Deep down I knew I would love Arby's, so until recently I actually started going and trying it for myself, and better than any food chain I've been. Great prices and 5 star quality.

That is remarkable! I didn't say a word to them, this came from the kindness of their heart for the inconvenience. We are new to Arby's. But I have to say that it has become one of my favorite places. They are not doing dine-in yet but we go to the drive up. The employees are friendly and always have a smile.

Arby's has really changed through the recent years. I enjoy going there.. plus have you tried these new krinkle fries?! They're so good! They did away w the potato cakes & have these instead. I can't say Im mad, they're good, try them out!

Their employee "Micky" makes quite the impression. Very professional and friendly and when things aren't as busy he makes his usual rounds and asks every customer how things are. He's been there almost every time we've stopped by.. I can't say I normally remember the names of employees at "Fast-Food" joints! I hope for Arby's sake they hold onto that guy! We'll keep coming back for sure!

I have a very quick lunch, so I go inside because the drive thru is usually busy during my lunch. Which is around 12pm. The lady with the dark hair and glasses is really nice. I didn't catch her name. However, is was great customer service.

Big fan of Arby's, love the Roast Beef and Cheddar. The Italian is my 2nd go-to and when they have the Maple Sugar BLT...you already know what time it is. Keep up the good work, and I'll keep coming back.

Went through the drive through to grab food. Super speedy and friendly and everything was as ordered.

So I forgot my wallet in all seriousness and didnt realize until after I had ordered in the drive through. I had my phone which had mobile pay on it but the young man at the window tells me they do not accept that, so I am thinking oh well sorry I ordered and wasted their time and food, the incredible young man at the drive through window pulls out his wallet and gets out a $20 pays my $13 and change bill out of his money!!! Wow I promised him I would come back and pay him he insisted that it was not necessary!! What?!? How incredible of this young man to be this genuinely good hearted. I drive home happy with my food, sit and eat and think wow over and over. I get my elusive wallet and drive back walk in to give him a $20 and thank him for paying for me and being so nice about it. Incredible!

Food was very fresh. For once...the guy at the window was nice, offered upsales and was concerned about making sure I had a dipping sauce. He needs a raise.

I love the potato cakes which th Horsey Sauce and Arby's Sauce. Food is consistent, service friendly.

We went through the drive-thru here, but were very impressed by them. The microphone was easy to hear, the person took our order and was very polite, and when we got our order, it was all correct. Their drive-thru was not too busy, and we got exactly what we needed in a very small time. We will be happy to come back.

I went to this location last night! These guys were nothing but accommodating! Don (the manager) and Jacob (crew member) were extremely friendly and very helpful! They went above and beyond to make sure that my gf, her daughter, and I were taken care of! It’s very reassuring to see people care about what they do and have so much pride in what they do as well! I wish even dine in Restaurants carried themselves the way these gentlemen did! Thank you for the EXCELLENT 10 out 10 service!

They have some good specials here every week where you can get a BOGO sandwhich on the app. Decided to have them for lunch. Got a Turkey Ranch and Bacon for the wife, and i decided to try the Brisket sandwhich. Brisket Sandwhich was very good. Had a good, tangy BBQ sauce on it and toy got a good chunk of meat. Will get it again.

This Arby’s location is absolutely the best. Every time we eat there the service is friendly, food is very fresh, and the team is always looking for ways to make the experience the best for the customer. We appreciate their consistency and quality, but mostly their attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

Amazing service!!! I ordered on the app and accidentally sent it to the wrong store. My mistake oh well. Mentioned this while trying to pay for my new in store order and the manager on duty refused to take my money. She insisted on covering my meal since I already paid for an order elsewhere. How many fast food places would do that these days. Superb customer service. On top of that the restaurant is always clean, the food is out fast and fresh and the food runner is always a friendly delight. One of my favorite spots to stop on my lunch break.

Great location and excellent customer service! We went through the drive thru and there were a few cars ahead of us but we were served quickly. We did takeout here for dinner the other day and was pleased with everything. On this visit we got the Arby’s Melt special and a large Curly Fry. If you’re looking for hot, freshly made food and great service, this is the location you need to go to. We would definitely recommend this location and will certainly return again.

Haven't eaten at an Arby's in years, usually others have not so great reviews. After I read the reviews for the Schertz location I gave it a try. My first experience was the drive through. Had a pleasant experience. Quick and fresh order. Recently had a dine in meal. Restaurant was clean, service was great, good came out quick, curly fries were super fresh. My husband rang the bell as we were leaving. Happy I have this place a try!!!

