My personal go to as of now is the chicken alpalstor. It's amazing and the customer service is outstanding. My first time coming to chipotle and the workers helped a lot with guiding me down the line.

Chipotle of Selma, you guys are doing something right! We are only able to stop here when we travel to visit family, but this is seriously the most flavorful Chipotle that we’ve ever been to! It‘a always perfectly seasoned and just SO GOOD! Wish my local Chipotle was this tasty!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Cheerful, helpful, an absolute delight to be in the presence of, made us feel happy and welcome. And the food! I’m always surprised by the excellence of Chipotles food. We had lunch a few hours earlier in Yosemite at a very expensive and well known restaurant, and Chipotle HANDS DOWN beat the expensive restaurant both in food quality and BY FAR in excellence of customer service. This particular Chipotle’s employees deserve the highest of praise! An absolute standout.

Love Chipotle, my fiancee and I eat here once week. It's one of the few places where a vegan can eat from the menu without making special requests or paying twice the price. The good tastes good and we'll never get bored of those burritos

Came here for lunch with my parents and ordered a salad with double chicken. I was happily surprised as the portion of meat I was given since I did order extra sometimes Chipotle is stingy with their meat servings. The rest of the service was what I expected. I would go to this location again.

I went there this past Friday evening, and had a great experience. There was a younger guy that was very nice.Great portion sizes compared to the other locations in Fresno. Great overall experience.

I hadn't been there for a while but it was still very good. My mom and I had a bowl with barbacoa and I forgot how much they serve you. I ate 3/4 of my bowl and my mom was only able to eat less than 1/2 of hers.

We love Chipotle so much we travel from another city and drive 20 minutes to get there. I know - I know, with gas prices the way they are it can get costly. But we feel it's worth it. Using the mobile app and ordering ahead is a time saver, plus we earn food rewards. Hey Chipotle how about offering auto fuel as a reward to help get to you?! That would just be the icing on the cake! BTW, I had their tacos with barbacoa. Not bad at all and you get 3 tacos !!

Always look for a girl whose name is MADELINE, she is only one who’s always nice and serve very kindly. Rest of all are always rude and don’t wanna serve happily. I skipped this location because i had worse experiences before but now i started again only because of her(madeline) Thanks

Love using the online ordering for this location, I have never had to wait to pick up my order. It's always clean inside and the customer service when you wait in line for a regular order is great too. Might be tough to park during the busy lunch hour but there is plenty of parking a very short walk away in the Walmart parking lot. Glad to have Chipotle in Selma, CA!

From what everyone was claiming this place was, I had to experience it for myself. I'm glad to tell you that this place has to be the cleanest fast food in all of Selma. I've been to other places around here and I gag at the thought of people handling my food with no gloves. Not only do they practice food safety but their customer service is FANTASTIC! Upkeep is clearly maintained because they wiped down my table as soon as I left.

The prices are a little high , so you won't find a low cost value meal here , but the orders are of good size portions and I feel that two people can literally share one of their bowls because they have a load of various options too choose from , and if your a picky eater? Don't think about asking if you can substitute any of your item options for extra because it will cost you extra , I order their bowl with 1/2 chicken , asada , over white lime cilantro rice , lettuce , pico de Gallo , pinto beans, cheese, corn, white queso chips , guacamole. Nah of chips

Second time at this location. Came on Friday around 2:00 pm. Not sure about the name of the girl that helped me. Danielle or bethany. She was very kind and pleasant. I ordered a double chicken bowl no beans... it was delicious and balanced. Absolutely loved it. When she rang me up she convinced me to sign up for the rewards program. As a business owner myself I feel like she can easily be a manager. It’s incredible to see this type of ethics and manners in big chains restaurants nowadays. Would definitely come back since I’m in town frequently. Thank you so much!!

My oh my when I first saw that bodacious dream of an Asian man I fell to my knees weeping as such beauty. After years of grueling hideous workers this new employee was a beam of light for my pathetic useless life. His manly hand caressed that bowl as he filled it with his goodies 😉. I proud to say I’m a new chipotle fan yearning for more visits to see that gorgeous art of a man 🤤.

The staff here at this location is why I come back. This isnt the closest chipotle to me but the staff is the best in the area. Im terrible with names but everyone on 6/16's night shift is awesome and are some of the nicest people around. Note for management: You need to do something special for this staff! They are keepers!

