Due stelle giusto perché le trofie che abbiamo preso erano abbastanza accettabili. Pizza di quelle palesemente a base congelata e antipasto di mare di quelli da supermercato, scaldato (e già questo dice tutto) e servito. Caffè arrivato in tazzina sporca che ho rimandato al banco. Servizio inesistente e attesa lunghissima.

Ci siamo fermati per caso, ristorante pieno quindi vai a fiducia abbiamo prese 4 pizze, il problema principale è che la pizza würstel e patatine é arrivata senza i würstel e le patatine molli, la pizza bufala e crudo é arrivata con il pomodoro fresco (cuori di bue mai vista ma discreta) margherita accettabile, 4 formaggi sapore un po’ amaro perché bruciata in più punti. Nota positiva hanno portato una ciotola con l’acqua e delle crocchette per il cane, (per le crocchette sarebbe meglio evitare non si sa mai qualche intolleranza) cosa particolare una signora credo la Proprietaria gira per i tavoli con il cane, per me non è un problema avendo il cane ma non è proprio ortodosso. Ogni tanto esce un signore dal locale e butta il pane ai piccioni.. insomma folcloristico. Esperienze diciamo cosi per delle pizze normale non la rifarei. Proprietaria gentile

Service was quite overwhelmed but yes there were many people watching football. Anyways, don’t get fooled by the nice plaza and looks of the restaurant but the table besides us actually got pizza which indeed was frozen pizza .. haha in Italia! Come on. Partiamo dal presupposto che non sono un turista: Posto vergognoso, menù caro e scarso, sia in quantità che qualità, servizio confusionario, igiene pessima (ho duvuto grattare con l’unghia incrostazioni sul calice del vino e il bicchiere di mio figlio non sembrava neanxhe lavato, tanto che lo abbiamo scambiato con uno del tavolo a fianco), tra l’altro il giorno che siamo capitati in questa topaia pioveva ed hanno pensato bene di mettere un ombrellone vicino al tavolo dove tutta l’acqua ha scaricato nei nostri piatti. La proprietaria maleducatissima diceva che non era colpa loro che avremmo comunque dovuto pagare il conto, cosa poi non successa perchè almeno una cameriera si è offerta di testimoniare che alcuni piatti non erano stati quasi neanche assaggiati. Probabilmente le 5 stelle le avranno messe amici e parenti. Non posso mettere zero stelle, scandaloso, spero in una visita celere dell’ufficio di igiene… Aggiornamento: Mezzoretta dopo aver abbandonato (o essere scappati) dal ristorante ci rechiamo a fare una passeggiata in zona porto, e guarda un po’, vediamo la proprietaria del ristorante inseguire due signore che si erano allontanate senza pagare🤣🤣🤣 ….avremmo duvuto farlo anche noi….

Il peggior ristorante della storia, veramente indecente, piatti luridi, sporchi , il personale è incommentabile per non parlare della proprietaria che accarezza il cane posato in cucina mentre serve i piatti surgelati. Pessima esperienza, cibo neanche lontanamente all’altezza di una tavola calda. Pizze surgelate, cotoletta senza neanche l’ombra della carne, solo panatura, secchissima. Trofie al pesto scotte e con un pesto acido, immangiabili. Peccato non aver letto prima le precedenti recensioni! Se leggete, non andateci!

Servizio abbastanza scadente, abbiamo aspettato 30 minuti prima di ricevere la prima portata... Ma questo di per se non è il problema, esso è che nonostante avessimo ordinato un antipasto (dei semplici salumi con del formaggio) il personale si è presentato al tavolo con i secondi... Dopo aver fatto notare l'errore si sono corretti. Arrivati poi ai secondi, posso affermare che la carne usata per le scaloppine non era quella giusta (probabilmente hanno usato del petto di pollo) e oltre a questo il piatto in sé non era per nulla buono, infatti abbiamo tutti lasciato metà piatto. Unica cosa positiva probabilmente sono state le patatine fritte, anche se 5€ per un piatto di patatine mi sembra un tantino alto. Detto ciò anche un tavolo accanto al nostro si è lamentato dei piatti, in quanto a detta loro, la pasta era scotta