Late dinner, no problem! Closing in 10 mins? No problem, have a seat and enjoy your meal. A great place to stop when traveling (or any time for that matter). Employees were super helpful and courteous. The roast beef -n cheddar was as delicious as always. Sure miss those potato cakes but the crinkle fries are very good.

Always the best experience at this Arby's. The staff is always friendly and upbeat. Greetings as soon as you walk in. They always make sure we are happy and if we need anything when sitting down in the restaurant. I would drive out of the way to go to this Arbys above the others. Great quality food! I came to this location late in the evening in my bobtailed tractor-trailer. Of course, without a trailer. However, the team at this location was fast and hilarious. I was tired and hungry, and one of the employees recommended what to decide to order with my meal. He was so funny and on point. Thanks for that. Keep up the good work. My food was fresh and hot. If I'm in that area again and craving Arby's...I'll be sure to stop there.

This Arbys was awesome. Quick and friendly service. The root beer float was huge and refreshing, and the cookies were warm, fresh and delicious. Arbys is becoming our go to restaurant during Covid. We will be back! Just wish they had more locations closer to our home.

Its hard to call it fast. The food is always delicious. My family is split on arby's sauve vs horsey sause. 😀 it gets frustrating waiting though. Its not an in and out in a hurry kinda place, regardless, we dont "fast food" a lot, and arby's generally gets the nodd when we do.

Ordered at the drive-in. Paid for and received our food. Before driving away, checked and noticed we didn’t have the curly fries we’d ordered. Asked about them. They gave us the fries.

Great service I go for lunch. Line sometimes long in drive thru but they have a decent time for service. Manager is great on top of things.

Typical fast food chain. Quick on taking the order but a bit slow on everything else. Only 3 cars ahead of me and it took several minutes to place order but roughly 10 minutes in between placing order and receiving order in drive thru.

We like it. This location is always attentive and quick to serve. My only gripe with any Arby's are that the fries are only the greasy side. This location is extremely consistent and well managed.

Arby's was just "ok" today. The service was excellent. The dining are was nice and clean however, the food was the "ok" part. More specifically the bread on the sandwiches didnt seem to be the freshest, almost like day old bread. Maybe just an off day.

no indoor eating drive thru of course was long, but good is good as always and customer service was great. Nice to have the packets and salt that I requested placed on the side of the French fries and not on top of them like they always do in San marcos, Texas.

Fast food restaurants have always been a wild card to review. It depends on your bias of a specific company and food tastes. Some like McDonald's/Burger King, KFC/Chick-fil-A, and Wendy's/Arby's. I like to give each place a chance to differentiate themselves from others. Arby's is not as popular as the other companies I just listed, but maybe that works to it's advantage. My previous experiences here have been mostly pleasant. The atmosphere is cozy and quiet. This is my choice if I want a quiet night and enjoy some food. The windows everywhere brings in a lot of natural light and it feels warm and open. The employees are very nice and I've always been greeted when I open the doors. Some have been patient and calm when approached by "less-than-adequate" individuals who are rude to fast food workers. They serve my food with a smile and tell me to enjoy all the time. Certainly better than other high-end restaurants I've previously visited. The dining room is certainly cleaner than most places I've been to. With the exception of a ketchup package left on the table, the place is hygienic. I always order the same thing every time I come here, the Bacon Swiss Chicken Sandwich. And it's been delicious every time. The fries have the signature Arby's taste. All in all... The food was great to say the least. In summary, this particular Arby's is quiet, clean, and nice for a quick meal. Not many customers, although that's mostly due to the competition in the area and the company's reputation not being as high. Certainly nice to eat here occasionally and relax a bit. 4 stars: I liked it.

Normally this Arby's is very good.... However, this evening the 2 for $6 items (fish sandwich and beef-n-cheddar) barely warm. Hopefully next time will be back to normal.

What can you say about fast food joints? I never want to give them 5 stars because it's fast food, so even if the ff joint is super clean and has amazing service, it's not going to get 5 stars. For me, all ff joints are on a 3 star grade within a 5 star system. To get one star, the place must be super ghetto.

If you like roast beef then this is the place. This location serves moist flavorful meat. easy in & out. The road in front of the restaurant (nacodoches) will take you straight to loop 410 if you turn right (1 1/2 mile) and if you turn left it will take you out to 1604. (3/4 mile)

Purchased the "4 for 10.99" regular sandwiches. Seems that deal is lacking in meat. Typical Arby's. Still love the sandwiches. Could just be a one time deal. I was driving thru and it was my first time at this location. Young man at the window was very polite and professional.

