Verema 23 es, ante todo, un lugar para los que disfrutan del vino de verdad. Aquí la carta no está pensada para cumplir, sino para sorprender: referencias bien seleccionadas, con criterio, personalidad y un equilibrio muy cuidado entre clásicos y descubrimientos. Se nota que hay conocimiento detrás. Cada vino tiene sentido dentro del conjunto y, sobre todo, hay intención. No es una carta infinita, es una carta bien pensada. Y eso se agradece muchísimo. El equipo sabe recomendar, escuchar y guiar sin imponer, algo fundamental cuando el vino es el verdadero protagonista. Te hacen sentir cómodo, tanto si sabes como si simplemente quieres dejarte llevar. La comida acompaña, pero aquí vienes a disfrutar de la copa, a probar, a descubrir y a alargar la experiencia. Un sitio con identidad, donde el vino no es un complemento: es el centro de todo.

I went for coffee, and the cappuccino was delicious. Tasty espresso. But I had to take a look At the wine list and it is SPECTACULAR. The restaurant transports you back to Spain. 🇪🇸 I saw Several private events happening and it looks like they do a beautiful job at curating events. Multiple private rooms and dimming areas. I wish I would’ve had time to get dinner here

Living in Las Vegas, I’m used to incredible restaurants and wine bars, and even at Michelin-star spots, I usually find at least one small critique. But here? I couldn’t find a single thing to fault. Every dish I’ve tried – and I’ve been here multiple times – has been exceptional, and the wine selection is simply phenomenal. Dining here feels like being welcomed into your best friend’s home… if your best friend happened to be a Master Sommelier and an extraordinary chef. The warmth, attention to detail, and sheer quality of food and wine make it an experience you’ll crave again and again

One of the best customer service hands down in Santo domingo, the wines are carefully curated and selected by the lovely owner that is a master of all things wine, super great place and definitely try the Cesar salad and the tartar.

Que bello lugar, comida fantástica

El sitio es bonito y la comida es buena. Pero el servicio es muy lento y presentan problemas para facturar. Nosotros duramos +30 mins esperando por nuestras facturas correctas (nos pusieron cosas que no habíamos pedido), y luego hicieron un concón con las cuentas de nosotros, al punto que duramos todo el día para pagar. Mejoren esa parte por favor.

El lugar es bello y el personal muuuy atento pero no se, no me convence volver. Y los precios no son aptos para todo publico😂 😶‍🌫️

El diseño de interior exquisito y lujoso, pero la comida llego fría a la mesa, habían pocos comensales ,sin embargo, tardaron en llevar el plato a la mesa, no hubo mesero pendiente a las necesidades nuestras, el carpaccio de tomate(pero no un tomate completo, talves 1/3), es tomate picado fino y costo 500 pesos dominicanos, lo cual en este país resulta excesivo.
