This Stevenson Ranch location is probably the best Chili's in the SCV. The deals, the service, the food is a solid choice. Our family used the 3 for $10 deal and it did not disappoint. The smash burger, salad and a drink for $10? Come on, now!

We are regulars and every time we go, we have great service and food. You also see the Manager helping the servers out by running food, doing drink refills, etc. THAT is an awesome Manager who truly cares about guest experience and their staff. Good job!

Came here to have dinner with my family, the whole experience was wonderful. Our server Chuck was amazing and gave us a welcoming feeling as well as exceptional service. It was my family's first time eating at Chili's and because of him they definitely will be coming back.

This place is always our "go to" when not sure what to eat. They offer such a variety of dishes that everyone finds something good.

Our waitress was phenomenal. Very kind and helpful. She managed to rework the menu in order for us to save money. She even packed us a warm bag of tortilla chips and a cup of sala to go. The food and drinks were great and the ambiance was relaxed. I definitely would come back again.

My friend and I went to vote then get a bite to eat. We both love Chili's so we went and enjoyed ourselves. She ate appetizers-I had 1/2 slab of ribs. They were delicious but I didn't even eat 1/2 of the ribs. We both took leftovers home. We had some catching up to do, we laughed ourselves silly & stayed 45 minutes after we were done. It was an enjoyable night, our server Dominic was excellent! Plus football was on & there must have been 10 birthdays while we were there. A good time was had by all.

Great meal, the waitress / bartender was attentive and knowledgeable. We had the old-timer burger which was delicious and well-cooked. Probably one of the best meals we have had in a long time. Thanks again.

I must write this, as tonight we had the greatest Fajitas of steak and shrimp take-out, my wife and I. We normally do this every Sunday, mostly from Chilis, but tonight was different. It looks like the cook had a day-off from heaven and made the most delicious mixed fajitas. The quality of the food, the temperature, the quantity, the service from Toti and Gabe were unmatched. Please, make a great offer to that cook so s/he will stay there. We'll be back next Sunday without a doubt for more take out (hey, it rhymed) Thanks!!

This is our 3rd time at this location. Staff is great, and food doesn't take forever like the location across town. The menu changes periodically here, and the server told us the Stevenson ranch location gets to test out new variations of plates and changes first before any other locations.

Great selection of popular eating out food at very reasonable prices. Good atmosphere. Fun place. Great for families and friends to have a relatively cheap dining experience.

This is probably m,y wife and my top 4 favorite places in on this side fo town. Clean, friendly and great selection of drinks. The menu is awesome and the southwestern rolls are so good!!! They also added some monster burgers to the menu!

What a fantastic experience! Not one thing could have been better. From the moment we walked in the door to our departure we were treated with respect, urgency, and accuracy. We ordered a Santa Fe burger and trio fajitas, both were excellent. My wife downed two strawEddy margaritas, I had the free coffee for designated drivers; let's just say the night ended pleasantly. We really enjoyed dining at this location. Our server was attentive and made sure that everything was just right, even going back for extra waters, chips and salsas. The food was excellent. I had not tried the quesadillas before, but now they are definitely a favorite. The combo platter was definitely large enough for my husband and I to share.

Went in for a quick lunch on Friday with my daughter. Caden gave us great service! Really friendly and attentive, we told him we were in a bit of a rush and he made sure our food came out promptly. The chicken crispers were fresh and actually very crispy! The waiting area in the front could use a little cleanup but other than that everything was great!

I went here late afternoon the staff was very welcoming upon entering. Our waitress was super nice, I forget her name she was blonde . She was helping my family, and was super nice to my toddlers. We got the new special 3for3 and it was such an amazing deal! Now fast food prices are climbing, dine in restaurants are looking a lot cheaper. We got 2 orders of the drink of your choice, appetizer (either chips and salsa, salad, soup, or chips and quesso (upcharge) ) and a smash burger that came with fry’s was super yummy! Way better than expected. This was all for 10.99. We will be back here to enjoy this deal. My toddlers for pasta with chicken with a side of fry’s and mash potatoes. My 2.5 year old is super picky and he loved the pasta .

We always have a good experience at Chili's. As a member we get free chips and salsa. Yummy. We play Trivia games at the table on their tablet and it's always a good time.

