Nuestro ambiente acogedor y la atención personalizada de nuestro equipo, como Natali y Noelia, buscan hacer de tu visita un momento memorable. Si bien ofrecemos diversas opciones, la elaboración artesanal de chocolate es una de las actividades más populares. Te esperamos de lunes a domingo de 10 a.m. a 7 p.m. para compartir la pasión por el cacao.

€15 per person for a 15-minute tour. It's a video where you're not even spoken to by a real person. I don't recommend it. There's a second option where you can make your own chocolate, but you have to pay extra on top of the tour price. A rip-off.
An extremely unprofessional approach. We paid as a group to make our own chocolate bars, but they rushed us to finish the process as quickly as possible and leave. When I asked how they would know which chocolate belonged to whom, they told us not to worry, that they knew perfectly well whose chocolate it was. After waiting 15 minutes for the chocolate to solidify, they came to our table and literally threw the chocolates onto the table for us to find ours. Since we all used the same ingredients, it was impossible to tell who had made which chocolate. The whole process lost its meaning and purpose. Very disappointing.
