The Maya is absolutely one of the best places to get your Mexican food fix. Their atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff are always very attentive and the food is very fresh. My husband and I always order the Enchiladas Mexicanas with ground beef and extra onions, no bell peppers. They nail our order every time and it's always delicious. Had the same order every time we come and it never changes! They also have a food truck that goes to different areas around town and does private parties. This business is locally owned by a very kind family who is always giving back to the community. They also have an amazing Mariachi band that comes on Friday evenings that really amplifies your whole dinner experience. Look no further when going for Mexican food, you will not be disappointed!

Found this nice little spot tucked on Main Street in Santa Maria, California . I had El Huevon Burger with fries it was very delicious. Very nice atmosphere. The waitress was very nice she kept checking on me. I'm only here on business but if I ever come back I would definitely come back here again

1st time there for lunch, & the food was delicious!! All the people who worked there were wonderful. And the inside was so cute..bright, some unique lamps, ,& neat decor. I had the lunch special with chile rellenos, beans, and rice. Super, super, good. I was surprised they charge for chips and salsa....that was new to me. But they too were very delicious. I will be back, frequently I hope cuz when I glanced around at what the people around me were eating, it ALL looked heavenly!!! Taquitos, shredded beef tacos, menudo, +++. It's making me hungry right now just posting this!! I guess the Maya has been around for a while...I'm not sure why I haven't heard about it. I give it a two thumbs up!!!

It's been several years since last eating here. We used to frequent this restaurant often when I lived here before. I was happy to see it is thriving as always. The place is bright and welcoming and all the staff are super friendly! I ordered the nachos so I could have the beans and jalapeños and guacamole, etc... everything was very tasty!

Delicious Pozole, comes with two tostitos on the side. Husband loved his Grande Burrito which had a generous portion of meat inside. Dog friendly outdoor patio in the back.

I had a wonderful time here. The service is great and the food is on point. I really enjoyed the Camarones al Mojo de Ajo, amazing flavor. I had to have a side of avocado and was not only stoked with the amount, but also the quality. Also, got thumbs up from the kids with their classic bean cheese burrito and rice. It has a nice atmosphere , solid go to for the whole family.

My 1st time here and let me just say that the restaurant, the atmosphere, the prices and food are awesome. Service was great! The salsa was pretty good. It was like a spicy ketchup or cocktail. Though I wish they offered Spicier salsa. Anywho, I'll have to come back and try other stuff off the menu.

First I have to say we came for the fahitas for my wife, on that note I got chile rellenos, the food was great, with one problem they dint d vain the chiles or remove seeds rlthats why I can't give them a 5. My wife was happy with fahitas. I would recommend the food. If you don't like seeds mite, think twice about Chile rellenos.

The service here was really nice. The chips are amazing, and the salsa. I ordered the carnitas burrito. I didn't take a picture of it. I took a picture of my friends crazy deep fried fish though. I'd come back here.

Always love coming here. It's a great atmosphere and the food is super delicious. The staff is very friendly but have patience as the food can sometimes take a bit to come out, but it always comes out piping hot. Besides that's what the chips and salsa are for! They have a good salsa too with a nice spicy kick, and a milder salsa is available on request also. Menudo and pazole served daily which is always a good choice but then again everything here is delicious. Michelada is also on point!

Wasnt really hungry but my man wanted some menudo from there so we went I just got a bacon cheese burger which was delicious. I also tried some of his menudo & it was bomb🙂the waitress where all nice & seem happy to be at work not like in some other places we been too. The chips & salsa they give were alright but other then that great place to go for sure.
