We have been waiting for a Jersey Mike's to come to this area. It was awesome going in and having a sub that I remember from my childhood. Staff was very friendly. Keep up the great work guys!!

The shop was clean top to bottom & the crew of 3 young gentleman that worked the evening of 10/27 were so poise, & courteous. Despite having ill tempered swearing customer's (plural) address them as anything less than what they are... big kudos to you all!!! For a mere mistake on a sandwich that can be corrected or remade it was all too much to even watch those customers disgusting interactions.

A new place to eat out on route one. Food was excellent and very friendly staff.

Pete and his staff are absolutely amazing!!!! The subs are fresh, sliced to order and you can makeup your own sub if you want and they will work with you. My new favorite place!!!! 👍🤙

I hadn't tried this restaurant before but after hearing about it, I stopped in with a friend and we were far from disappointed. We were greeted by Luigi who was super friendly and answered all of our questions about the menu. He took the extra time to make sure our sandwiches were what we wanted. Definitely would recommend getting your sub Mike's Way. We liked the environment, friendly staff, holiday decorations and fresh baked cookies. Thanks Luigi & Megan

The food was pretty good but the service was lacking

Staff and food was good and helpful. The space was generally clean and well organized. The only issue I saw was all the windows were disgusting because they were all smeared and dirty. Really need to present a clean front all around. I believe a regional director was in the facility sitting at one of the tables at 3pm and never mentioned or said anything to the staff.

Went to the new saugus shop. Manager was very nice. 45 minute wait for the subs, but so worth it! Just delicious! Bread is very fresh and soft! Will definitely be back.

My bf likes the food here. He got a steak sub. Portions are a bit on the smaller side.

They have vegetarian options but they're kind of unappealing and only really meet calorie needs and very little else.

Been twice, no line but had to wait at least 5 minutes after I was told someone would be right out to help me. I thought prices were with the times until I got home and couldn't find the meat. I have had sandwiches with more meat. I had to give 2 stars because my husband likes more bread and less meat. Not much different than Subway except the meat is fresher.

I have to say the subs seem to be slowly following the Subway mold. Getting a little thinner while prices rising. Inflation hitting everything. Not bad if you want a bread sandwich :-/

They forgot to put the balsamic vinegar on it,plus they forgot the pickles.what a bummer I usually like the place. Not this time .but they didn't forget to charge me the $18 bucks .

Server/cashier did not great me nor did she serve me at the counter. Not the same for the gentleman before me. She avoided eye contact, and continued to walk away from the counter. No worries..ill go to lunch elsewhere.

I absolutely love Jersey Mike’s when it’s made right I ordered the number nine with jalapeños Mike’s way, and it came with no jalapeños and no oil vinegar or spices. I also ordered a unsweetened iced tea and they sent a sweet tea which I’m diabetic and can’t have sweet tea. It was through Uber eats and I was only credited half of what it cost for the tea.

Do not come here. Came here on my lunch break and the guy on the grill was only making one sandwich at a time. Took 25 minuets for him to make my sandwich and give it to the wrong guy. The guy kept screaming "bacon egg and cheese" at his friends behind the counter. I was assured another sandwich quickly and it was a cold steak and cheese. Guys lucky I didn't throw the sandwich at him.

Waited for an hour to get two sandwiches. The worker kept mess other people’s order and very not organized. They even lost someone’s order. People ordered after me and got their sandwich. And we are still waiting. Terrible service. Very disorganized. Looks like everyone was working on their first day.

Every sandwich was wrong. Messy. Soggy. They put them on wraps instead of rolls. Just a total lack of caring at L. If you can’t read read a slip and make a sandwich, get another job. Uber eats order. Never again.

2 bad experiences at this location. Don’t do it. Go to Swampscott. First time we went there was a lineup in store so we got in line. 5 minutes later, the 2 guys behind the counter hadn’t even looked up at anyone in line. I understand being busy but there’s such a thing as looking up to let the people know you’ll finish up what you’re doing and help them. Also to note, in the time we were there, not a single mobile order pickup so not sure what they were doing. No one in that line stayed we all walked out. Second time (maybe 4 months later), we put in a mobile order thinking maybe the first time was just a bad day for the location. We picked up our 2 subs, the bread had a raw middle and our subs had almost no meat. Including the one my husband paid to have double meat. My turkey sub had 1 slice. We were mind blown. We LOVE jersey mikes and have never had any issues going to Swampscott or other locations. I messaged the store to let them know of their quality issue and did not get a response. Just go elsewhere trust me.

Despite ordering from this store twice, they messed up my order. The first order of chips I ordered never came, and the second order, which I asked for original lay, I received baked chips. The service has left me completely dissatisfied. I was never given a refund for my money. I called and complained about my chips

Ordered ahead so we didn’t have to wait. Arrived on time, and wasn’t acknowledged by any staff. I had to finally ask for the order after 10 minutes and they said it wasn’t ready. Wait 20 minutes, finally get my food. And EVERY item is incorrect. They didn’t even put steak in the steak cheese and mushroom! Never again, horrible service, food is even worse.

Never correct order after waiting an eternity for my order to be ready, prioritized other customers before me even though I had ordered before them. Terrible service, mediocre food at best. Don’t come here unless you want the wrong food after 40 mins of waiting. Embarrassing.

Super slow with online orders. The app said my order was gonna be ready by 8:25 and it wasn’t til 8:40, I was in a rush and had to wait for them to prepare it when I got there.

Went there placed an order in person and I was waiting for more than 15 minutes and my order wasn’t even started. They were prioritizing mobile orders over in store orders even after I placed my order. And they were looking at me and laughing while waiting for my order to be made. I decided to leave because they were taking their time and not doing my order.
