Small parking lot. Very weird and difficult drive thru because of the horrible entrance layout. Feels like the speaker for ordering is on the sidewalk. Food is great👍.

I of course love their chicken but I went last week and their Cole slaw was really good and their mashed potatoes really were good. They I think maybe have a new recipe but I can’t confirm. Their chocolate bunt cake was not dry either. I also love their new plastic bag/jug of soda lol

Me and my friend by the name of Custer Dabu and others would walk from the school to here sueing intersessions from year 2000-2002. I was around 15 to 17 years old. The parking lot next to the park used to be empty and I can't remember the name of the store that was next to it.

I live down the street from this location so I come here the most frequently than any other location. They have really stepped up their game lately. The staff works efficiently and they are friendly. The food comes out tasty, fresh, and cooked to perfect! I would definitely recommend this location. Order in person, in the drive thru or on the app. They will make sure your food is fresh, delicious, and the fried chicken will be hot and crispy just like it should be from KFC 👍

Doesn't have a drive thru so that itself is a downer .they are however 1 of the only KFC's that have the 8 pieces of chicken by themselves for 12.99 no coupon needed and are never too busy

The quaint ordering area as you walk in completes the cozy-home- in-the-country presentation which this store delightfully nails. The matte red walls made of wood, the simple brown chairs, it all very cute until you realize this place has no second floor. You are eating the chicken while inside the coop! If it weren't so redundant I'd cry fowl.

This is a smaller size KFC yet we've always received great friendly service. Mostly use the drive thru. Accessibility wise they could be better. Their doors are heavy and the pavement outside uneven. Dining area is a little small but it works. Good is always good

stop by at this location and the young lady that took our order that moment was polite and she's was very good at taking our orders only she just forgot one item that was part of our meal she got my husband's order right .....she just forgot that I order too! lol! so by the time we realized it was missing we were way too far to go back on that side of town lol

their dining room is open until 9 PM and the drive thru closes at 10 PM. it's wonderful that they accept EBT food stamps but you can only use them inside the restaurant and not in the drive thru. I found this out after traveling from my place in Van Nuys to North Hills on bus and bike. It was really annoying that their phone is on "busy" so when they are busy they don't take calls and that's why I couldn't get through to find out what I rode all the way to get shot down all damn hungry

Parking over there can be a little scarce since it is located in between two streets that yield at the end of a peninsula. The total parking area availability is about six cars, including the employees. Establishment inside and out was somewhat clean of trash and debris. They also had TV entertainment playing inside but only in Spanish add with no closed captioning on. I ordered 1 lb chicken bowl which was good but nowhere near a pound of food,which I was hoping for since I was quite hungry at the time. The two for $6 deal that I split with a buddy left us both hungry and unsatisfied. You make the choice but that's why I give it a 3 out of 5. Thanks for reading.

This is not the greatest place to eat. It's a shame how KFC has gone down over the years and with fewer customers, you would think they would improve but they are bad at customer service and food is not the best.

They are robbing people with a very high price and they served very little you may get a half a bowl of large coleslaw but I am satisfied with Kentucky fried because I love Kentucky fried chicken they are not that bad everyone is trying to make money. Thank you

Tucked in between an odd intersection and relatively hard to get out of. The place seems like its staying alive somehow, but the food is generally lukewarm. Many of the KFC's in the region are closing down, and this is one of the last remnants of KFC other than Granada Hills. Popeyes is a better option is many respects, though I do understand many people like KFC's spices (I do too).

The KFC in Canyon Country, CA on the corner of Soledad Canyon and Sierra Highway has terrible service. Every time I go there it’s like a crapshoot on what they have available. Every time I go there, it seems they’re always out of my dark meat, original chicken. Or they’re out of wings. It’s always something.

Well, for one i asked for a side of macaorni and they gave me a side of mashed potatoes. I wouldn't have minded so much if they actually put gravy on them. Plain mashed patatoes, really? I went back to get macaroni and it tastes like plastic covered in melted kraft American cheese, disgusting. The line is always out the door and they have two people working there so you can imagine how extremely slow the service is. All the employees have attitudes. This area just sucks for food but, at least their service is better than shitty McDonald's down the street.

