Nice area, food good. Staff friendly enough. Sad that an unadvertised service charge of 25% (or 4eur per person as stated in a previous review) was added to the bill. Next time I would avoid and go further afield. There’s a lovely bar called Cristallo 5 minutes away with more transparent pricing.

Arguably one of my worst restaurant experiences and surely my worst in Italy. 2 stars only for the friendly staff that does it's best waitering. The food was really bad even if we only had margheritas, how can mess it up? The bread was bad, the tomato paste and even the cheese was of bad quality. My friend had a coffee and even that was bad!! And 4€ coperto is a shame. Even the toilets were disgusting

DON’T GO HERE! We ordered 2 ice creams, two espressos and a bottle of water and the stuff told us that we cannot sit outside because of the ice creams. We should have bought different ice cream from the menu if we wanted to sit outside. That was told after we have already ordered. Do not recommend it at all.

DON’T GO HERE!!!! they charge 4€ per PERSON cover charge and the service is terrible We had a simple lunch here today, two pizza and one salad total 31 €, but they charged total 16€ for table fee. 4€ Per PERSON FOR TALBE FEE. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COST. THERE IS A REASON THEIR REVIEW SCORE IS SO LOW!!!!

Location great that's as good as it gets! We ordered drinks which we had to remind them to serve them, ordered a burger and a pizza the burger came eventually the pizza never turned up kept reminding them only to be told it will arri e in two minutes several times. In the end we left with out a pizza staff not bothered management not really poligetic. Worst place we eaten in italy what a shame avoid!!!

The food was really bad and for that price it should be at least good… the waiter was rude. The service charge is ridiculous on top of the price. We had amatriciana pasta and it was disgusting literally whole chops of just the fat from the panchetta.. only salt as seasoning and it was to salty… Dissappointing. The toilet was also gross and not cleaned a while…

Terrible and painful experience – unfortunately! I visited this charming-looking place with my daughter, but unfortunately, the treatment I received from some of the male waiters was extremely rude and disrespectful. After we ordered, one of them came over and insisted that I leave the table because, as he claimed, “this table is not for ice cream.” He spoke in a harsh and impolite way, making me feel completely unwelcome. What hurt even more was that other people were eating ice cream at nearby tables, and no one asked them to leave. I asked to speak to the manager, but no one responded or took any action. The situation was so humiliating that I ended up crying from how badly I was treated — something I’ve never experienced before. I truly don’t understand why people without any sense of courtesy or basic decency are hired to deal with customers. I want to thank the kind young woman who tried to calm me down. She was the only one who showed a bit of humanity. I will not come back, and I would never recommend this place to anyone

DON’T GO HERE!!!! they charge 4€ per PERSON cover charge and the service is terrible We ordered a poke bowl which probably ended up being one of the worst ever. We even had to put extra balsamic vinegar on (first time ever!!!) to make it taste better. What was even worse is how dishonest they are with overcharging. We ordered 2 medium beers (11Euro each) and got charged in the end for 2 large beers which cost even more than the most expensive large beer on the menu. Next up we got charged 8€ (4€ per person cover charge) which I’ve never come across in my life. It says 4€ in EXTREMELY SMALL letters at the bottom of the menu which is probably fine for a large table but very unethical to charge per person when you are playing with the fact that you can mislead people with it otherwise. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COST. THERE IS A REASON THEIR REVIEW SCORE IS SO LOW!!!!

Do not go! As per the last photo, Service fees is 4 euros per person, no matter for kid or adult，And tap water I asked cost me 4 euros ! Eatable food….

Great location, such a shame the only purpose is to rip people off. We wanted to have a quick bite, this place seemed nice with a great view of the Sirmione castle, but little did we know. Just after we ordered, the place turned into a horrible karaoke bar. Music blasting way too loud. But the worst thing is the following: we were two people and had one pizza each, straight forward from the menu, no extras, no special requests, and a big bottle of water. Total interaction time with the waiter was less than 1 minute. Pizzas came, all good, but nothing special. Asked for the bill and it took more than half an hour. On the bill a service charge of 20€! For what? This place just likes scamming tourists