Esperienza pessima: - cameriere che non capisce l'italiano e che, una volta prese le ordinazioni, esce con la proprietaria (con abito discutibile...) per richiederle nuovamente - il tavolino ce lo siamo pulito noi.... - portato un Negroni "sbagliato" nel senso che non c'entrava nulla con l'originale, rifatto, su richiesta, dal proprietario che si è recato al banco barcollando - portato un Baileys con sapore di caglio in bicchiere altrettanto maleodorante - chiesta un'acqua frizzante con limone, ci viene detto che non c'è limone poi, magicamente, compare il limone.... - fortunatamente abbiamo rinunciato alla lasagna (il pizzaiolo se ne era andato, quindi rimaneva solo quella...) viste le recensioni (purtroppo lette troppo tardi)! C'è da chiedersi come possa rimanere aperto un posto del genere in un angolo così carino di Sanremo....

Mai più. Cercavamo da 30min un posto per mangiare... stranamente tutti i ristoranti attorno erano pieni tranne questo 🙄 e ora facendo questa recensione, ne capisco ancora di più il perché. Lasagne acide e troppo salate, una milanese poco cotta e patatine fritte immangiabili, da farsi domanda sull'olio... per favore guardate le vostre recensioni, e fate uno sforzo. Sono anni che avete voti di catastrofici e visibilmente la cucina non è cambiata per niente. Sono cose che non capisco ed è irrispettoso per i vostri clienti.

Ristorante se così possiamo definirlo, problema maggiore al momento della richiesta di cosa fosse presente nel piatto del fritto misto, dopo averci comunicato la presenza di soli gamberi e calamari accettiamo e ordiniamo, all'arrivo del piatto riceviamo 4 pesci con lisca senza neanche un gambero, cerchiamo di presentare il problema alla proprietaria, che in modo molto scorbutico ci fa ugualmente pagare il piatto per di più nemmeno toccato, urlando e insultando per di più mia madre, che cercava di fare intendere che era un problema loro, dopo averci insultati e minacciati, ci ha fatto pagare il conto per il totale. The worst food experience in Italy so far. My mistake not to check the reviews before because we had not wifi. We were five and ordered carbonara, pizza and “homemade “ lasagna. Carbonara with overcooked spaghetti and no pecorino or any other cheese, testing only yellow egg , pizza with half of the ingredients on the card missing, one of us being served when four of the others had already finished. The manager, a woman in the fifties speaking only in italian completely in the denial when we were making these remarks and ending calling us crazy people! La peggiore esperienza culinaria in Italia finora. Il mio errore è stato non controllare le recensioni prima perché non avevamo il Wi-Fi. Eravamo in cinque e abbiamo ordinato carbonara, pizza e lasagna "fatta in casa". Carbonara con spaghetti stracotti e niente pecorino o altri formaggi, assaggiando solo l'uovo giallo, pizza con metà degli ingredienti sulla carta mancanti, uno di noi servito quando gli altri quattro avevano già finito. La direttrice, una donna sulla cinquantina che parlava solo in italiano, era completamente in preda al diniego quando facevamo queste osservazioni e alla fine ci ha dato dei pazzi!

Mi dispiace mettere queste recensioni, ma purtroppo ci siamo trovati molto male. Ci eravamo appena seduti che già vengono a prendere l’ordine, insomma erano molto di fretta, ci portano posate e tovaglioli dimenticandoli sul tavolo, ma va bene, ci siamo apparecchiati da soli. Cestino del pane, mai arrivato. Abbiamo preso un piatto di spaghetti alle vongole e un piatto di tagliolini al salmone, 16€ l’uno, ma non ne valevano nemmeno la metà. Piatto per i gusci delle vongole, nulla. Bicchiere completamente sporco e mal odorante. Avevamo ancora la pasta nel piatto e arrivano a portarci il conto sul tavolo, senza nemmeno chiedere se volessimo altro. (Erano le 22 di sabato sera), non so a che ora chiuda questo ristorante, ma evidentemente volevano sbrigarsi. Il caffè lo andiamo a prendere da un’altra parte 😂 P.S. il burro nelle vongole non ci va!!!!

