Nice little joint, very friendly staff, cold cerveza, well made drinks and good bar food. Mostly expats from U.S.A and Canada.

Initially, we stopped here because we needed a beeak from driving. Glad we chose Drinking Time. Salvador, the owner, was a pleasure to speak with. He helped me perfect my Spanish. Our server, Gil, was hysterical. I was in stitches the whole time. The 🍹 Margaritas were tasty, and they were more than willing to upgrade the tequila to Horodura Plata. It was not cheap for us because we drank quite a bit. We had the BBQ Wings, Mexican wings ate smaller than those you get in the US. But, they were very tasty. Recommend 20 wings for a couple. Definitely worth the side trip if you are in the Cabo San Jose area.

Great service, nice margaritas and good selection of tequila and beer. Fresh and tasty Guacamole and tasty steak tacos. It's not high end but it's good at being what it is. Have fun!

Small local bar that’s open up to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Live music, reasonable prices, and fun and friendly staff! We came back multiple times during our stay here. Highly recommend.

Prices are great, beer is cold, and the owner and his Familia are the best! If you are in the Hotel zone and want to grab a quick drink or 2 stop in and say hi to the owners Juanita and Gilberto [Heel-ber-to].

This is a gem of a place. Salvadore and his son Cecil run this place and are so friendly Music good with such a good atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable . We went back several times. This is a must! Loved it.

Love us a little drinking time. Mixture of locals and tourists. Great prices on drinks, small lunch bar menu. Men can drink and the women can shop next door as its a large shopping plaza right next door. Service is excellent. Same faces seen often!:)

Get here to get you drink on. It get crazy around 4 pm. So get a spot and enjoy live music and great drinks.

This place surprised me. It's small and the seating is limited but the tacos were excellent the atmosphere was fun and the prices were very reasonable. This place is always busy.

Great staff and customers! Everyone is friendly. Great drinks, definitely free pour! Can't wait to come back. If you decide to walk through the shops/market nearby, be prepared to be hassled alot. We did it once but won't go in there again.

Now food not very good. I put in order and do not get it. They take care of tourists first. Inflate the bill when they can. Go somewhere else.

Super fun little bar. Great owners, and excellent service. They are all very friendly with a good drink selection. It was fun to see a live band out on the road. This place is popular so get there early but there is the option to have drinks while you wait for your seats. Definitely recommend stopping in here, they love Canadians.

Dinking time is open 7 days a week and on Monday, Wednesday and Friday's the band plays around 4: PM. We try to go there as much as possible. You won't find a happier bunch of people. Drinking Time is run and owned by the nicest family you ever meet and they treat you like family as well. They have a great sense of humor and always have a smile for you. So do yourself a favor and come down and see what we mean.

Great little hole in the wall drinking spot with NFL NHL kinda sports. Attracts a very friendly down to earth type of visitor ... mostly Western Canadians and Americans.

Nice small pub to have a couple drinks after shopping in the Plaza. They have live music on Thursday and Monday, which is very popular. Very friendly staff. Food was ok, not great.

Located on a fairly busy corner, they pour a nice stiff drink. Sports on the television. Usually a good crowd sitting at the bar, with others at the nearby tables. Decorations and music are of the "Margaritaville" style, so you know what type of crowd to expect.

Easy going, but in the shade, can be chilly Jan and Feb, great margaritas and staff are very nice and friendly

The atmosphere here is sports-bar like. The owner likes to kid around. They have a big variety of mixed drinks that we didn’t try. We had the beef and shrimp tacos. You can see in the pictures that there are only 2-3 shrimp per taco but the beef ones are full. They tasted good though.

Correct, sans plus. Un bar comme les autres, pas d'intérêt particulier, les serveurs ne sont pas très sympathiques, si vous ne commandez pas les cocktails qu'il vous propose, vous ne l'intéressez plus ! Pas cool. C'est peut-être pour cela d'ailleurs qu'il n'y a pas grand monde. Bref, en conclusion vous pouvez trouver mieux ailleurs.

Consistency is what matters in the service industry and drinking time is lacking in that department. Love the live music but the mixed drinks are not always good. Beer drinkers heaven!

Prices where average but to high for the small portions that they served. We will still go for the beer on a hot Mexican afternoon though!

Wanted to love this place. Big time locals feel. Plenty of Canadians/Americans there. Just going to say this now. Count your drinks. Had 3 (three) of their margaritas which were great. Only problem, when I went to cash out, they added a few other drinks in there on the tab. Pay as you go here but a great joint as long as you keep count...

My experience wasn't good. No veggies in bloody Mary, had to ask. The prices for 4drinks was off the chart. Asked for locals and answer was gringos pay more. I'm a local gringa for 20 yrs and know the terminology gringa is degrading, so don't appreciate that answer.

They do not serve draft beer here even though a picture shows that on the menu on a Google search I repeat they do not serve draft beer here. You will pay approximately $2.50 for a bottle of beer. If you would like to find draft beer you will need to walk into downtown and go to Retro Burger.

Terrible attention from the waiters. The lady in the photo in the red blouse began to scold me because I asked for a tostada and she brought me a handful of tortilla chips with 6 pieces of dry and ugly ceviche, some wings that looked like they were all dry and a hamburger uglier than Carls Júnior's . The music is too loud, it seems like a club that you can't even talk to. Pésima atención de parte de los meseros. No es honesto obligar al cliente a un consumo minimo. Es un lugar publico y el cliente deberia consumir lo que desee y pagar . pienso que es de muy mal gusto obligar al cliente a un consumo minimo. En tal caso, pongan un letrero o aviso que diga: "consumo minimo"..$... Y no, una señorita con cara de "de malas" que te dice: consumes tanto...te guste o no te guste. Asi que DESCARTADO.
