I arrived late just after the kitchen had closed; I was traveling for work. I hangout with a group of guys who were also traveling for work and shared a few adult beverages. They left after 30 minutes, I got to meet the bartender and a few locals and once they cleared out, it was just myself and staff and then the owner came out. Just in conversation I mentioned how I'd been traveling for the past 5hrs and missed the kitchen, so her beautiful self went to the kitchen and made me an amazing turkey sammich with chips and two pickles. They stayed after close and allowed me to finish my food with now sense of a rush ever seen. Played music on the juke box and sang (I sound like a dead cat) and they entertained me. I can't say enough for the hospitality and the service and "feeling of home" that I was immediately presented with. If and when I return to the area, they will forever have my undivided loyalty for food and adult beverages. Love you guys and thank you so much for having me.

Clean, comfortable, and cozy. A very nice place to sit down and eat, or have a few drinks. Friendly staff, tasty food, occasional special events. Clean bathrooms, street parking, easily accessible. Reasonably priced too.

I enjoyed my meal. The clam chowder was pipping hot and tasty. Mary, our server, was friendly and professional. If I am in town again, I will go back to the Timberwolf Pub!

While driving home from Ausable we were looking for somewhere to get a quick bite saw this pub open and decided to give a try . We were greeted right away and got drinks quickly. We ordered a sampler , wings and a burger. Everything was good and quick great spot to stop in for a quick lunch and beer .

Small place with a great karaoke sound system. No drink menu, not a lot of top shelf choice but it gets the job done. Fairly cheap drinks, all local. Decent t place to relax toss back a fee drinks and have some fun with karaoke on Saturday nights.

Very friendly staff, nice hometown feel. It's not fancy, but the food was good, great value on drinks. Clean bathrooms, actually the whole place was clean.

I'm not sure what to say about our experience. Definitely an interesting place with very interesting clientele. I remember hearing from two older folks chatting at the bar as one showed the other pictures on their phone, "And this is Sharon." "She was a nurse right?" "She went blind. She shot her husband." "She what?" "She shot her husband... Anyway..." Everyone in the bar was very friendly. The portions were a little small, but everyone enjoyed what they ordered.

I feel bad anytime I give a negative review, but what's the point in doing this if you only give good reviews? This one was even harder to do because the owner was such a sweet, woman, and the staff (and a patron helping) were super nice. Anyway... We stopped here on a motorcycle trip because our first choice was closed and this place was next door. We asked for very common drinks, but the women behind the bar didn't know how to make them. It turns out that one woman didn't even work there and was just trying to help because they are short staffed. The "cook" was also behind the bar helping, and, after we looked up the recipe for a drink she agreed to make it. The food is what really killed the experience. The bread on my sandwich was toasted so much that it literally fell apart (see pic) when I tried to take a bite. The fries were very cold and not cooked all the way through. My friend got a burger that was literally raw in the center and the bun appeared to still be a bit frozen. His fries were also very undercooked. Unless you're just looking for a beer and a bar to sit at, I wouldn't recommend going here.

Great atmosphere and very clean place. Food came out quick and piping hot. Good prices. Only a few downsides though. The burger looked and tasted like one of the generic frozen Wal-Mart ones. While the staff was friendly and I was greeted immediately, they did not make conversation or all to see how things were as I was eating. And instead say at the end of the bar on their phone. Also they sneezed repeatedly and did not wash their hands after.

So the food was good & the ambiance was cute. The service on the other hand was terrible. I get that this pub has two sides but if you didn't want people to eat on your side you shouldn't be open or at work. I have never in my life had someone tell me to go next door to eat while the business was open. customer service is key in small business. I will not be going back.

My husband and I stopped in for something to eat after work. This was a new place for us. I ordered the wings and a root beer, my husband ordered the appetizer sampler and a lemonade. The server said she could make the wings extra crispy and when they came out they were rubbery, cold and soggy. When I asked to have them crispier she told me I had to wait for the others... When I asked for ranch dressing I got a cup of mayonnaise 🤦‍♀️ My root beer was flat and no carbonation. My husband asked if she could substitute the breaded mushrooms and jalapeño poppers for curly fries and broccoli bites as we have severe allergies. First off she didn't tell is we would be charged almost 20$ for a substitute. If she had told us that we would have went else where. Secondly- we were not told our food would be prepared in the same deep fryer as the jalapeño poppers and 50$ later for the bill we walked out with hives and a whole container of food because it was dry and made us nauseous. We will never come back.

Th bartender Mary and the Owner are absolutely horrific. They are rude aggressive and outright disrespectful to anyone that has any question that goes against their directive. I have never felt less at home in any one place in my life. They try to make up for shitty service with some free meals on the holidays. My guess they only take care of regular customers . Outsiders are not welcome. Side note $20.00 for a double White Russian. Only to tell me after the 3rd one.
