Ordered an overpriced 5 piece meal through drive through only to be disappointed when I got back to work to find only 4 overcooked pieces. Not worth my time to drive back and argue. Double checked my receipt to make sure I ordered correctly and I did, they were careless.

Service: The cashier (Jessica M, per the receipt) greeted with a disgruntled and seemingly jaded “hello” — a little disingenuous in tone, but maybe that’s the nature of overworked, underpaid fast food employees in the unaffordable Bay Area these days. What struck me as the oddest was that when I asked for a cup for water at the counter right after I gave her my order, she told me I’d have to wait (presumably until she helped the customer behind me). There was only one other person in line behind me. He seemed as caught off-guard as I was, and said to the cashier, “go ahead and help him with his request first.” Small things, but you’d think a cashier point-person would have been taught to finish helping the customer they’re dealing with before moving on to the next one. Food: The onion rings were fresh. The chicken sandwich tasted crispy, yet dry. Not the worst I’ve had, but nothing to write home about. Atmosphere: Cashier was on her break and was chatting on speakerphone while at a dining booth — not very professional when off the clock. The soda machine sounds like it’s going to explode — perhaps regional management can help fix it? Summary: This place feels like any other crumbling American fast food place on its way into oblivion. Makes you wonder why they even have dining rooms anymore when they’re this unwelcoming.

Had a Papa Burger and 5 corn dog bites for over $13. It’s better quality than McDonald’s but not much else. Has the taste of burgers that have been sitting in a warmer tray. Corn dogs are worse than grocery store brand mini corn dogs. You can go to fast casual or sit down restaurants, spend this amount of money and get substantially better quality. The worker dressing sandwiches and some other staff weren’t wearing gloves. Bathroom didn’t have paper towels. They didn’t do anything when I told them, including offering me anything to dry my hands. Gross un-stocked bathrooms plus staff not wearing gloves is enough for me to never come back. The underwhelming food quality ensures I would never. Loved this place as a kid, it was a sad experience.

The lady in the drive thru was rude and somewhat slow. I asked for just a plain hamburger patty just the patty no bread (it was for my dog) i repeated myself 3 times and they still gave me a patty with a bun. I handed it back and told them "i just want a patty no bun please" they took it and handed it back to me the same exact way. So they obviously very lazy and do not take order correctly and rude customer service.

Personnel in this place don't smile and they act like they don't like customers, but what really gets me not to enjoy my stay here is the constant loud, boisterous laughter coming from those workers inside. It's one thing to be happy at work but a totally different thing to be so noisy and disrespectful to customers who want to enjoy their meal in peace and quiet.I will never come back to this place.

First off I know that things are now more expensive since COVID but this was the worst $36 I've spent. The fries were cold and we had to wait almost 15 minutes for hot fries which by then the rest of the order was cold. The young lady at the window Wednesday night 10-26-22 was rude I don't know if she didn't understand English but a young man came over and we again had to tell him the food was cold even the chili cheese dogs.. Terrible service & food .

We waited almost 30 minutes in drive thru for 4 meals and at about minute 20 they said items weren't available and to pick other stuff. After we got the food and parked to check and eat the food was not as tasty as it is in other states. We have had good service at other stores across the country, but this one failed to meet any standards.

We ordered a bacon double burger with no mayo and they still put the mayo on it, after we had to wait after being asked to pull around. 😭😭
