There are so many healthy, delicious food options here! It’s become a favorite of ours for this reason as well and the friendly staff and beautiful atmosphere. It’s a bustling establishment, but there’s always tables and little to no wait.

Had a great meal. My bf unfortunately dropped his goat cheese pie, and they were great and served him another. We got entirely too much food and they gave us to-go lids for the paper containers they serve the food in. The potatoes are SO worth getting! No table service so it acts a bit like fast food, but it eats like restaurant food. I really would have liked a bit more of a restaurant vibe, but the food was so tasty and the service so patient and friendly, I can't argue. So good! And the location is great, along the pedestrian walkway. So much to see.

Tasty, fast, inexpensive. I tried the falafel bowl, it was great. Lots of space inside, fast service, you can see the kitchen behind the glass, everything is very clean and professionally arranged.

The BYO bowls are great. Delicious and not overpriced. There's a good selection of options. The raspberry baklava was also good. My only complaint is that it's loud inside and hard to communicate with the servers, but that's to be expected in a place like this. Definitely a good place to stop if you want something healthy and tasty.

My 2nd visit here and both were taken outs. I always forget to check in and take pics as I'm in a hurry to pick up my order. I get home and I'm so hungry and craving for food that I even forgot to take pics 2 times in a row. This place was recommended by a yelpie at an event. Thank you Heather.S. for the recommendation. My son, who's picky with his food, loves the pita pockets. The pockets with some added jalapenos and fire sauce was extraordinary. Note that I love my food spicy. The restaurant is a counter service restaurant with friendly staff. The restaurant is on Jay street, that's an amazing street to stroll by. The restaurant is neat , clean and modern. I definitely will stop by again and recommend it to others. This is probably one of the best Mediterranean restaurants in capital district.

Absolutely delicious. Definitely stepped out of my comfort zone walking into this funky place, but it was so worth it. Fun little protein bowls with a bunch of tasty veggies I'd never had before and some INCREDIBLE frothed coffee. Would've like more "coffee" coffee though and less froth, but still so good. Luckily wandered in on a friday, which is one of 2 days a week they're open (thursday too) acc to google? Would go all 7 if I could!

Wow, what a great find, as I travel through Schenectady, and have some time between trains. The tomato soup is sooo good, as is the Mediterranean burrito bowl!

This is probably the best Mediterranean food in the Capitol District. Amazing flavors and really creative dishes. The portions are just right and the prices the same. Definitely recommend! You can tell they value their employees - that’s another great reason to be a customer.

We were in the area, and decided to just Google a good place to eat...and SO glad that we selected this restaurant! The food was awesome...even our normally picky 9 year-old was diving into her food! 🤣 Staff is VERY friendly, and we even got to meet the chef and congratulate him on his wonderful food. The restaurant is spacious and very clean, and located on a quaint side street. If you're in Schenectady (or even just the Capital District), I would highly recommend that you make a trip out to this superb restaurant - you won't regret it!

Love this place for a quick healthy bite for lunch or even dinner, say, pre-show. Love the make your own bowls and wrap, so many choices of sauces and toppings (not a subway lol)! Yum!

Love the food here! The foods feels fresh heathy and tasty. I typically get the large shawarma bowl. It come with some rice, chicken, fried potatoes and you can add other stuff like cucumber and hummus.

An absolutely delightful eating experience! The Mediterranean food is excellent! Lots of yummy desserts, too. The staff is courteous, the ambience light, fresh and airy! Simone, the owner, had a vision, and it worked! Loved it!

Decent fast casual Mediterranean food. The ambiance was great too. The ingredients for fresh. I just felt the protein portion was a bit low. Please staff were friendly and helpful too.

I recently visited this Mediterranean salad bar and tried the lil Chicken Shawarma. It was absolutely delicious, though I found it had a bit too much sauce for my taste—so I’d recommend not mixing it all in like I did. The orange lemonade was also tasty, although it wasn’t freshly made. The staff were helpful and made good use of downtime by keeping the place clean. I’ll definitely be back with my husband!