Mi dispiace dover segnalare un'esperienza negativa con un'attività, ma a volte è necessario. Credo che le regole della ristorazione debbano essere seguite rigorosamente, a partire dalle ricette tradizionali che devono contenere gli ingredienti corretti. Non è accettabile che, alla richiesta di formaggio grattugiato, ci si senta dire che è finito o che si debba richiedere espressamente un piatto vuoto per poter riporre i gusci delle vongole. La "carbonara " e' stata rimandata al mittente il calice di vino non pervenuto e all'arrivo di una specie di fritto misto che più misto non si poteva dal colorito troppo scuro ce ne siamo andati. Il servizio è poco curato e consiglierei un piccolo investimento per i camerieri in modo che abbiano una parvenza di divisa che li distingua dai passanti, oltre che per un fattore igienico. È un peccato trovare queste realtà.

La titolare prende gli ordini al tavolo arrivando con un piumino smanicato azzurro pieno di macchie e sporco. Ordiniamo un fritto misto con patate al forno e polipo con patate, due calici di prosecco ed una. bottiglia d’acqua. Arriva il fritto misto contenente 4 triglie, un gamberone, tre anelli di tutano, zucchine e carote fritte e un piatto di patate fritte anziché al forno, il polipo con patate caldo “arricchito” da pezzi di pomodoro crudo e rucola che si appassisce subito visto il piatto caldo, entrambi questi ingredienti non erano menzionati nel menu. Facciamo notare che le patate non sono state chieste fritte e ci dicono che abbiamo sbagliato noi ad ordinare, le triglie sono crude ed immangiabili e respingiamo il piatto. Dopo un po’ ci portano le patate al forno nonostante avessimo detto di non volerle più . La titolare torna dicendo che il cuoco ha assaggiato le triglie ed erano cotte! Chiediamo il conto senza ordinare più nulla ed andiamo via.

Esperienza decisamente pessima, se non volete avere il cagotto il giorno dopo! Appena seduti abbiamo fatto la genialata di guardare le recensioni e infatti bicchieri incrostati, “proprietaria” del locale con il cane accanto alla cassa e con dietro la cucina. Ci ha fatto pagare 95 euro e alla fine per la fretta ci ha pure preso più soldi. Veramente ristorante da chiudere e mandare soprattutto in controlli.

Un disastro. Purtroppo si è obbligati a mettere una stella. Siamo capitati in posto per caso. Quanto mai, il personale incompetente e maleducato. Piatti e bicchieri sporchi e il pane di almeno 5 giorni. Il cane, sale sui tavoli dei clienti. Abbiamo trovato un insetto nel piatto e quando l’abbiamo fatto notare alla proprietaria (scorbutica) voleva le prove ma ovviamente l’insetto era già per terra. Subito dopo ci siamo alzati e ce ne siamo andati senza toccare nessuno dei piatti che ci hanno portato. Esperienza da INCUBO.

The pizzas lacked flavour, which is surprising for an Italian restaurant — we’ve had much better elsewhere. The pizza burrata was bland, with just a burrata in the middle and lots of tomatoes. They overcharged us for drinks and didn’t believe us when we pointed it out. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place and will never return.

Tragic experience. Avoid at all costs. 1. “Pay to eat at my restaurant”. They charge you 2€ per person to eat here, but at least the bread is “free”. 2. The pigeons stand on the tables. We saw pigeons directly stepping on cutlery, which was not changed. After I saw this, I could no longer eat my food. 3. The pizza was alright. Do NOT be fooled. Even if it is the only place open and you are starving, walk 30 minutes more - trust me.

The service is incredibly rude, the ingredients listed on the menu don’t match what you actually get, and the dishes themselves are shockingly bad – cheaply made and utterly flavorless. The pizza is a disgrace to anything calling itself Italian. The sauce is raw, the artichokes and olives are dumped straight from a jar, brine and all, making the crust soggy instead of crisp. And yes – the olives still have pits in them. Completely unacceptable. The whole meal was a nightmare. We pointed out the issues to the staff, but they didn’t respond the way they should have – in fact, they barely acknowledged our complaints. When we said we wouldn’t pay the full amount because the food was so poorly prepared and overpriced, the owner called the police and falsely told them we refused to pay at all. When the police arrived, the owner put on a ridiculous show – shouting at us, calling us “idiots,” and saying we had the culinary taste of McDonald's customers. It was incredibly unprofessional and insulting. After explaining the situation to the police, we finally agreed to pay €23 instead of €28, just to end the ordeal. Save yourself the stress and money. This place is a disaster – avoid it at all costs.

