If I could give them zero stars for service, I would. It's terrible to downplay how bad it is. The staff spends all their time talking, telling you to wait so they can continue their conversations, and they can't even explain how the bill works. They don't even offer drinks. First and last time! We were all at the table completely disappointed. Edit: In fact, the ONLY star I'm giving them for service is because the young man who clears the table is so pleasant and helpful. He's a star; he's attentive, friendly, and interacts with the customers. It's a shame his colleagues ruin the experience.