Stopped in for a late lunch as we were passing through on the way back home. This Chipotle is about as good as it gets. Helpful employees, noticed a lot of them cleaning as we sat eating which does make one feel good about the quality of establishment. To the owner, your workers deserve a raise :) Very good portion sizes, fairly decent value. Chicken bowl 4.5/5 Chicken burrito 4.5/5 Chips and guac 4/5 Food was more than enough for 3 people, probably could have fed 4 Will be back on our next trip through Selma!

Our go to when driving by Selma. Great service. Great food. The cauliflower rice was pretty good too for those carb counting! My other half is big on the burritos. Chicken, beans, cilantro lime rice, guacamole, queso sauce, and either a bowl or burrito. Quick, healthy dinner.

Amazing food that is cooked as well as prepared right in front of you just they way you like it each and every time. Everything is guaranteed fresh there are no microwaves. Fast service to get you fed and back to your busy life. Mobile orders available, so you can skip the line if you place your order ahead of time.

Fast lunch spot, tasty menu. I hit this spot once every couple of weeks. It's a new place but the staff operating it seem like seasoned veterans.

Fast service, they don't skimp on the serving size, and the building itself is in a good location. It's easy to get to, there's plenty of parking and rarely a wait. If I had to give any critique at all it would be that I'm never greeted, I just sort of stand there awkwardly in front of the food for a minute until someone helps me.

Food is fresh and tasty. Workers usually have a helpful and positive attitude at the Selma location. Just wish they would open up dine in option.

Food was delicious. Since I don't often go there I'd wish they'd tell me what the options. For example, instead of just asking, "beans?", ask "would you like black beans or pinto beans?" The music choice was not to my liking and a bit too loud. Friendly customer service.

All good, but i thought it odd that a veggie only bowl was the same price as a chicken bowl. And no military discount. Other locations at least offer a drink or chips.

Like every Chipotle it's expensive but consistently good, high quality ingredients. This location is right off the freeway, next to Starbucks; a must-stop for those long trips up and down the golden state.

Nothing major to say. Your typical fast-service chipotle. Happy to finally have a location in Selma. It's usually pretty busy here because it is so new to Selma either go early on in the morning or randomly mid day. Lunch rush is crazy but line moves pretty fast. People are somewhat correct on portion sizes, this location can be pretty light handed with the chicken or steak. You can ask for a little more meat or add veggies along with your meat choice and they will be happy to add more :)

Not as good as the one in Fresno at Blackstone by In n Out... but it's in Selma right off the 99 next to the Habit (mmm... yummy!!), and *bucks. The staff could use to learn some decent manners and be more polite, courteous and professional. Also... NOT a fan of gristle in my meat... cut that stuff off before you cook it. That (staff & grissle) is why I dropped 2 stars.

I've not had any major issues with the Selma Chipote since I moved here nearly 4 years ago; however, today was a huge exception. I ordered my usual chicken bowl (al pastor, this time), with my usual rice, beans, and toppings. I'm not too sure what happened in their kitchen, but I couldn't eat much of bowl due to the over kill of cilantro and soap taste. Now I know, not everyone has that issue with cilantro, and usually I don't either, but when there are stems and leaves hanging off my fork, well, something was definitely wrong... Not sure I will go back, but for those of you who love cilantro... Enjoy!

Went here after church and the lady who served me had about no hearing. I asked for double protein and she just skipped over it and I don’t want to repeat myself because I feel like as a customer, the staff should listen to us carefully to satisfy us. Then after she skipped over that I asked for the mild sauce on the side, and she dumped it onto my food, and the lady who served my mom, she was way better in my opinion, she listened way more than the person I had. Food is alright, $100 for 6 people which is your normal chipotle price. Food didn’t taste out of the world it was okay. Atmosphere was alright, no good chairs for people who have trouble with walking/sitting. Music wasn’t the greatest but it’s fine. And the portion size is HORRID! I BASICALLY PAIDED FOR A KIDS MEAL!!!! Overall I think that people who serve food should get a test with their hearing for people who have trouble speaking / and normal people with background sound and not just showing up on time and have no mood and just want the money and not listing to the customer. I would probably give this place time to hopefully get a bit better,

I will always be a fan of Chipotle. Grew up eating it and always a good go to when you’re on the go. Unfortunately, as me and my family have moved to Selma, two months ago, the chipotle here has been lacking and unfortunately falls short, when it come to portion sizes of protein and guacamole as well as inconsistent in pricing of food ordered. Me and my wife get the same thing every time and the three times that we have gone to chipotle my bill has been different every time. Furthermore, if I’m going to be paying more money each time I would love my portion sizes of protein and guacamole to be accurate if not generous as chipotle standards suggest they are. Unfortunately, that is not the case and I ended up asking for double the portion today which was an extra charge. Chipotle gives great food hands down but I think I will be going to Fresno or other surrounding towns to get what Im missing from the Selma location.

