The best customer service I have experienced in a while. Both the staff and manager were extremely helpful with my large order of five dozen donuts and eight box of coffee. It was a last minute order and they fulfilled it and also help me out to my car. thank you Dunkin Simi Valley.

I stopped by this Dunkin this morning to get some donuts for breakfast. I found parking easily since it's in a decent size plaza and not a lot of people were here. When I walked inside, the place is kind of small and doesn't have that many tables so I think most people just get their stuff to go. There was only 2 people working so I had to wait for 1 of them to finish preparing someone order and then they were able to take my order. I got the glazed chocolate donut and glazed munchikins donut. They sell the munchikins donut as a set of 6 so you would need to get all 6. I thought the munchikins donuts were fine but I didn't really like Dunkin own version of the glazed chocolate donut. They also don't cover each donut in the bag so it will likely get mixed with the other donuts inside. Another donut place that I prefer to go to will put a protected sheet to protect each donut from cross contamination.

I am only giving 3 stars because I am giving a negative review not on the service but on management. I was picking up an order at 9:30am on a Sunday and there was only TWO PEOPLE working behind the counter. The drive through was long and there was a few people in the lobby. After a few minutes a third person walked out from the back and there was only 3 people working for the 20 min I was waiting. Management, please do better. The best way to show that you don't care about your employees is by understaffing them. Even if people called out, how come there was no management working? No apparent manager was there directing or helping them. I would like to keep this dunkin here but the service, quality, and speed will continue to suffer if your employees are continuously understaffed and overworked. I have been to this dunking a few times now and each time it has been extremely slow because there was no enough people working. Please staff your employees accordingly. Edit: I have visited this dunkin twice since this review and I am happy to say that my experiences the last two times were phenomenally better. The coffee tasted better and the drive through was appropriately timed. Each time i visited there was an adult gentleman that seemed to be manning the drive through. I hope this improvement stays and I am happy to have dunkin in Simi Valley. I am changing my review to 4 stars.

This Dunkin’ is great the employees are all friendly and they are quick to get your order out. I just wish the donuts were fresher and sometimes the food is a little overcooked. Overall I love this one and its a one stop shop donuts and a bank lol

We waited quite a bit for service. We also discovered that Californian long johns do not have cream inside, so sad!

I know they recently opened, but they really need to work on making sure everything is correct and food is fresh. I’ll give it another try in a few weeks and hopefully it will be a better experience.

The first time my drink was so watered down it tasted terrible and I couldn’t even drink it. I decided to give it another shot the other morning and I got a normal drip and a croissant sandwich. The drip tasted AGAIN like water and it was so light in color when I only asked for a couple of creams. My croissant was extremely burned, dried out, and inedible. It completely crumbled and I ended up just pulling the egg and sausage out from it. Never trying this location again.

Today was my first time going to this Dunkin. These were the worst tasting donuts I’ve ever had. I ordered two dozen donuts for a party. Glazed, old fashioned, chocolate glazed, etc. the old fashioned was awful. The glazed, which should be an easy win was also tasteless and stale. Service was fine, but the dessert was total flop for the party. The small family owned donut shops in Simi are far better in terms of donut taste and quality.

Hello everyone. I wanted to share that this Dunkin’ Donuts location unfortunately gave me a very bad experience. The manager working there was rude and completely unprofessional in performing his duties. Our sandwich order was prepared incorrectly, and when we politely asked him to fix the issue, he responded disrespectfully. Instead of apologizing, he gave irrelevant answers, claimed that we had already eaten the order, and even accused us of lying. I do not recommend this location to any of my friends and hope others avoid it as well. The manager’s name this morning was Jose Saturday 31-1-26.

When I addressed the issue with the manager, they offered me only a one-dollar refund, which felt unprofessional. The manager even argued with me, accused me of lying, and was quite rude. The sandwich itself was poorly prepared, and the hash browns seemed microwaved and not crispy at all. The manager named Jose!! repeatedly called me a liar, which left me feeling very upset. This individual definitely needs to be retrained by the company and is not suitable for a management role. I am NOT recommended this location specifically for breakfast at all.

With all the delicious donut shops in Simi this chain is not going to make it, which has been my prediction previous to my visit because of the ingress/egress alone. I’ve lived here over 60 years and it’s easy to predict what won’t make it. This place is no exception. I decided to give them a try. Went in and you’re forced to order at a kiosk. I had questions about the donuts but nobody came to the case. I ordered a rainbow sprinkle cake donut and a coffee cake muffin. Got home and took one bite of each and they tasted like they’d been sitting since the previous day. I would have driven back but not worth the $5.77 I spent. I decided to call the store to tell them they need to take these donuts out of the case but dialing the local number connected me to “corporate” and clearly spoke to somebody overseas that could barely speak English. They offered me an $8 coupon and I told him to keep it not worth trying this place again.

Typical souless modern chain with kiosks. I'm mostly disappointed at how the elderly gentleman behind me was treated. He had a hearing aid and had a hard time ordering. I will say the cashier was nice but completely at a loss as how to assist the customer. He overly explained and used dunkn terms? He just confused the old man. Due to the lack of communication he walked away to assist the drive through without a word. The man waited for his coffee at the counter. The cashier placed his coffee on a different counter and didn't say anything and stayed at the drive thru window. The man gave up and left. I didn't even see the cashier place the cup on the other counter from where I was sitting. When they called my name I saw the mans cup sitting on the corner of the counter up against the wall half blocked by the straw holder. I don't think this store will stay in business long. The drink and pastries were OK.

I went through the drive through and just asked for a chocolate cake donut and was told by the staff don't know what that is then told me just to come inside to look at the donuts like I was a bother when it was raining out side. When I informed him what a cake donut was he mocked me in front of the other staff. Really poor staff service.

It’s never made the way I want it. The staff isn’t really helpful either as well as the managers. There were times I had some issues with order and they were lazy to resolve or access the situation. If you guys want your Dunkin’ fix, please go visit the Westlake Village store as they always make your drinks the way you request it! I’m honestly disappointed overall because I wanted to give this Dunkin a chance since they opened a few months ago but quality hasn’t changed at all.

I’ve ordered here before, Tbh it’s not worth if you want your coffee made incorrectly, I ordered an ice coffee with cold foam and looked at it and they barley put any cold foam like literally you couldn’t see it it looked like a drizzle of cold foam and the coffee tasted gross. Even the employee don’t even seem to care about their job, they basically just look like they are doing nothing and just doing for the check. I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star. Don’t waste your money here.
