I have often had lunch here with my daughter. The menu consists of a few courses, which is not a flaw but rather an indication of the freshness of the food. I always have doubts when I see too many choices (frozen food is almost certainly the case). I have enjoyed both fish and seafood dishes. The restaurant is managed by the father, the chef, and the son, who welcomes and serves customers at the tables. The place is well-kept and clean, offering a fixed menu and an à la carte menu based on your needs. Any requests for variations are accommodated if possible. The owner is confident in his service and capable (sometimes as prickly as the cactus plants he has outside as decoration). At first glance, he might seem like a typical Ligurian restaurant owner, but he knows his job and his son gives him extra points. My 10-year-old daughter's passion and a smile that even wins over her mother!

A superb local, authentic cuisine in a back street. Generous portions and bread to start with, broad variety of dishes, and super tasty. Only 8 tables, so make sure to book in advance and take your time to enjoy the full menu. Just have a look at the pics!

A small trattoria in the center of Savona, with just a few tables, but well-arranged and comfortable. The home-cooked cuisine consists of a few dishes, but beautifully cooked and presented, both meat and seafood. Generous portions and a more than reasonable price. We had been there several years ago and it was a welcome return. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, always with a reservation.

In small street far away from tourists paths we found this charming restaurant. Perfect place for Sunday lunch with simple but very nice food. But something that makes this place extraordinary is warm, family atmosphere and very friendly staff. Absolutely recommended.

A little gem located in Savona's historic center, just steps from the lively dockside area but away from the hustle and bustle. Excellent cuisine, both seafood and meat, is of the highest quality and served with courtesy and kindness. A well-stocked wine list and excellent value. Reservations are essential!

Oh. My. God. This was the best experience. Although the waitress didn't speak English and we didn't speak Italian, we understood each other well. She recommended the best and it WAS the best. Perfect wine, heavenly tasted food and great seating on the street. Will come again if I have a chance.

Ho pranzato durante una visita in città di amici. Il tempo era poco, ma la qualità e l'accoglienza è stata tanta. Il personale ci ha sempre coccolato e servito in tempi rapidi. I prodotti proposti sono di buona qualità, nel mio caso ho preso i plin e ne sono uscito soddisfatto. La posizione del locale è buona, a pochi passi dalla Cattedrale..

A quiet little place, without unnecessary frills and far enough from the hustle and bustle of Savona's historic center, yet not too far from the Cathedral on foot. Honestly, as soon as I entered, my hesitation led me to expect a disappointment, but I was quickly proven wrong. The place filled to capacity, and after a few minutes, there were quite a few people waiting outside, a sign that, for those who live in the area, you can eat well without spending a fortune. The staff is minimal; there's only one person bustling between tables, but they do their job admirably, without sacrificing kindness, helpfulness, and... speed!! I can say that the impression I got from the people waiting outside was fully justified: the three of us ate really well, the dishes were plentiful and tasty, and it wasn't even that expensive. Highly recommended, both for the location and the menu. Satisfied!!!

Whether for a lunch break or a quick dinner, this little restaurant in the shadow of the medieval towers in downtown Savona is always worth a stop. The menu features a few dishes, which change daily, a testament to the freshness of the ingredients. The kindness of the owner, always smiling, is the icing on the cake!

Buon ristorantino nel centro di Savona, cucina tipica ligure con menù sia di terra sia di mare, personalmente ho provato gli antipasti di terra e li ho trovati sempre molto buoni e sfiziosi, validi ed abbondanti come porzioni anche i primi, a volte sono presenti anche tagliatelle artigianali. Non metto quattro stelle perché i dolci li ho trovati decisamente meno invitanti, il tiramisù è tipo torta ma risulta troppo zuccherato e lontano da un vero tiramisù, idem lo strudel di fichi che risulta quasi difficile da finire tanto è stucchevole per via della zucchero abbondante. Il vino della casa infine consiglio vivamente di non prenderlo perché di bassa qualità, mentre è ottimo il pigato in bottiglia provato.