Don't ask for extra anything whatever you do, I got 3 items on my burrito asking for extra cheese was to much and the person making it rolled there eyes

We went after they had been opened about a week or so and the person that made my food was not very courteous. The same person interacted with my husband and treated him very well. Hmmm! So, I personally haven't been back. If the decision is made to get Chipotle my husband will order and pick up. I will most likely not ever go back in there. Been to several in the Fresno area and have never encountered this problem.

Their register was having issues, but the sign at the door said card was accepted. When I walked in the man behind the counter told me it had to be an online order and was rude in answering questions and talking to me as I tried to ask clarifying questions. A simple change to the sign could have avoided this and there was never any call for the rudeness.

Visiting Selma for the day and stopped by one of my favorite spot for lunch only to be disappointed with the portions and the customer service I recipe today. Felt like they just wanted to get the line/rush out. Won't be coming back to this location.

I always liked going to selma for chipotle but everytime I go they are always cleaning up so early and they run out of stuff but there workers are always eating big bowls full of stuff. I just think they should keep it stocked until 8:30 if they close at 10 and if they only accept cards they should put that on the door or tell u right before you order.

What is happening with the Selma Chipotle? Our last two orders have not been up to par and this is typically one of our favorite places. My son picked up an order on his way home and when he was home we realized the chips we ordered were not included. Our two burritos had a lot less meat than usual. Hardly any. There were pieces of other food in our orders (corn and lettuce- not something we ordered in our burrito or bowls). The rice and salsa tasted totally different. Please return to your previous flavors and cooks!

Understaffed...waited ,about 7-8 minutes to order. One young man was doing something at the stove. Another young man came out and got himself a soda and went back to the break room?? Another girl was busy preparing take out orders and never acknowledged us at the beginning...I approached her to let her know we wanted to order and then she said she had to finish what she was doing and then could help us. I felt like the warm food was not very warm. I will not stop in Selma Chipotle (off Hwy. 99) again. It was around 3:30 pm we were there

We stopped in to have lunch because of the super charger nearby. We ordered the chips and queso and the queso was so cold that it was still mostly a solid blob of 'cheese'. If you've ever eaten queso in your life you know it should be heated to a more liquid state and at least WARM, ideally, a little hot. We both agreed to it was too cold to even coat a chip so we went up back up and asked if they could reheat it. The manager then came out with the world's most pithy thermometer and told us it was at store mandated temperature. Rather than be Karen's and ask for some refund we both agreed Chipotle quality and service continues it's downward spiral. I hadn't eaten at one in 7 years before this...and it will probably another 7 if there are still even around with how insane the prices are.

Got charged double for my meal yesterday. Now I can't fix it over the phone 😒 Will erase this review once they correct this.

Been here twice first they didn’t have any rice then they didn’t have any queso this place never has anything never coming again to the Selma place, one hour to make everything worst chipotle ever never again I come 25 mins for them to never have anything available, they only had one type of rice too

Pick up orders are TERRIBLE at this location. They are never ready on time. And every time I order online they haven’t even taken the order receipt out of the machine, when the restaurant is empty! And they don’t even offer you a free drink for their laziness.

Bought 3 burrito bowls two with steak one had carnitas and all three of us got food poisoning. Wont be eating there again

I've been to this particular establishment twice and at different times of the day and it truly is the worst Chipotle in the area. There was no flavor to any of the items that was served. The lettuce was wilted, the rice was chewy, the beans tasted like water and the chicken had no flavor. It was just awful. The workers were nice though, that was the only high lite.

It was my first time trying the chipotle here in Selma never had it before. Finally decided heck why not I can use a burrito. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, but never in my life had I had such a TERRIBLE burrito. For one the price was outraged I spent nearly $20 on a single burrito and a soda. Then I took my first bite and that's when I relived they didn't even cook the tortilla it was chewy almost like biting into chewing gum and it stretched and it was hard to chew. Overall terrible experience and I won't be going back.

The girl helping me was running register and running the line to serve food , Not once did she change her gloves . I will not say names but they got to teach these workers how to properly handle food to avoid illnesses . I no longer will be getting chipotle . It makes my stomach hurt everytime and now I know why

Are at Selma Chipotle, for a family of four. Ordered $70 worth of food. Steak bowls and 1 Al pastor. Counted 8 prices of meat on all our steak bowl. What a rip off. Not eating there again.