Great cocktails 🍸 here as well! I love the Hennessey margarita & the coconut 🥥 margarita! Fantastic! If you're into sports they have lots of TVs where you can see whatever is popular. Today it was football... I'm 10000% not a sports person so I can't fill you in more than that. Come here to get great food that's hot 🔥 & fresh. I love the salmon with their grilled asparagus but today I tried the 2 flavor fajitas & they were really nice as well! Not too salty, which is great but they were well seasoned. Don't miss the cheesecake at this location as well. It's great. Highly recommend this spot!

I stopped by this Chilis during lunch time because I had to go to a ceremony nearby at College of the Canyons. This Chilis is in a big plaza so you'll find parking. When I walked inside, they were not busy at all so I sat at the bar which is still open seating. My waitresss came and greeted me, along with handing me the menu. It been a while since I came to Chilis because at the Northridge location, I didn't have a good experience. Their menu changed a bit so there no more 2 for 25 or those 3 for 10 deals. I went with the 3 for me so I got the chips with salsa, 6 oz house sirloin with double fries and a soda. I asked for the sirloin steak to be cooked at medium rare. It didn't take long for my food to come out and I enjoyed my steak. It was cooked perfectly to medium rare and seasoned just right. The fries were perfect as well along with the chips and salsa. I had a great experience at this chilis location and would come back. I paid at their little kiosk on the table.

My family and I visited this location twice while on vacation. I'm a very picky eater and I can honestly say I had no complaints either time as far as the food. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and the chicken was cooked to perfection! Definitely would eat there again I will say they were under staffed the first night we went there. It took forever to get our food.

Wow! The food was great. I ordered this plate with slices of beefs, corn tortillas, fried rice, & shrimps. My companion ordered baby ribs. The meats were very tendered & juicy. I was so full after eating a couple of wrapped tortillas & 2 baby ribs. I ended up taking up leftover home. Chilli has interesting ways of servicing the food. A host at the front seated us. Another waiter took our orders. He brought us drinks. For the main dishes we order brought to us by another waiter.whoever was serving at my table I asked things we need or wants. I made a mistake of asking cold iced water to the waiter brought us our main dishes. Apparently this may not be her job. When I asked for cups of ice water, I got a long 🤫 silence. She than told our main dishes takes lot of room. I began to clearing up the table for space our main plates. If/ when a costumer ask for drinking water she should be enthusiastically said yes.instead of acting like we asked for wrong thing.we spent close to $100.00 plus tips. The tips are mandatory you can bypass it. You pay tab/ bill on a little electronic tablet on your table. Over all, it was great other than the minor situation I just described it.

we had to wait a little while for a table due to the fact, at least it appears, that they do not have enough staff to work the restaurant. Dad said the staff that they do have their are wonderful and conscientious. I would come back there just because the staff is so nice. I had the lunch special that's well worth the money that you spend for it. Overall it was a good deal and the people who work there are real nice.

I waited approximately ten minutes once seated to see a server. Once the server took my order. Everything was great, the server was attentive to an and all my needs. I give them four stars, not five because I had to wait to be served. In the defense of the server, I do not know if the hostess informed my server that I had been seated in her section.

This chain has been a staple of the community for a least 20yrs plus. I had stopped going ..food and service were lacking. But happy to say, I just went on the spur of the moment and wow, place was packed. New menus, new food, drink items and the waitress service received by Lynn was awesome! Will definitely be returning.

This location is on point. Great food and friendly staff. However our poor server was not getting the help she needed at all. We felt for her. People that worked there passed our table several times and no one asked if we needed refills on our drinks. Our server deserves 5 stars, being pregnant and doing everything for everyone there..she is a rockstar

Service in the bar area at a high top table was extremely slow. We waited more than 10 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge us. She seemed more interested in chatting with her fellow workers than actually working.

Ordered a turkey club. Was surprised to see that they used some over processed turkey meat substitute rather than real turkey sliced off the bird. It was edible, just disappointing. Service was good, not crowded. Just won't order without asking more questions next time. My dining companion ordered a salad and arrived exactly as pictured and described in the menu.

Let start by saying our server Drew was Great. Other than that, you don't need a Mask to walk in. The staff at the door said it's not their job to ask people to put a mask on. That's the job of the Manager. Never saw the Manager. COVID not complaint

Great food. The service not so much, for some odd reason there was a 20 minute wait time when half of the tables were empty. After that the service was pretty slow. The waitress took really long to take our orders, as well as serving our drinks and plates.

