Great place for a birthday party but only if you have a small gathering. 60 people do not fit, but food is great and kids had fun

It's great the pizza there is like so good and they're big to so like you would like really like them there's a bit of games you can actually get tickets and won prizes the only problem I had there is that one of the workers I mean I understand that they had a close eye on the prize area but I mean she was like literally standing in there barely going to go cuz I don't know why they going to access my little brother but that was cool

Great pizza place . The owners are usually working and there so welcoming. The arcade is great and the pizza fresh and very tasty.

Here friends and family to enjoy the beer watch the game and some pizza and salad one thing you got to put the bacon bits back in the salad bar that is a huge must

The pizza is good. The Buffalo wings are absolutely delicious packed with flavor and lots of meat. The Garlic Bread is awesome. The atmosphere has an 90s arcade vibe. Clean, friendly, and plenty of space ans games for the kids. Prices are a little higher than others but worth the quality of food. Great Weekly specials if you ask. A staple in the Community.. B+

Its the best place to eat pizza, i really recomend this restaurant, maybe other says that its no true but belive me the pizza sandwich daaammmm!!!! For 1 person is a good value and the pizzas are good too. The pepperoni have really good taste its different than the comercial once. I love this place. We both had the lunch special, personal size 2 topping pizza 🍕 and unlimited salad bar and soda. Big plus for having diet Coke. Everything was fresh and tasty. It was very clean inside and the staff was wonderful.

Got a pizza, some garlic bread and some wedge potatoes from this place for dinner. The potato wedges were yummy, the garlic bread had cheddar cheese in it and was surprisingly good. The California veggie pizza was interesting and tasty, but the best thing was their pesto sauce we got on the side.

Very good pizza and the staff is friendly and nice. Family environment and very welcoming. Just wish that the arcade machine wasn't soooo obnoxious.

I love straw hat pizza. We go there whe. We can and have always had a pleasant experience, the workers have always been very polite and helpful. We recently went there and one of there workers (a young lady), was very rude. She had an attitude when me nd my daughter where trying to get prizes from the tickets she won and then proceeded to talk about us with her co workers. If she doesn't know how to interact with guests then maybe she should find a new job

Unfortunately not the same Standard like in Fremont. The Pizza and the groovy Twisters wasnt like i know from Straw Hat....

The biggest downside to being there was that when we all went outside to say goodbye we noticed that we all smelled like cooking grease! Not good to expose the customers to the smoke from your kitchen. Maybe have your fans cleaned and serviced.

Great customer service, but the pizza is honestly bad. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and the cheese wasn't melted well. There's lots of tomato sauce. The pizza tastes horrible. Other than the pizza, my little brother really enjoyed the games and prizes they have there. The design is beautiful like a typical pizza place.

He said 'sorry man" and walked away. I am a female. So I said to myself, "This is how it's going go tonight. The entire place was packed, people getting super drunk. I ordered a saled bar for my daughter. I only filled the plate once. When I went back to get another plate of saled, a kid walked by and sneezed all over the saled bar. Then I watched an employee there pick up tomatoes from the ground he had gloves on. Put the tomatoes back in the saled bar and then start rearranging everything on the saled bar with the same gloves. Their pizza is really good and I enjoy going there but what I witnessed just for that night was crazy. And everyone in this town wonders why everyone is sick. I'm not going back.

Prompt service. Clean. Typical fun atmosphere. $20 Veggie Pizza is tasty; ok crust, but even with Xtra's toppings were sparse.

the food sometimes is good the longest they donf burnt it and the timing omg, u better eat a little bit before you go here because they take a looooong time to give you your order. prices forget it to expensive and for the games i rather buy my kids the toys at the store and its cheaper 😂😂😂

I finally asked if someone could please help us at the counter to order our lunch. With a blank stare, he said I will take your order in a minute. This place was so upsetting. I called in, and ordered 2 king size 3 topping pizzas, and letting them know I purchased a 2 for 1 coupon. I was told it would be $22.53. Unfortunately, when I arrived to pick up the pizzas, I was Informed that the total was $38.93. They told me it was the price of one regular pizza. I was gob smacked and had to walk out. I do not patronize businesses which engage on fraudulent and/ or false advertising. Beware, shop elsewhere.

The salad bar has a lot to be desired for 7 Bucks I can name what they had macaroni salad potato salad beets lettuce two or three kinds of dressing a Jell-O salad some corn tomatoes so that's about it no croutons or raisins or nuts or any other veggies. I don't believe I'll be going back

The pizza was awful. The sauce was too sweet, the crust was too thin and the salad bar was really nothing and the price was too high. We will not go back.

Horrible pizza! Probably the worst i have ever had. The pizza tasted like cardboard. I asked for the wings to be well done. Not even close. Just all around bad food.

If I could give less than 1 star I would, we ordered from there tonight after a really long day from visiting ostrichland and walking around Solvang village, we were all too tired to go to a restaurant. My hubby, daughters and I agreed on pizza, we picked straw hat because it was a place we hadn't tried yet and they had a decent deal on pizzas, we ordered the 2 medium 1 topping summer deal they had and 1Ib of potato wedges as there are 6 of us. We paid the delivery fee and even tipped the door dasher they were apparently using to deliver our order with. We're not sure if the dasher stole our wedges(sealing stickers peeled up easy) or it was poor judgment of the pizza places staff but when my husband opened the wedges 1st because it felt light, there was not even a half a pound of wedges in it. He called the pizza place to report the issue and 1st they wanted him to come in Monday for store credit, which was not possible because we don't live here in Santa Maria but all the way in Arvin, CA. Then they said they were going to make him a batch of wedges to make up for it but he had to come get them! The whole point of getting it delivered was because we were too tired to drive over there and he now had to anyway. And to top it off they only gave him a 1/2 a pound because they were closing even though we ordered our food at 8 and didn't receive it until 8:45 by the time the dasher brought it and had to report the issue 15 minutes before closing. They didn't even bother to offer reimbursement of the delivery fee or the wedges since he had to go to them. To make matters worse, the pizza was nuke like it had been sitting before it was delivered. Very disappointed in their service tonight and will not be ordering from them ever again next time we visit here.
