashier brought the food to me. The bread was fresh and felt delicious on the Chicken Club I ordered. No French fries here, but potato salad (4 out of 5 healthy lol). I will recommend this sandwich shop for a quick bite or a grab and go (so you can enjoy at the beach).

I love the sandwiches here so much that it was the place I wanted to go for my birthday lunch. I’m especially delighted with the California Delight, which has an innovative layer of cream cheese topped with sunflower seeds. It’s brilliant and so good, especially with plenty of sauce. I also love that the sandwiches have enough vegetables that I always feel satisfied but not sluggish after eating one.

My brother has been raving about this place for years but turns out it lived up to the hype. Sandwiches are so good and the service is quick and ultra friendly. Love the sauce on the side, squaw bread and everything else on their menu.

Not only is this the best sandwich shop in Pacific Beach, it’s the best in San Diego - possibly even the world. The food is so fresh and well made. Grass fed beef, marinated chicken, fresh sprouts and avocado. It does not get better than this. I eat here all the time because its healthy and located right next to the beach. If I could leave 10 stars I would.

I always have the best experience at the pacific beach store. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and good at their jobs. Alejandra always makes me feel so welcome and she really goes above and beyond to make the customer experience great! I’m not sure if she is in a management role, but if not, she should certainly be considered! Will be back often and always recommend!

Good sandwich’s and good vibes!

Very good sandwiches. Pretty simple so can’t really go wrong. Baguette was soft and chewy which reminds me more of rolls from Philly/NJ than a French baguette. I would recommend skipping the Mayo and asking for a side of their special sauce instead. The Brew part of the name confused me as I didn’t see any beer or coffee. So I’m not sure what they are brewing here.

I would recommend skipping the Mayo and asking for a side of their special sauce instead. The Brew part of the name confused me as I didn’t see any beer or coffee. My first time visiting. Deluxe Turkey was very tasty and people watching on the corner was great. I just couldn’t stand the curly haired guy behind the counter hitting on every girl who ordered a sandwich. (“Here’s your order, beautiful.”) Nobody seemed into it! I felt embarrassed for him until he was coughing into the air and into his hands in between touching food. Dude was gross in every sense of the word.

I ordered a grilled cheese and paid extra for avocado and onion. I did not receive avocado or onion. But I did receive a random little piece of meat. I'm glad I'm not a vegetarian or have an allergy. The sandwich was barely grilled and 80% bread. It's like they microwaved cheese on bread. I walked all the way back to the beach or else I would have gone back. I fed it to the birds at the beach.

The Bread was cold, the chicken was cold and the grill onions on my sandwich included the outer skin of the onion. it was like chewing on a shrimp 🍤 with skin, quite bad 👎🏾 I let the cashier/ staff know about it but she did nothing, offer nothing nor talked to me after I let her know. Terrible food as usual, terrible customer service.

I ordered 3 sandwiches online, 2 of them were incorrect and they were all TERRIBLE quality. Soggy bread, way too much mayonnaise, gross tomatoes - we ended up throwing the sandwiches away because they looked and tasted so bad. Do not go to this location (or at least don't order takeout/delivery). They are also stingy on the sauces, which is the main draw of B&B.

Just got my order on doordash and it was a total disaster! The wrap fell apart the second I opened the wrapping. Was missing tons of toppings. Didn’t include the sauces I ordered and to top it off some dingus ADDED chips to my order AND charged me for them when I didnt want them and can’t eat them?! Why would anyone do this? Get it together and never add things to peoples orders and charge them extra without consent from the customer.