Went to this location for lunch on July 5th around 1:45pm-ish. It wasn't crowded at all, and the host was very kind and seated us promptly. The waitress however took her time. The host ended up getting our drink orders. It took a while for the waitress to come and take our order. Once our orders were placed, and the food came out, everything was fine. My husband didn't end up getting his drink, but honestly we forgot too....and once we remembered, they gave us the drink in a to-go cup. The restaurant looked a little dirty, but not horrible or filthy. Even though the waitress was slow, she was very friendly.

The food was eh! Outdoor seating was very nice! But the food was not as good as it usually is! I got the 3 for 10$ (Crispy chicken). The potato soup was on the cooler side and the bacon was very dry (still not horrible). The chicken WAS NOT crispy, tasted good but it was kind of cold and soggy! I also got the Texas fries, these were bad! It looked like they made it eight hours ago and served it to me! The fries were soooo soggy in the middle and soooo dry on the edges. The cheese was frozen on there, as if they had prepared hours before. The best thing about it was probably the jalapeño! I got there an hour before closing and I guess that was my fault. Because the service wasn’t awesome either! There were two waiters. Our waiter was working very hard, cleaning and helping people! But he seemed more concerned with cleaning than the service! The other waitress was standing at one table with her friends and once they left, she went inside, never to be seen again! I wanted a lemonade refill and I it took more than 20 minutes until I was able to flag the waiter down! Three stars because I think and hope that it was a one time thing and because I got there a bit late! Which is on me but they are open... whenever I go, there is always a level of quality that I enjoy and learned to expect that level. Last night was kind of disappointing!

Food was good nothing special. I did have a hair in my drink but was quickly taken care of. Did not want to skip on paying the drink but they took it off the bill appreciate that.

I normally love Chili's, but this is the 2nd time I've eaten here and the service was slow. Plus they were out of the skillet queso again.

Food was mediocre for the price. Waited a long time to sit. Wouldn't let us sit where we wanted. The guy was training at the time so I don't blame him but the person training him should of caught the changes in the order. They brought the wrong margarita after I tole them I wanted to have a lime instead of raspberry margarita. They wrote it down with both of them standing right there and still brought the wrong one. My kid was served the wrong side dish also. We had to ask for our drinks to be refilled. My bill was $210 with tip included. I gave a 20% tip even though they probably deserved a 10% tip. Food wasn't that great to be honest. My kids wanted to go so we did after going to Magic Mountain. It will not be a place I will be going if its my decision.

Stopped here for dinner while passing through. The food was fine, nothing special but not bad. The service, however, was awful. Our server was great at first, gave us time to look over the menu and took our order. But from that point on service slowed WAY DOWN. After a solid 10-15 minutes, 2 of 3 sodas came out and then it took another 15 minutes for the third one. Once the meal came out we were checked on one time and then never saw the server again. Never brought us the bill, never checked if we needed anything, just nothing. She walked by to other tables a couple times but even when I tried to get her attention, nothing. We paid on the stupid machine (I hate those tabletop computer/games/apps) and left.

This is the only Chili's in California I've been to that doesn't do all day happy hour on Saturday & Sunday. I just checked the websites for multiple Chili's locations across CA and this is the only one I could find that doesn't do it. Even the other Chili's in Santa Clarita (Golden Valley Rd) does all day happy hour on Sat/Sun, so why not the location on The Old Rd? We love Chili's but we won't be back to The Old Rd location in Santa Clarita until they start doing happy hour all day - like every other location.

Food was great! Service was not so great. At some point one of our guests got up on their own to refill their drink because the server never came around to refill it. I could get this if the place was packed but we went in the middle of the day and it was pretty dead.

We keep trying to give this Chili's a chance but it is always a disappointment. They are SEVERELY understaffed. There is ALWAYS a wait to be seated. And once you are seated it takes FOREVER to get your food. The food is fine... I mean it's Chili's, but if you go, plan on being there for awhile. If you are in a rush, don't bother. We have left at least 3 times because of the long waits. We have given up.

