Wow! Compared to the one on Veirs Mill, this has better quality of food, seating area and customer service. The outside seating area is adjacent to the street so it could be loud with the trucks driving by. It’s still cute tho. Food was delicious. Table numbers for the inside dining orders and took a decent 15 minutes to receive. After I was finished, I was sorting the dishes and trash. Valeria was so sweet and assisted me because I’m just so clumsy and slow. Thank you!

Winning food. Big portions, potatoes are rich in butter, sweet, pair it with fries and chicken so it's a good balance. Surprised fries are really good, crispy, tasty, and hearty. Chicken is cooked really well, could use some green sauce maybe they didn't pack it in the takeout. Good food.

Love this place. I don’t live in the area any more but when I come back I always hit Don Pollo. Great skin on the chicken, juicy but not “wet”, and the plantains are always cooked until caramelized and tender. YUM

Absolutely love this place. The chicken bowl is a great lunch with fresh avocado, corn, and cucumber. Also the chicken is super tender and flavorful. I highly recommend a side of yuca. The green sauce on the side is a bit spicy, but really yummy! Also the service here is quick especially for takeout orders.

This location is great. Food is always fresh and tasty. I typically order online for pick up and the only downside is I can't request for them to remove the avocado from the rice bowl. They have every other option, but that. Sometimes due to the heat of the food, it be too mushy for me to remove afterwards and I end up throwing most of it away. But I really enjoy their food and it's fairly priced, so I'll will continue to support.

Pretty tasty place. The pollo saltado was very good. The empanada was beef, some veggies, and a little cheese. It was deep fried so I wants a fan of that, but still tasty. Also got an order of fried plantains which will last me a few days. Spent roughly $25 for all of that at lunch. Would go back again.

I ordered the half chicken dark meal with mac n cheese and rice with beans. Unfortunately, the dark chicken was overcooked and lacked the juiciness I typically expect from it. The rice was also dry, and there was no “bean broth” from the beans to make it easier to eat. It made them difficult to enjoy. The mac n cheese was the perfect texture and melted in your mouth.

My tablemates loved the soup (shown). The salad (shown) was quality, fresh ingredients. The chicken topping was acceptable. The steak topping was terrible. Just crumbles of cold, overcooked meat.

I've never been so disappointed with food from a restaurant. You don't see the food, so you have to order based on what's essentially a list. I got the driest, most boring plate of food. I wonder what made me think it will be like Sardi. See for yourself