Even 1 star is too much. It is a public health hazard! A Disappointing Experience in the Heart of San Remo – Beware! While passing through San Remo, we spontaneously decided to grab a pizza in the city center. Not knowing the area, we sat at the first place we saw. "What could go wrong?" we thought — after all, it's Italy. How bad can a pizza be? The restaurant gave off the impression of being an established local place. The waitress, a woman in her late 50s, was chatting with her friends at a nearby table, which made us believe we had found a place with character and loyal customers. Unfortunately, that impression was misleading. I ordered a pizza with mozzarella, tomato sauce, anchovies, and oregano. My girlfriend ordered a vegetarian pizza with artichokes and mushrooms. When our pizzas arrived, I was surprised to find large pieces of garlic all over mine, despite garlic not being listed in the menu. I politely sent the pizza back. While the waitress seemed annoyed, she handled it professionally at first and promised to fix it. A few minutes later, the same pizza came back — with the garlic pieces clearly just removed by hand. I refused it again and asked for a freshly made one. The waitress became visibly irritated. Meanwhile, my girlfriend's pizza was a disappointment. The tomato sauce appeared to be straight from the can, spread over what looked like a prepackaged pizza base, possibly reheated. The mushrooms and artichokes were clearly canned and uncooked, leaving the whole pizza soggy and unappetizing within minutes. Despite being disappointed, she tried to eat it anyway. When my replacement pizza arrived, it had no garlic — but now the oregano was missing. Like my girlfriend’s, it was soggy, bland, and obviously made with low-quality, canned ingredients. I asked for fresh oregano, as listed in the menu. The waitress, now angry, began shouting at us in Italian. She brought out a small container of dried oregano, slammed it on the table, and continued raising her voice. We calmly explained that we were not satisfied with the food and that the meal was not as described, so we wouldn’t be paying the full amount. This triggered another outburst. The waitress accused us of refusing to pay and threatened to call the police. She then actually did call them, telling the police we were "refusing to pay the bill" — which, with our basic Italian, we understood perfectly. The carabinieri arrived about 15 minutes later. They didn’t speak English and didn’t initially want to hear our side. We told them we were ready to go to the station if necessary — this had become a matter of principle. It was the first time in our lives someone called the police on us over a bad pizza. Eventually, with the help of ChatGPT's translation, we were able to explain the full situation. The police realized we were not the first customers to have such an issue. We even showed them the restaurant’s poor reviews online, which confirmed our experience wasn't unique. After some discussion, the officers convinced the waitress to offer a discount. We paid the reduced amount and left — but not before warning a few tourists heading in, hoping they would avoid the same trap.

What is being served is not food, nor is this a restaurant, it's a scam that takes advantage of people by being located in a good area you think it will have great food, but no. The pizza is not pizza, there is no crust, the dough is so hard even a knife had trouble cutting through it, and the toppings are a disgrace to Italian cuisine. The toppings were not fresh. We had unpeeled carrots and half a potato on our pizza. Not understanding why we asked and were told by the owner it wasn't, only later to having the chef admit to us that he put on it the server was very embarrassed. I feel sorry he has to to work for such a pretentious owner who takes her dog throughout the whole restaurant and into the kitchen. DO NOT EAT HERE. THIS RESTAURANT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

Even a one star rating is way too high for this restaurant. When we saw the ratings it was already too late. I was there today with my family of 5, and it was HORRIBLE. We ordered a prosciutto-melon plate and the melon was warm, it was not tasty at all. I ordered Trofie al Pesto, and it was absolutely horrible. It was PACKED with oil, it was basically a olive oil soup. The pesto had no taste at all and as i said there were tons of oil swimming under the pasta. Salt and pepper were weird and dirty. We also had to return 6 cups, because they were VERY dirty! They still had food leftovers on them and tomato sauce? EXTREMELY UNHYGIENIC. It is way too expensive for the fact that it is the worst restaurant I’ve ever encountered! 100 euros go at WASTE! There were pigeons jumping around everywhere and the service did not care about the cups! They kept bringing us more and more dirty cups…Worst restaurant ever, do not recommend!