Worst chipotle I've ever been to. Portions are literally a joke I thought I was actually being messed with. Why is my bowl half empty and there's LITERALLY 8 pieces of steak on the whole bowl lmao is this real life?

I've been going to this place for a few months, and lately the bowl portions are less and less, you have to ask them to please add a little more rice, salad, even the hot sauce is less each time.

Dude every time I come I order a burrito and one side of the tortilla is always cold , went back to give them a second chance this time I clearly stated to warm up the tortilla longer . Failed again. Huge inconvenience when your on your 30 min lunch wait in line for a while and at the end to pay they tell you only card we have no change. So put up a sign say something before so we don't wait in line. Especially on a 30 min lunch break.

Every time I order a salad they never have the dressing. Why would they market a salad when they never have the salad dressing. The dressing is the reason why I love Chipotle salads. There is no point paying for a salad without the dressing.

One of the workers was serving himself & doubled up on everything, leaving the asada empty which was what I was gonna ask for. I figured they would ask me to wait for the asada which I would’ve gladly done but when I asked for asada the lady said we don’t have any, I said ok I’ll take the chicken. As I’m about to pay some random lady jumps in line to do a bunch of transactions that take a while. Workers don’t know how to use the register. By the time she’s done the cook had already finished making a fresh batch of asada. Had She asked if I could wait for it I would’ve. Absolutely terrible experience.

Portions are way too small!!! And they don't even cook the food right the rice was so hard I couldn't even finish it. I would not recommend this chipotle nor will I ever go back here! I rather drive all the way to Fresno.

As someone who loves chipotle, I was very disappointed. First of all, they never have anything available such as guacamole, sour cream, cheese, the proper utensils….you name it. On top of that the portions were horrible, the workers gave attitude, and the place was not kept up with. The trash was overflowing and the tables were not clean, making it hard to find somewhere to sit. I wish this chipotle had better management and overall better costumer service. This is probably the worst chipotle experience I have had. Do your self a favor and drive a little further to another chipotle, I wish someone told me that before eating here.

This restaurant looked like a dump. A taco truck is better than this location! No guac, no rice, no grilled peppers but I still got charged the regular price. No napkins and no utensils!!! Coke Zero was out! The tables needed cleaning and the bathroom was a stinker!

Very disappointed. We ordered from this location and when we went to pickup the food they tried to give me someone else's order. On the side of the bag it said $6 and change. I told them the order was wrong and they immediately started telling me how it was my fault if it was wrong. So after showing them on my banking app that $83 was just charged the said do you have the receipt. So after more bad attitudes they realized that my order had been sitting there the entire time. No sorry we were rude. Just oh here it is wrong last name and turned around. Guess we have to drive further if we want to eat Chipotle now.

This location doesn't not care about customers including manager on site. I went in with my family of 6 for dinner at 8:45pm on Friday. They did not have 3 main ingredients but they had product on the other to go order line. And they denied to give us the items from the to go line but would have charged us regular price for the food even without those 3 ingredients!

I ordered a steak burrito with black beans, hot sauce, onions, cilantro, and cheese NO RICE. I got a rice burrito with sprinkles of the above ingredients and no cheese or hot sauce. Ordered hot sauce and guacamole on the side. Nope, didn't get them either... Very disappointed!!! Wish I could add a photo...

I got the steak burrito, but it was mostly filled with rice and beans. When I was ordering, the front area had run out of steak, so the girl preparing my burrito had to go to the side to get some more. She grabbed a small container they normally use for salsa and brought it back with steak for my burrito. However, the container was not completely full, and I felt like she was in a hurry and was rushing me so I didn't say anything. I will be calling later.

Went into store to order lunch for my husband and I and walked out with only his food. After I was shouted at by a male employee because the rules state I have to finish with the first order before I start the second. That would have been fine if the employee who had started my order asked me about my second bowl. Before I can say anything the employee very rudely said “ITS THE RULES you have to complete one order first” I consider myself a rule follower and if there had been THE RULES posted I would have followed them. I was so embarrassed by the way this gentleman spoke to me I just said forget it. The other employee looked concerned but didn’t offer me any recognition of some type of apology. There was a line building and all the employees looked stressed. You would think management would better prepare staff and store for the lunch rush. The manager was busy counting out receipts with 2 other employees. There was no steak, no chipotle vinaigrette, and the guacamole I paid top dollar was so sour and inedible. I am a Selma resident and I will not be returning. If your in the area The Habit is good and Deli Delicious is always fresh. Avoid this Chipotle.
