Best fresh cerviche and it’s a super generous portion!

We used to go all the time when we lived in Santa Maria. It’s the best Mexican food we ever had and still stop anytime we are anywhere even remotely close by!!!! 🥰❤️🥰❤️

Celebrated my husband's birthday there. Food was amazing plus we got to watch Mexico play. Excellent service.

Great food and friendly service. The chilli relieno and bistec relieno were great. The steak on the bistec is some of the best I've had. Pretty quick service. I'm definitely coming back here soon.

Food was excellent, traditional little Mexican Food joint. One of those "Hidden Gems" of Santa Maria. Give it a try; salsa is amazing!

Most authentic Mexican food in the area. Recruited beans made with lard, home made tortillas for breakfast (until they run out). Ranchero food, mostly.

Yes! This is the best place for Mexican food. Definitely get their salsa extra spicey!

I judge a Mexican restaurant by their carnitas and my wife by their chili relleno....both were wonderful.....we WILL be going back!

First time here and I was surprised. The place is nice, but its empty from the inside. Its somewhat quiet, so it's calm. The waiter was polite and gave us chips and salsa. She was really patient. I ordered a quesadilla "herradero" which is pretty big and it has a wonderful taste. I feel like it was a reasonable price. At the end the waiter gave us peppermints. :)

The seafood here was recommended to me by a client. And oh my gosh, the seafood plates were outstanding. I had a plate of boiled shrimp, octopus, and ceviche which came with oysters on the half shell. My husband had enchiladas which he said were good. But I'm telling you don't waste your time on plain ol' Mexican food. Get the seafood! The service was fine and we parked right out front. It wasn't crowded, but we were there on a Wednesday night. The staff was friendly, and seemed to know several of the customers. Repeat customers are a great sign! I would go again if I'm in the area.

Really delicious mexican food with large portions and friendly staff. Seafood cocktail was amazing but everything was consistently delicious and inexpensive. Weekends you may get lucky and have mariachi music.

The restaraunt is to die for. Food is hot when it gets to your table which is an up. I got a cheeseburger, beans, and coffee, it was all amazing and if I am ever in the area, I will definitely come back.

We go here often because the food is good and the service has always been excellent.

Both service and food were good. We had the chorizo breakfast and chile relleno breakfast.

We called El Herradero and even though it's not on the menu, they threw together a large fajita platter for us, and very quickly. Everyone loved the fajitas and we continue to go back.

I don't like the food.... especially the 7 mares... it's all water no taste and online 3 shrimps.

Went to this place a 2nd time and had the worst experience. Chips and salsa were good but the server was not attentive nor friendly. It took her a long time to take our order and we had to wait another 45 minutes to get our food on a slow day. Our food was ok but nothing that should take 45 minutes to cook plus my dish got over loaded with onions. So many onions I was crying as I was eating. Server never refilled our drinks and never brought the check. Very bad customer service I would not go back If it was the last restaurant on earth. Would not recommend it.