Waited 20 minutes while I counted 9open tables the entire time spread out. I also accounted for 12 actually being used. Entire bar was full. Don’t worry. After the 20 minute wait time to which I was asked “oh you are still waiting?” Ya let others go who came after and never call us or message. But hey, boom. My child gets to sit at the BAR that was open seating after waiting 20 minutes. Food is great. Server staff about as dense as the wall of China

Kortney needs more training as a waitress, she's not pleasant at all. I asked for something and she said okay. I waited for 10 min, but she never came back with what I asked for. I tried calling other waitresses over, but they literally ignored me when I called to them. I am never a rude customer towards food service employees because I have experienced servicing myself so I know how it is. But this really upset me because I asked for one simple thing and it was apparently difficult.

The place is supposed to be known for their ribs, and they were not good. I got the 3 meat platter with the corn and it was all not good. Made me not want to go back to a Chili's.

Singularly the worst Chili's in the chain though most like all fast food places after the pandemic are raising prices beyond reason, hiring less than well trained staff and have ZERO customer service acumen. Second time I ordered from them for delivery and the second time they completely messed up the order. Salads must be ordered with dressing yet no dressing at all , no utensils, food cold and of course the manager on duty today (Nov 6th 2022 at 1700 ) is a complete useless bone waffle who claims its Grubhubs fault even though the food is put into the bag by his employees... where do they get these incompetents. All this and they demand $20.00 an hour??? Trained apes could hit the same ratio of correct orders. Done with this place for sure.

Food not cooked and served as ordered. Waitress didn't return to check on the under cooked for for 15 minutes. Didn't remove the empty salad plated even after piling the up for them and asking after the main entre had been served. Empty plates still on the table when dessert was served. Had to ask again to have it removed. . The manager got involved and took off the price of the original steak that was uncooked and then charged a higher price for the replacement steak and left it on the bill to be paid.

I am a local business that decided to stop by for lunch with my wife. I walked into the restaurant at about 1:20pm with no one at the front door to greet us..there was two ladies standing there waiting on someone to help them also..they said us that a lady from the back said she would be right with them but no one had came out. Some one finally came out and seated them, the immediately went straight back into the kitchen area as the front door started getting busy...I took it upon myself to go the back and look for a manager to complain. I bumped into another server and when i told her what was happening she said she had already knew what was going on. I walked back up to the front a guy walked up and I asked if he was the manager..he said yes. I told him what was going on and he immediately went defensive..instead of apologizing and helping us he had every excuse in the book for the mishap.He never fixed the issues..just wanted to argue his point. We walked out and he continued to talk like he did care if we stayed or not. I will definitely never go back to this Chillies..very unprofessional if this manager is going to deal with customers this way I would fire him. I will make sure any business I deal with gets a ear full from me on the way this staff handles their customer..I will be contacting the Franchise Owner to let them know..

Our bartender/waitress has always been great to us,but for some reason on this visit the kitchen dropped the ball BIG TIME ! My wife ordered a burger medium well and it came to the table almost mooing. I ordered some dry rub ribs and they came wetter than the ocean. Simply disappointing outing this time around. And the manager was paying more attention to the employees who were apparently off and having a good old time at the bar . Unfortunately we will not being going back any time soon.

Worst service I’ve ever endured at any restaurant ever. A host walked us to our table and as he was explaining how the menu works the manager shouted something at him, mocking him. He told her to calm and we sat down. That manager proceeded to be the most rude and obnoxious employee I’ve ever seen. For example, we asked the manager “could we get separate checks?” While most places would be like “sure thing!” She let out a loud sigh and walked away to do it. As well as she walked back to to let us know she was going to transfer us to a different waiter, and proceeded to say “guess who’s going home!……. ME!” The food was ok

We just left very disappointed. We walked in w/a party of 6, an another party of 5 walked in and a party of 2. We were told 5 min wait time. She seated the party of 5, then proceeded to seat the party of 2. At that time we were told she couldn’t seat us now and said it’ll be an additional 20-25 min to seat our party. The excuse the manager gave over the phone is she is new and learning. Definitely need better training and better etiquette skills.

Stood inside the entrance for a couple of minutes before a server greeted us and said he'd be right with us. He disappeared for what seemed like around five more minutes. He returned and wiped off a table for us. He seated us and gave us menus. Someone came by to take our drink order. We asked for water. She returned with our water and asked if we were ready to order. We said we needed a couple more minutes. We decided what we wanted, closed our menus, and waited. And waited. And waited. We tried to get another server's attention, but the music playing was so loud, she never heard us. We could barely hear each other over the music, and were practically shouting. After waiting at least 15 minutes without a server returning to take our order, we got up and left. I doubt I'll ever return to this location.