Not worth a recommandation. It was like we landed in a new episode of Hells Kitchen of a famous English Celebrity. We were lured of the street by one of the waitress. (We had not read any review which was a pitty). The food was either very salty or invested with garlic. Every dish tasted the same (like garlic). The pizza was stone and could not be cut. The owners were constantly controling the rest of the staff which made us uncomfortable. Half way the main course the owners decided to start a fist fight with the owner of a neighbor restaurant. As soon as the police arrived we left. Not even worth 1 star.

If I could give it a zero, I would… I ordered the “antipasto di mare” starter, which for 20 euros was supposed to include smoked swordfish, shrimpS, tuna, and salmon. I got a few slices of smoked swordfish (ok), ONE shrimp (?), mussels(??), and a few clams (???). When I told the waiter that the dish did not correspond to the one on the menu, he tried to gaslight me into believing that I had salmon and tuna on my plate! At one point he event pointed at the thin, white slices of smoked swordfish and told me it was salmon! Eventually, he went to get his boss. He came back 5 minutes later and told me, with an attitude, that I could change the dish, so I ordered a tomato salad instead (7 euros, no taste). If you see this waiter : shortish, with dark, curly hair, and glasses, be especially wary! He was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I do wish I had read the review from 3 days ago. I endorse what the reviewer wrote there. I too was enticed in. And I am rather sorry proceedings weren’t brightened up with physical violence. The restaurant is shambolic and amateurish and the food grim. I promised myself I would forget what I ate, but shall tell you. I ate cotoletta - of something. I really wasn’t too sure of the meat and thats the truth. It was wafer-thin, hard, dry and stringy and very challenging to eat. If it weren’t for the fact I hadn’t eaten all day, I would not have eaten it. It takes genius to ruin decent ingredients, but they manage that. My meal elements arrived at different times and it was all of poor quality. I waited an age after asking for my bill. I asked repeatedly and the waitress eventually suggested instead I listen to nearby disco. I walked into the restaurant from my table outside and could see the total disorganisation inside. Table bills were strewn everywhere and kitchen staff (2 I guessed) were wrestling with a large saucepan. It looked pretty grim in there. I stood my ground and eventually the female manager found my bill. This - Italy - is supposed to be the home of the greatest food. There is a fabulous market pretty much next door to this place. They really ought to be ashamed of themselves. Give this place a wide berth.

We cannot recommend this place. This Pizza is really disgusting and tasteless. There are no spices in the sauce and the mushrooms were from a tin. When I found a hair on the Pizza (picture) I got really sick. I complained and told the waitress that I don't want to pay for it. However, the chef came to our table and although he had the exact short black hair that I found on my Pizza, he said I was responsible for the hair on the Pizza and that it was my fault that it was there. The chef had obviously hairloss issues. Eventually we had to pay for all the food. The waitress and the chef became even rude in the end and I felt threatened by the waitress who told the male waiter to come over for reinforcement. The Spaghetti carbonara wasn't good either. They were simple Barilla Spaghettis with creme on top and no spices to them either. The bred we received before the pizza was served were three older rolls with flour on them.

We regret not having checked the poor reviews, as they were accurate. The two pizza 'frutti di mare' were very greasy and with little taste, partly because the few pieces of 'frutti di mare' or 'seafood' were not very generous either. So only if you like lots of olive oil on your pizza and not much taste, check it out. Otherwise, look 300m further.

Do not go here! Prices are average, however food quality and service are plain out bad. We ordered and had to wait 30 minutes until our drinks came, then food came and they forgot cutlery as well while food was on the table. I’ve never had bad food in Italy, but a first time had to come; which was at this place. Looks like heated up deepfreeze food.

I wish I would have looked up the reviews before I went here. This restaurant is in a piazza and seemed ok from a quick glance. I was traveling by myself and simply needed to eat lunch before heading to the train station. I wish I would have picked anywhere else. The food was actually ok, but the staff and their service is awful. My order was taken and then I waited over 30 minutes for them to bring the water/wine I had ordered. Many people sat down well after me and even had their lunches before the water arrived to my table. On top of that, they were simply rude. I do not advise ever stopping here! There seemed to be plenty of other wonderful options quite close.
