1st off it's a fast food joint so 4 stars is pretty darn good. The staff are friendly and food is always fresh when I go. Fresh brewed tea is always a plus so 🙌 thanks. Both sweet and unsweetened is available so you can mix it if your like me. Lately I have been going there especially for their fried catfish. They usually make it fresh every time it's ordered. May have to wait 10 minutes but hey, definitely worth the wait. Comes with biscuit, roll, or hush puppies.

Fried okra was decent. Fried Chicken was definitely better than KFC. Gravy with kind of bland. Hot sauce packets made everything better. Food was ready very quickly. The sweet tea taste like... Texas sweet tea.

I eat at Chicken express in Snyder weekly. The food is usually always really good. The only problem is they rarely get my order right. There is always something missing or wrong when I go. Almost 95% of the time. When you get to the window it looks like it's chaos in there and even went one day and someone had their small child waiting the window. Don't have a problem that but seems unprofessional. I typically order a meal deal and if they aren't talking over you when you are ordering they make you repeat it 2 or 3 times and then still get it wrong. Hopefully this will improve. But it's getting old to the point where I will stop eating there. Thanks.

Well, Staff working there were very Rude and lazy. Garbage cans were over flowing . Food was good tho. Young People need learn Hospitality and be Polite and friendly.

Earlier tonight I went & ordered 6 livers that should have came with a roll or biscuit. I received what can count as 4 livers if you were being generous. No roll was in the box. The family size order of rolls mostly looked okay but one if them was nearly demolished across the whole top. I didn't have time to eat till after they were closed or I would have called & in & asked about the amount. Since u had spent 30 minutes prior to going to the restaurant trying to call the order in to a constant busy signal maybe after closing I could have gotten through.

Placed order at 12:20pm. Still didn't have our order at 12:33, so I had to go back to the counter and remind them that we were waiting on our order. The lady say "oh, yeah, we are waiting on some tenders to be ready . . . as she looks and realizes there are two trays full of tenders behind her. She gets our order ready and then realizes that there are no corn nuggets ready so she goes to the freezer and gets some and starts cooking them and tells me she will bring then to me when they are ready. I'm thinking this is ok because at least I can start eating my meal while they are cooking and it shouldn't be more than four or five minutes. After waiting 10 minutes, I go back to the counter and ask about my corn nuggets and she says "oh, yeah, I forgot". She gets the corn nuggets and hands them to me. So, it took a little over 25 minutes to get my order and I had to remind them twice that I was waiting on my order to be filled. When I am leaving I go to refill my drink and there are several nozels laying in the drip tray, not sure what that was about but I would guess that is not what the proper process is.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced at a Chicken Express. Sat and waited on my food for over 30 minutes outside by the curb and that was after I had sat at the window for 20 minutes waiting. I went in to get my food and the young lady at the register said “do we have no thighs?”. (She was trying to at least be helpful) I said well all y’all had to say is you had no thighs and I would have ordered something else.” She said “I’m sorry, let me see when they’ll be ready.” An older Hispanic lady who was mopping the floor said “you were told there were no thighs”. I said “umm no ma’am I wasn’t”, She said “yeah, you were told. You were told. I said “no, I wasn’t”. She said “If you don’t like it, it’s just chicken, get over it!” I said “excuse me? It’s not just chicken now. it’s the way you are speaking to your customers, so no I won’t just get over over it. I still have gotten none of my food.” I then said “Just give me my money back and let me speak to a manager.” She then said “I don’t care, you were told, Bitch”. I said “I want my money back now”. She walked over to a man and said “that woman wants her money back” as she continued mopping. She mopped right in front of me several times laughing as if she told me off good and no longer would make eye contact after her profanity laced comments”. The man was nice and walked over offering me 2 free meals and also gave my a receipt with my money back. He said “ma’am it will be deposited back tonight and I’m sorry for your experience and here are two free meal coupons”. I told him the other younger staff were very pleasant and trying to help but that lady was absolutely horrible and I will never go back there, plus I will let everyone in town know of their horrible customer service there.” We eat there typically twice a week and usually have good experiences with very friendly staff but today this particular woman was very out of control and incredibly rude, lacking in customer service skills. She should not be allowed to work near the front counter with an attitude such as this toward customers.

Service is beyond horrible. Lady at the drive through wanted to charge me for one single packet of ranch when I get them free every time I go there. Was very rude about it and shut the window in my face. Food was cold sitting there probably for hours before I got it.

Our order was not complete. Missing hush puppies in fish plate. Biscuit missing from child's plate. Order took 40 minutes to come out. ice in the drink was a no no. Please fix your ice machine. If the ice is dirty do not serve it!!

Update 8/12/18 - original review below (was 4*) Came on Sunday evening at 6pm and waited over 20 minutes for 3 express tender meals. Wasn't busy, they were just coming out sloooow for some reason. Also they were out of 2 different sides I ordered. Cashier should warn people about the wait. One guy asked for a refund as he had also waited 30 minutes Good food, decent service. Had the spicy chicken strips, didn't know I could do mix and match, but they were good. Would go again.