Family pack on tv shows 20 Fill up. When ordering I repeated the 20 Fill up. Employees also repeated the same. I notice next to the 20 price there was a small 99 price to the far far right side. Service is always slow, the good thing is that you can call your order over the phone and they will have it ready the minute you arrive. The food is great though, and fresh taste always. The Manager Jose is always there. On rainy weather be ready to get wet inside because "oh boy does their inside roof leaks. "

I ordered for delivery, clearly said 12 piece extra crispy THIGHS AND DRUMS, instead they gave me 6 piece thighs and drums and 6 piece white meat which I did not ask for, I called them and thought it wouldn't be a big deal, they refused to re-deliver even though it says delivery available. I'm quarantined so I'm paranoid to go out, so I was asking for a refund. The employee refused to give me a refund claiming she did not know how to give refunds for delivery orders, which is a big obvious lie knowing that GrubHub is partnered with KFC so it's obvious any employee would know how it works. Third time getting the wrong order this year! Definitely not ordering KFC again.

It's not the establishment the franchise itself it's these Guinea people they get to work at these places these places the prices are high because minimum wage in the state and city is very high this place can be a lot better if the people Working there causing the prices to go up because the minimum wage keeps going up if they d*** knew a clue about what fried chicken coleslaw and potatoes was all about but I don't know and the people businesses are so desperate to get someone there to take the dummy's money that buys the stuff......

Tried the chicken thigh and leg. Had not had the original recipe in quite a while. Under the skin was a considerable layer of fat, like I had never seen before on any chicken. KFC is well known for being the worst possible fast food. This visit qualifies as one of my worst ever fast food experiences.

2 KFC's in one night. I came here right after the Northridge location being out of Chicken at 8pm and not wanting to make more. So, I order at this location, she specifically asks what side I wanted...wrong side given, I don't eat mashed potatoes. Also, my chicken was old, reheated from being refrigerated. I'm not sure who you are trying to fool here...Chicken has a distinct taste and smell after being in a refrigerator. Had to throw my whole meal away as it was not edible.

My experience I went kfc last night 12/9/2020 we was told 15 minute wait which turned into 25 poor poor service I got home put the box of chicken out the bag so much grease at the bottom that the chicken hit the floor the piece that I did save one thigh I wouldn't even say it was half done it wasn't done yeah just the KFC on sepulveda that take EBT I'll give you no stars Poor poor poor service

I've ordered online simply to save time the website prompted me to come at 8:05. So i did .arrived there and wanted to claim.my order and with a suprised gesture the crew askedmy name and yomdme i have to wait 5mins for my order and i fine im willing to wait .and 5 mins passed came back to the the drive truand i was informed by crew that thez run out chicken and i have to wait 15 mins more for my order ( now total 20 min ) i drove away and waited agian . Nearby i parked my car near the drive where i see that kfc people serving food as usual.so the 15 mins passed they followed up my order and still it was not ready. My option is to wait or refund my order .to skip the painful process of a refund i was obliged to wait . So i waited and waited. And after exactly 1h and 21 mins i was able to get my order. Without any apologies or explanation from the crew . I've worked in the hospitality business all my life and ive never seen a restaurant treat their customers as bad as this one . I see that this particular branch is lacking in management because there was no manager nor a person that directs the kfc crew to do well in their work everyone does whatever they want to do chit chatting and stuff not minding that people are waiting to be served .shout out to kfc top management with all due respect ou must take action on this . Its un acception Al. Please don't waste the long teras of good reputation of kfc . My advice to people that are craving kfc is to try to avoid this branch.

This KFC has terrible customer service. When a COLD chicken sandwich was brought to their attention they stated “that’s the hottest it gets” when asked for more sauce as there barely any sauce to cover the entire bun it was literally the size of a dime compared to the bun, we were told “we are not allowed to do that/ the sauce already comes as is” what type of service is this? Regarding the cold sandwich this is the second experience under the same manager OSCAR who clearly does not have a care for the world for KFC customers. There was no line today so why the terrible food quality? I will definitely be reporting this to corporate as I do have a voice recording of whoever answered the phone responding to my request of store number regarding my husbands complaint about the cold sandwich not being fixed & her stating “yes” what a joke.

