11/29 Very friendly service and the waffle smells and taste so good, mochi waffle tastes great 11/30 today we tried waffle combo, with fresh fruit strawberries and magngo and ice cream! It’s so impressive! The fresh fruit is really fresh, not just jam, and mango tastes amazing.

Square One Mall does not have much good stores nowadays, but they at least have a good bubble tea shop here! I usually buy the milk tea and it always tastes great! I always come back here every time I shop at the mall!

Recently Open, the staff was helpful and friendly. The selection of bubble tea was good. The mangonada is so delicious. The waffles were tasty fresh. The free Toppings on them was decent. Definitely worth a shot

The brown sugar milk tea tastes like straight milk… and they don’t list prices on their menu. $9 for a brown sugar milk tea that I won’t be finishing. I was in the area and saw that this place had a great rating, but had I looked at the reviews, I would have realized most of them are fake.
