My husband and I went through drive through today and ordered a western bacon burger combo, I had a coupon for another western just the burger. We decided to park in front of the building and eat our dinner, which I’m glad we did. After a second bite to his burger, my husband started to pull something out of his mouth which was a long piece of HAIR!!! We went back through the drive-through, and I showed them the piece of hair that I still had in my hand , they asked for the burger back and gave us a new one. We love going to Carl’s Jr., but this has never happened to us!! The staff did not apologize once and I could see them looking at us through the drive-through like we did something wrong. I did notice that nobody was wearing a hairnet . They gave us our new burger and we left. I will not go to that location again!

The food and service is a hit or miss. Sometimes the staff will have a positive attitude or it would be the “here for a pay check.” I understand food service isn’t where its all at, but a genuine experience is expected. Think if you, your family, or friends were the customer. Food will be somewhat fresh randomly. Sometimes the fries will be cold and hard, or Fresh but dry. Moments of veggies that are going bad with the burgers. My order had a fry with a green mushy spot and old lettuce pieces. Service 3/5 Food 2/5

Got my order wrong again… this time it was my kids food. Ordered two kids meals and one burger combo, one of my kids meals didn’t come with the entree. This particular location always has something going on whether getting th order wrong or online orders “never came through” but all my rewards points were gone. Last chance I’m giving them

I came here with my wife and kids because my son wanted a Carl’s Jr. burger. When we walked in, my wife needed to use the restroom while I was about to place our order. She was standing near the restroom waiting for the code to open the door. I politely asked the employee at the counter (a short Latina woman with short hair) for the restroom code. She responded by saying the restroom was for customers only. I explained that we were customers and that I was in the process of ordering. My wife was still standing right next to the restroom. Her response was, “You need to order first, and then I’ll open the restroom.” The way she said it was extremely rude and unnecessary. Because of this poor treatment, we decided to leave and will not be returning. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially toward a family with children. Management seriously needs to address this behavior.

What a scam!! Supposly, you get a free western bacon cheeseburger 🍔 for your birthday!! Well, there's a catch!! You have to order $15 dollars worth of food in order to get your free western bacon cheeseburger 🍔🤦🏾 What a "Scam"!!🤷🏾 So, I didn't order anything. For $15 dollars, I could just go to Stater Brother's next door and for a few dollars more I could get a Chuck Roast and we'd all eat!! 😄

Did my order wrong and the manager was terrible with her customer service!! I hate that the food options are so small in my area because I would never set foot back in there.

Please get rid of the AI intercom, it just takes even longer to order and I feel like I’m in the drive thru for 20 minutes so I rarely come here

They have an AI taking orders. It takes 15 minutes to order 3 combos. 1 was incorrect and I was charged a completely different meal. The worker did not remove the incorrect meal so I was charged 4 meals. The time to get the food is ridiculous. I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru with no one ahead of me to get my food.

Horrible service. Asked for no cheese (allergies) on my dauggters hamburger. They put cheese on it. Took it back in to get it corrected and they were being rude and covered the whole burger and bun with ketchup. Salvador, the General manager and Madison the shift manager(the one who took my order) didn't seem to care at all much. Order was taken inside at 5:16p.m. waited 13 minutes. I'm going full Karen on this one. $15 per hour and this is what happens.... only in California.