Drive thru experience around 830 pm was very terrible. Rude people taking orders over microphone. Need to speak more clearly. Screamed through the speaker with a very nasty attitude. Missing items on my order. Chicken strips that I ordered was not there. Did not give me extra plates nor utensils. Very horrible experience.

Ordered a 16 piece tender family meal drove 25 minutes home only to find there was only sides and biscuits no chicken tenders. Oncs my kids and I got home kfc was closing in about 3 minutes. Tried to call a couple times but no one picked up.. oh well.. I am now out.. $45.98.. and I have learned a valuable lesson. I should have spent the money on groceries (no matter how tired) and made food for my family myself. I am freaking mortified right now because it's a lot of money for biscuits and sides. A few bites were taken.. but this is what we received no chicken. No quality control. Please CHECK YOUR BAGS before driving or leaving this KFC!!

Over multiple personal experiences at this location, the food is not fresh. They will always tell you the chicken was just made, but it has been dry and warm (not hot). For me, it has become a waste of money to order food from KFC.

I had just to this KFC and I ordered three chicken bowls, one original and two spicy and one large fries and one large potato wedges. The two spicy bowls they were saturated with tapatio sauce and a pretty sure that KFC doesn't add tattoo of sauce to make spicy chicken it's just made spicy So check out this picture I have you tell me if it's spicy or if it's original or if it's just some made up crap because they wanted to cut corners. IT WAS SO HOT IT BURNT MY MOUTH.

Today, I experienced what I believe to be outright racism, discrimination, and shocking disrespect toward an African American customer. I walked into this KFC to pick up my mobile order. While waiting, I noticed a gentleman walk in before me with his child. They appeared to be ordering two combo meals, but it seemed they were unsure of what exactly was included in the meals. Instead of assisting them with professionalism or courtesy, the cashier spoke to them with condescension and irritation as if answering their questions was an inconvenience. When the gentleman asked what the meal came with, the cashier replied with a tone that screamed, “Are you stupid?” Her demeanor was not one of helpfulness but of disdain speaking to this grown man as if he were a foolish child, humiliating him in front of his kid and everyone present. Finally, I stepped in. I asked to speak to a manager. There was no manager on duty, but a woman “in charge” came over. I explained that I had been waiting for my order and, in the meantime, had witnessed her cashier treat this customer in a completely unacceptable manner. I reminded her that if a customer doesn’t know what comes in a combo, it is their responsibility to explain not belittle. Instead of addressing the situation, she walked away without action. I asked again to speak to her when the second cashier called her back. She told the cashier to inform me she was “busy.” I persisted, telling her she had walked away without resolving anything, and that her cashier was still being openly rude. Her response? “It’s none of your business” and “I don’t hear her being disrespectful.” Things escalated from there. I was then told, out of nowhere, that if I wasn’t happy with my order, I could return it even though my order had no issue whatsoever. Then, in a shocking and deeply offensive turn, she called over someone I believe was the cook, who looked at me and said: “You’re probably on drugs, you need to leave.” I left that KFC not only appalled at the treatment I witnessed toward the other customer, but horrified by the disrespect and baseless personal attacks directed at me simply for standing up against mistreatment. This was not just poor service this was a complete failure in professionalism, customer respect, and basic human decency.

Ordered a 16 piece tender family meal drove 25 minutes home only to find there was only sides and biscuits no chicken tenders. Oncs my kids and I got home kfc was closing in about 3 minutes. Tried to call a couple times but no one picked up.. oh well.. I am now out.. $45.98.. and I have learned a valuable lesson. I should have spent the money on groceries (no matter how tired) and made food for my family myself. I am freaking mortified right now because it's a lot of money for biscuits and sides. A few bites were taken.. but this is what we received no chicken. No quality control. Please CHECK YOUR BAGS before driving or leaving this KFC!!