It was a horrible experience in embarrassing of an experience and the manager did not make it better he made it worse

I have been going to this location, almost weekly, for a couple of years. The last year, I've really seen a huge decline in service. It got to the point where I took two breaks. Tonight, after talking to someone who currently works there, I decided to give it one more chance. I was told that the entire kitchen crew had been replaced since they were the ones who were causing the issues. Well, apparently that's not all that needs to be changed still. Everything was fine at first. Then, I found myself wondering where my food is. I seriously waited for like 20'minutes after I ordered for it to come. The waitress even said (verbatim)," Sorry that took so long. The guy who cooks this finally showed up." I was like no worries. But, then I noticed it wasn't what I ordered. I asked her about it, and she said, no I heard this blah, blah, blah. At this point, I said forget it. I give up on this location. I still love the food, but will never return to this location.

Terrible service, inconsistent food portions. Waitress only approached us to take our orders and never again. Wasn't able to order refills or a dessert. 3 employees were at the bar area and none were passing by the tables. Im usually a generous tipper, but I'm sad to say I just couldn't promote such terrible service.

This is the 2nd time I have come here and they randomly decided to close at 8pm. National championship game tonight and they are closing early. Never again. Then people wonder why so many restaurants in Santa Clarita are closing down. This towns restaurant etiquette is garbage.

I never received my purchase, and if anyone else placed a order with chills make sure go and pick up don't ask for delivery because delivery driver will lie and say they deliver food and your left with paying for that you never. I definitely don't recommend chills

The food is amazing but unfortunately I feel like I can never come here which sucks because this is one of the only Chili’s in town. A lot of the servers here went to the local high schools around town, so they tend to recognize the people like me that come in, and everytime I come in one specific server named Jocelyn happens to be there and makes the experience so uncomfortable. I came in with a girlfriend of mine to have lunch and the place was very empty and no one helped us or introduced themselves as our server when we were in Jocelyn’s sections, so that means we purposely weren’t helped. Finally when someone did come to help us we didn’t have a specific server it was a bunch of random people which effected our dining experience because they weren’t all communicating with each other when everyone else had one person helping them, 2 different people came and took our order even tho I told one of them someone helped us they said they needed our orders again (so unprofessional) I’m pretty sure Jocelyn lied and said something about us to the whole wait staff because every person who helped us was so rude they kept forgetting our sides and didn’t give us the right entrees, no one asked if we needed refills, even my friend felt the horrible mistreatment and wanted to leave and take our food to go, so we paid and left a bad survey at the end and did not tip :( I guess don’t come if you’re young and went to high school here because the dumb girls wanna act like it’s high school.

They sat us in the bar, but that was fine. The bartender somehow was serving us, but he must have been too busy to wait on tables. I ordered an ice tea twice, and never got it. So, it didn't look like we would be getting our food either, so we left. I'm pretty easygoing. I think that's the first time I've ever left a restaurant because of lack of service.

We got there 15 mins after opening. The place was empty. She still made us wait and when she finally decided to seat us she put us next to a very loud table of about 15. We were so close we could have joined their party. I just said no thank you and turned around and left. I’ve never had a great experience here but it’s close.

How do you get poor service sitting at a bar? ... visit Chili's in Santa Clarita California! Visited store #453 for a solo dinner, and decided to sit at the bar instead of camping out at a table that could be used for a bigger party. Had a few margaritas first one was made perfectly. Second one was missing a lime the third one missing salt. HOSPITALITY 101 ! most important part of any dining experience is follow up which did not happen Therefore, I didn't get to order add ons like sour cream and guacamole mindful bigger checks, bigger gratuity. Missed opportunities to upsell and engage in basic customer service I should’ve stayed at home to have margarita. Therefore the next time I decide to dine out it won't be Chili's especially not store 453.

I ate dinner at Chilis on 1/18 & ordered the 6 oz sirloin steak meal with shrimp. The steak that was brought out to me was not 6oz. No butter on top. The steak I received was more like 1oz & it looked like it was cut from another piece of steak. The steak was super small. I asked the server if it was 6oz he said yes but it definitely was not. The seating area was very cold which caused my food to get cold fast as it was not hot when it came out. I was very disappointed. I will never dine at Chilis again.
