Best Smoothie in the South Bay by far! The ingredients are high quality and the smoothies are not overly sweet. I highly recommend the Avocado Flaxxing and Peanut Butter Berry smoothie. Also love the beet juice!

Rock’n Joy Juice in Torrance is such a gem! My favorite is the Power Peanut Butter Bowl (acai bowl) — it’s so delicious, fresh, and filling. The people who work here are absolutely lovely, and the shop itself is always nice and clean. It’s a little far from my house, but totally worth the drive, and I always make sure to stop by whenever I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

One of the best smoothie places in the South Bay! Way better than some of the other chains like Robek’s and Nekter Juice bar. If I’m going to pay $10 for a smoothie, it better be a good one. I usually get the Pink Dragon.

Lived around the neighborhood for a while, didn't realize how close this place was from my house.It's so good and delicious.One of my favorites is the mango.Smoothie, when i'm telling you that it's super refreshing I love how it's very slushy, like not watery, but perfect. The people there are very friendly and nice.Good customer service

Highly suggest coming here if you like places like Nektar! They have 3 protein bites for the price of 2. The smoothies aren’t super sweet which is good.

Rock n Juice Torrance is the best juice bar in the South Bay whether you are looking for a tasty Acai bowl, a refreshing juice or even a tasty sandwich! You can really tell the employees care about what they do. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends

This place used to be really good, but now it’s total trash. I gave it one more chance and ordered a drum roll. I called in the order 30 minutes before and still waited 25 minutes to get it. When I got home I immediately noticed that they gave me 3 smalls when I paid for 3 larges. The bananas were completely rotten, not brown, totally rotten. I picked out the bananas and took a bite and it was so stale tasting. I just threw the whole thing away. All that time and money spent for nothing. I won’t be returning.