Today, I experienced what I believe to be outright racism, discrimination, and shocking disrespect toward an African American customer. I walked into this KFC to pick up my mobile order. While waiting, I noticed a gentleman walk in before me with his child. They appeared to be ordering two combo meals, but it seemed they were unsure of what exactly was included in the meals. Instead of assisting them with professionalism or courtesy, the cashier spoke to them with condescension and irritation as if answering their questions was an inconvenience. When the gentleman asked what the meal came with, the cashier replied with a tone that screamed, “Are you stupid?” Her demeanor was not one of helpfulness but of disdain speaking to this grown man as if he were a foolish child, humiliating him in front of his kid and everyone present. Finally, I stepped in. I asked to speak to a manager. There was no manager on duty, but a woman “in charge” came over. I explained that I had been waiting for my order and, in the meantime, had witnessed her cashier treat this customer in a completely unacceptable manner. I reminded her that if a customer doesn’t know what comes in a combo, it is their responsibility to explain not belittle. Instead of addressing the situation, she walked away without action. I asked again to speak to her when the second cashier called her back. She told the cashier to inform me she was “busy.” I persisted, telling her she had walked away without resolving anything, and that her cashier was still being openly rude. Her response? “It’s none of your business” and “I don’t hear her being disrespectful.” Things escalated from there. I was then told, out of nowhere, that if I wasn’t happy with my order, I could return it even though my order had no issue whatsoever. Then, in a shocking and deeply offensive turn, she called over someone I believe was the cook, who looked at me and said: “You’re probably on drugs, you need to leave.” I left that KFC not only appalled at the treatment I witnessed toward the other customer, but horrified by the disrespect and baseless personal attacks directed at me simply for standing up against mistreatment. This was not just poor service this was a complete failure in professionalism, customer respect, and basic human decency.

Over multiple personal experiences at this location, the food is not fresh. They will always tell you the chicken was just made, but it has been dry and warm (not hot). For me, it has become a waste of money to order food from KFC.

I've ordered online simply to save time the website prompted me to come at 8:05. So i did .arrived there and wanted to claim.my order and with a suprised gesture the crew askedmy name and yomdme i have to wait 5mins for my order and i fine im willing to wait .and 5 mins passed came back to the the drive truand i was informed by crew that thez run out chicken and i have to wait 15 mins more for my order ( now total 20 min ) i drove away and waited agian . Nearby i parked my car near the drive where i see that kfc people serving food as usual.so the 15 mins passed they followed up my order and still it was not ready. My option is to wait or refund my order .to skip the painful process of a refund i was obliged to wait . So i waited and waited. And after exactly 1h and 21 mins i was able to get my order. Without any apologies or explanation from the crew . I've worked in the hospitality business all my life and ive never seen a restaurant treat their customers as bad as this one . I see that this particular branch is lacking in management because there was no manager nor a person that directs the kfc crew to do well in their work everyone does whatever they want to do chit chatting and stuff not minding that people are waiting to be served .shout out to kfc top management with all due respect ou must take action on this . Its un acception Al. Please don't waste the long teras of good reputation of kfc . My advice to people that are craving kfc is to try to avoid this branch.

This KFC has terrible customer service. When a COLD chicken sandwich was brought to their attention they stated “that’s the hottest it gets” when asked for more sauce as there barely any sauce to cover the entire bun it was literally the size of a dime compared to the bun, we were told “we are not allowed to do that/ the sauce already comes as is” what type of service is this? Regarding the cold sandwich this is the second experience under the same manager OSCAR who clearly does not have a care for the world for KFC customers. There was no line today so why the terrible food quality? I will definitely be reporting this to corporate as I do have a voice recording of whoever answered the phone responding to my request of store number regarding my husbands complaint about the cold sandwich not being fixed & her stating “yes” what a joke.

Drive thru experience around 830 pm was very terrible. Rude people taking orders over microphone. Need to speak more clearly. Screamed through the speaker with a very nasty attitude. Missing items on my order. Chicken strips that I ordered was not there. Did not give me extra plates nor utensils. Very horrible experience.
