Están ricos los pasteles el de limón y el raspberry, el bagel de pollo exquisito y smoothie de fresa

Whether it's a cold drink, or a hot chocolate or coffee, there will certainly always be something you fancy. The attention and friendliness of the staff is admirable, great prices and always super clean and tidy. The bagels are always a healthy and quick option and they are always willing to suggest new flavours which is magnificent.

The service is very fast compared to other D'Voladas. The men just need to be more courteous to all customers, not just the girls they want to flirt with. The baristas, on the other hand, are very friendly to all customers.

The girl was very kind and attentive, and the service was very fast. I got my drink in about five minutes. I ordered a latte with hazelnut syrup, which was delicious. I recommend it. The place is spacious and has room to stay and enjoy the coffee. If they continue to apply health protocols, they haven't forgotten the hand sanitizer, temperature checks, and face masks.

The atmosphere is great, I haven't tried the food but I've heard it's good. The problem is that the coffee doesn't seem to be very good quality, or maybe it's the roasting, I don't know, but it's extremely acidic, and the soap dispenser on the second floor either doesn't have soap or it's broken.

I didn't enjoy my visit. We bought two Oreo frappes, and they were incredibly watery. I politely asked the girls if they could remake them, specifically asking for thicker ones. They rudely remade them and practically threw them at me, leaving them on the bar without a word. I took them and thanked them, but they didn't even acknowledge me.

Terrible service from a short girl who was well made up and had eyelash extensions (so as not to attract the attention of the wrong person). She wasn't at all friendly, and every time I go there, the service is terrible. She gets annoyed if you take a long time to decide, even though she's still serving more people and there's no reason to bother. The truth is, you have to talk to the girl or your customers will decrease. The girl who worked there before wasn't like that; she was attentive.
