Great lounge in terms of food cakes and wines , always at top , we are Italians. I don't like the design of premises , very superseded ,the different levels of rooms ,opprimente like the hell , the round brown tables and chairs as well, old style , The lounge need to be improved ergonomically , we are not in UK

Average experience for a Priority Pass lounge I visited the Leonardo Lounge at Milan Linate as a Priority Pass member and would give it an overall rating of 3/5. The space itself is pleasant and the buffet looks generous at first glance, but the food selection is heavily focused on sweets and pastries. There were very few savoury options and, surprisingly for Italy, no cheeses at all, even though the country has so many excellent ones that would really elevate the offer. Compared with other lounges I have visited, the variety here feels limited. The fresh fruit was a nice touch, but I would have appreciated more substantial food, such as salads, lighter hot dishes and, above all, a small selection of Italian cheeses. The coffee also left quite a bit to be desired and did not live up to Italian standards. Overall, it is an acceptable place to wait for a flight, charge batteries and come away from the crowds but there is clear room for improvement, especially in the food and coffee.

Lovely and friendly receptionists. Dirty lounge. Used dishes and rubbish were left on tables and not cleared away by cleaners for a long time. The cleaner was more interested in making sure guests did not consume too many drinks than actually maintaining a tidy space for guests. Mostly cold dish, such as sandwich and pastries.

I'm at this lounge often, and it is neither consistently good nor consistently bad. There is ample seating, and the lounge is generally well-kept. The inconsistency comes with the food and beverage service. The cakes and small quiches are always quite good, but the coffee machines often do not work, and today, for whatever reason, there was no juice of any kind. When asked about this, the staff person just shrugged and said there was none. There's really no reason an airport lounge in a city like Milan should be out of supplies on a weekday morning.

Very average and relatively small lounge, no bathrooms so you must use the public ones downstairs, one or two desks, some high tables, and some lounge chairs to look at the view. Very limited food options. Friendly staff. Average WiFi.

Here you can find mini 🥪 and a good variety of sweets. Other than the normal drinks like fanta and coca cola, you can also find the crodino. Both yellow and red. The bathroom are clean but they flashes automatically too often. I don't think is a good solution, taking in consideration the incredible waste of water.

Easy access, friendly staff, but mediocre and basic food, plus a lot of sweet options. Why don't they include eggs, minestrone soup, or pasta? For the price we paid to access the lounges, they should improve their offerings.

Ok lounge considering the refurbishment of the area. The staff is nice, polite and always with a smile. Cleanliness of cutlery and glasses could definitely be better. Food offering is okish if not considering the warm offering which is absolutely below the standard. To the management, please visit lounges in other airports too realise the warm food should not be provided during the entire opening of the lounge, not in very specific time frames and in small quantity not sufficient for the capacity of the lounge. No signs mentioning that if you don't have food at 2 pm, the next shot is at 6.30 pm. This is not acceptable for one of the main Italian airports, sorry to say, but hope this will help to improve the offering.

Poorly indicated and for an airport which has supposedly “ramped up” for a “inner”city airport…very disappointing. Food offer is way below what you can find in an ITA AIRWAYS lounge…design is poor (we are in MILAN!!! Capital of design)…. Looks like they updated the airport but did not think of the client experience. You have to walk now for 10min to get to the lounge going through all kind of stores…. Anyway…Wish they had kept the airport as it was 10 years ago

Entered here as we are waiting for our departure couple minutes away. Hot Food option is mediocre with two variety. The bake goods for comfort food is great and a wide variety of drinks to hydrate before the flight is amazing. NOTE: I notice one of your waitress berated a group of soccer player kids and humiliate them about a sign / policy on the lounge. I saw what happened myself when that one kid hauled a bunch of drinks for him and his group apparently and she still followed him then humiliated the kid in front of his friends. I know this kids from one of the international school meets and I feel bad he got intimidated like that. Please check your camera if it is working on the 26th from 1:45pm - 2:45pm. I should’ve taken a picture but wouldn’t want to humiliate someone in social media. Diplomacy is better than being irate specially to kids traveling on their own. Shame on your staff for not using a kind gesture on this kids to tell them properly if they are doing something wrong.

In general the lounge space it's not really comfortable, the AC is not working properly and is quite warm ,it only has two type of seating setups and only one type the high table has power supply ,the other ones don't have power supply ,there is a few variety of food , one warm meal that actually is not warm , the other ones are small breads and sweets but very bad quality some cookies and one cake ,the drinks are all warm even if you take them from the fridge, also no variety of drinks like wine , beside been warm there is only one .it's supposed to be exclusive lounge and it doesn't have anything exclusive it's supposed to close at 9:30 p.m. but since 8:00 p.m. they stopped refilling everything,so it's getting empty and empty towards the night so if you go there at 8:00 p.m. 1 hour and a half left you know you get half of the stuff.

Friendly staff but no value for money at all. They only have croissants and -definitely 2nd day- baked mini sandwiches. Spend your money elsewhere if you can.

Of all the lounges I have been to, this is by far the worst. The food selection is appalling. It’s just a counter with mostly stale food and some canned drinks. That’s it. Oh and a coffee machine. Better to go to a coffee shop at this point.
