The food from here is amazing!!! I've tried several items on the menu, and everything I've tried has blown me out of the water. My favorites are the Saigon Garlic Chicken Bahn Mi, Saigon Garlic Fried Rice, and Shrimp Garlic Noodles, but trust me when I say you will love anything you order. The food is fresh and flavorful, not to mention the amount of food that you get for the price you pay is phenomenal. If there was a vegan heaven, Saigon Vegan Bistro would surely be there. I've only ordered via delivery so I can't speak to customer service, but my food has always arrived as-ordered and delicious. I highly recommend this place to vegans AND non-vegans. I recently found out that this is a pop-up kitchen and not a stand alone restaurant, I truly hope that they are here to stay. Thank you!

It was our first time ordering from Saigon Vegan Bistro, we didn’t realize it was the ghost kitchen of Loving Hut. We love LH and now happy to have SVB as another option to add to our vegan food weekly rotations. We love the beef noodles and fried rice. You a taste the quality of food in every bite. I love the texture of the noodles. I’m really picky about my noodles and the chewiness of the ones here are superb! I’m salivating just thinking about them now. :)

My husband and I ate dinner at Saigon Vegan Bistro. It shares a space with Loving Hut. You can review the menu online and order at the counter (they only have a printed menu for Loving Hut). The Shrimp Spring Rolls were delicious. They were different than I expected in a positive way; they had such a unique flavor. I will definitely be back for those rolls alone. We also got the Garlic Chicken Bahn Mi. It was great, and the side of Hue soup hit the spot. We also got a bowl of Beef Pho which was also good. The food looked so amazing that I forgot to take photos before we dug in. I highly recommend this restaurant. We are already planning our next visit.

Garlic “butter chicken” Banh Mi is so delicious! It’s the perfect combination of various sources of crunchy deliciousness, daikon, carrot, cucumber, jalapeño, with the spreads on perfectly toasted crispy baguette.

The garlic chicken bahn mi is without a doubt the best bahn mi I've ever had! Just could not put it down. Also loved that they had more items that are less/ not available elsewhere like vegan Thai iced tea and pandan cake. I had both and they were botj delicious too!

Spectacular. Everything I ordered was so delicious. The garlic chicken banh mi was so flavorful and balanced. The hue soup was also super flavorful and pure comfort soup. The crispy rolls were probably the best I’ve ever had. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

The food was great! I highly recommend Saigon vegan bistro if you are craving Vietnamese food. The taro cake was phenomenal.

Personally I am not vegan, but to choose to eat here because it's so good! The bun bo hue / royal noodle soup is the best!