The food came as ordered with the exception of the drink. I ordered a medium Peach Lemonade. I got this cup size and questioned was this a medium. My server said yes because it is made homemade 🤷🏽‍♀️. Validated my receipt to see what I paid for and a regular it is. Huh…maybe in another 4-6 months when I visit Arby’s again I will be able to order and receive the correct item(s).

I went there strictly to try the wagyu burger. The curly fries were awesome, and the shake was nice and thick. Don't waste your money on the burger.

Another sad review from me. I love takeout and I love Arby's but the last few times I've gone to this Arby's I've gotten great service but my order has been wrong. In fact the last time I ordered a Arby sandwich I got home and it was just a bun with no meat. I won't be going to this Arby's again ever. I've also ordered a Arby's beef sandwich with no cheese got home and there were so much cheese on that sandwich I had to throw it away. They simply do not listen.

Win or lose kinda place, when the fries and cheese are hot it's amazing. Sweet tea is always gross and soda is always flat. Inside is nice but clearly not welcoming. Drive thru wraps around building making curbs hard to avoid as well as pedestrian issues.

The Arby's sandwich was great. The mozzarella sticks had way to much salt. The fries were nothing but salt. It was for my grandkids and they couldn't eat them. I ordered two mozzarella sticks orders and they gave one sauce for both. Asked for Arby's sauce got three packs for three orders. Very disappointed in Arby's seems to be going down hill. Never going to this Arby's again.

All of my ketchup packets were covered in a sticky grease like substance. Totally ruined my appetite (I'm not going to eat finger food with sticky fingers from an unknown substance). I can't believe the employee put them in my bag of food. How in the world can you do that and not notice the packets sticking to your hands, or did she think that packets that stick to your hands are okay to give to customers?

Refused to serve meat from today, would only offer yesterdays roast beef, if they started cooking it when they arrived in the morning it would be ready by now. :/ arbys are slacking for somewhere thats beyond expensive and keeps removing it's deals

Employees should be trained better. When the employee was pulling out the cup for patron in front of me some of the cups fell on the floor. The employee picked them up off the floor and put them back into the dispenser. I turned around and walked out. That is very unsanitary.

Second time my food hasn't been hot, fries have been old and greasy, and the service terrible. At this point I don't see giving you all a third try. The balding man with glasses should certainly move along if he doesn't like his job because he acts completely miserable and rubs off on the customer.

I normally like to leave a five star rating but I cannot pay full price if I cannot go in and order. drive-through will not work for me. open up your store like the rest of the people at least open up 50% of the seats inside. I have to work also. Supply chain Covid bs. Whatever your problem is. Save it. Open. One person working the drive-through will not suffice it’s wrapped around the building. 1:30 pm Thursday. This is not critical this is advice. .

Went to this store before closing, and the man that was working, although he may have been very nice, completely forgot my sandwich, did get extra pastries I didn't asked for, and my boyfriend got his food. was bummed, wanted to go back but the store had closed.

Restaurant was clean, fully stocked, and the food was good as usual. The cashier was very friendly and attentive. The poor rating is for the initial customer service we received. Upon entering the restaurant, we could see employees in the kitchen area eating right next to the food prep surfaces. These employees looked right at us when we walked in and ignored us. We waited for a while before asking them if they were open. Instead of apologizing, they acted annoyed and said, “she’ll be right with you.” The cashier was apologetic for the wait as it seemed she had to go to the restroom. We would have been content waiting for our order to be taken. It would have been as simple as politely saying the person with the open til should be right back. Instead we were made to feel like we were intruding on their dinner. Hopefully the one star will get a manager’s attention so that these employees can learn a little more about customer service, food safety and cleanliness, and common curtesy.

If I could, I'd give them a 1.5 stars. But I'll give you two. Anyways, we ordered 5 beef and cheddar sandwiches. And when we got home, I bit into one of them and it turns out, they ended up giving us 4 sandwiches and they were classical beef sandwiches. But on top of it all, the meat and the french fries were cold. I hope you guys can do better next time I come back.

If you go hear during lunch be ready to hear the unit supervisor yell at employees, talk down on them like they are trash , make employees cry , this is not professional at all someone from corporate office needs to see this and have a major sit down with this crazy yelling manager, these employees are working under a hostile environment and being bullied by the manager I've seen it several times ,.
