Quick in and out, a little expensive
The takeout service is fast through apps, but sometimes they don't include an item, they substitute it with another, or they might even give you more than you need. As for freshness, everything is perfect; they package it well and always keep things organized.
Burger King tradition, nice modern place. Not the usual BK...

They have a dirty floor, it's messy, and it's almost like "fast food." They take a long time to deliver the food, and the portions and flavor are average, but that's normal for the type of food chain it is.
The only problem is that there is a small place for children

fui hace un momento a pedir una bolsa de one piece de esas de papel que si me la podían vender o lo que sea y una chica que estaba ahi me la iba a dar ya que ya habia comprado los 4 vazos de one piece y el barco ala cual la actitud de la encargada ni cara me dio solo me dio la espalda y dio la orden que me dieran otra bolsa qué yo no queria y encima le pregunte si no la vendían solo ala cual solo le contestaba a su compañera la encargada y seguía dándome la espalda cosa que se me hizo muy grosera de su parte
We arrived at 8 pm, the place was empty, and it's 9:12 and they still don't have my order. People who arrived later already have their food, and they had bigger orders. Do they even train their staff? What kind of prioritization system do they use that makes the oldest and simplest order (a Whopper combo) come out last? Train your staff!
Terrible service, the people who serve are extremely despotic, the food is tasteless, it doesn't even have regular sugar, it's a nice place, but the people, the food and the terrible service ruin everything, I don't recommend it, they would treat you better at the tacos on the corner.
Super bad service, we came from Montemorelos for a Naruto combo and we arrived at 10:40 pm and they are supposed to close at 11 pm and they didn't want to sell us anything... believe me, I'm not a Burger King fan, and after this I will never return.
They never have anything for breakfast that includes eggs just the pancakes, the girls are nice though.
The soda machine, floors, tables and chairs were dirty, the burguer was undercooked, it was a miracle that i didn't get sick. I did not enjoy it AT ALL.
