Great burger 🍔 place. Restaurant is clean and lovely outdoor seating area. Their menu has variety of choices and everybody can enjoy something for their dietary needs. We had Husky burgers and they were juicy and flavorful, you can taste the difference in quality. The bun is fresh and fluffy. They definitely serve quality food at Burger Lounge. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. You can tell , that they care about the customers and about the restaurant. Overall we had a great experience and definitely will be back.

With a strong focus on health, one bite and you'll taste the difference! But if you prefer more traditional fast food, then In-N-Out is the way to go.

It’s decent but imo a little pricy. The service was good and the restaurant was clean. Paid $24 after a 20% tip to get a burger, fries and sparkling water.

Timmy Doesn’t Share Food

The name promises a little swagger, but what you get is more “casual pit stop” than burger enlightenment. Service is on point—fast, no fuss, and friendly enough. The burgers themselves? Decent, satisfying in the moment, but nothing that sticks in your memory past the walk back to the car. If you’re wandering Little Italy and suddenly decide you need a burger fix, it’ll do the job. Think of it as comfort food with training wheels—solid, familiar, and easy to like, but not really pushing the boundaries. Good in a pinch, but I wouldn’t exactly call it a lounge-worthy experience.

I stopped by Burger Lounge on a weeknight for dinner and tried their burger and fries but got it to go. Service was poor, I ended up waiting in the restaurant for about 25 minutes after ordering. There were only a few other parties in the restaurant and my to go order apparently sat in the kitchen for ~15 minutes of my wait. The food was good, but cold, I’m sure if it hadn’t been sitting for long it would be better but I can only judge based on my experience, underwhelming to say the least.

Touch screen ordering with many options. I picked well-done and my burger ended up bone dry. My companion picked medium-well and ended up with a well-done burger. With no real line, it took quite some time to over-cook our burgers. The fries were adequate but my chocolate malt was quite good.

I personally felt this burger place is way overpriced. You have to pay separately for fries? Which were underwhelming, it was a great atmosphere and great service. I think the food was subpar... keep in mind this is only my opinion. Definitely worth a shot. This place was a miss for me, my wife, and my daughter. My daughter wouldn't eat the chicken strip.

I live near here and used to come here all the time cuz of the friendly staff and quick service. Now the menu is expensive, the staff is rude, and it takes them half an hour to give you a turkey burger and cold fries. Given the great restaurants in the area, you shouldn’t come here unless you want someplace quiet with no one around.

I had such a bad experience a few minutes ago at this restaurant. I came in to pick up my phone order and asked for the code to use the bathroom. Keep in mind I'm nine months pregnant and about to deliver any day. I'm completely exhausted and the guy at the register asked me if I was picking up an order so he could verify that I could use the bathroom since it's only for customers and I said yes. I told him I really needed to use the bathroom. He asked me my name and then had to go and verify that I was a customer And he was so incredibly rude to me. He kept acting like I was lying and he didn't believe that I was a customer. If you have a woman who's nine months pregnant come into your restaurant and say that she really has to use the restroom. Why would you make it so difficult for her to be able to do so? Can't he just take my word for it? He ended up telling me that I was being rude when I was just tired and needed to use the restroom. My friend who was with me was standing up for me, cause I was too tired to do it for myself. And then the manager told her to get out of his restaurant when all she was doing, was looking out for her friend. The whole thing was so crazy. I'm probably the top customer for Burger Lounge. I literally eat Burger Lounge probably twice a week. I can honestly say I've never been treated so badly at a restaurant. And it's such a slap in the face because I'm one of their top customers for sure. Everyone who knows me knows that I love Burger Lounge. I left two stars instead of one because one of the employees I think his name is Alexis was actually really sweet and offered us water.

Located in a cute spot in Little Italy but service was terrible. Employees were grumpy and rude. Food was over $100 for four people and burgers were dry and flavorless. There are so many delicious restaurants in the area, don't waste you time here.

Such a horrible experience we had at this place on Saturday afternoon. We took a long drive to come to San Diego and were fairly hungry. We decided to stop by this place but needed to use the restroom first. The entrance that we took was a door near the restroom so I decided to head towards it. An employee with a bandana immediately started to tell us it was for customers only, but he was already upset. I let him know we were going to purchase something after using the restroom. He then kept staring at us and pointed towards the area where the register was and raised his voice saying "OKAY, WELL YOU NEED TO BUY SOMETHING BECAUSE ITS FOR CUSTOMERS AND IM NOT GOING TO OPEN" or something along those lines. I had already calmly said we were going to buy something,so why the attitude from a simple employee, acting like he owned the place ? Such an incredibly rude man, didn't even get his name but he was a white man with a bandana on. He didn't even care that the rest of the customers saw his interaction with us. Needless to say we will never get the chance to try the food here, thanks to that employee.

Made one of burgers wrong twice and forgot to bring our drinks. The staff member remaking the burgers was very nice but the person we asked about our drinks said they just got back from break and walked away. Food was just ok, burgers were greasier than we prefer even for a griddle top or smash burger. Would go pretty much anywhere else next time.
