My and my sisters favorite restaurant when we dont just want to eat fast food and want something healthier. The servings are pretty big one plate could last 2 meals. I loovee getting the chicken teriyaki and absolutely love the tempura too. Always yummy!

Such a friendly and welcoming service. They saw we had our dog with us and they offered to move a few tables and chairs outside. We got beef teriyaki bowls and we were excited about the amount of beef! We had plenty extra and could save it for a next meal. We’ll definitely come back!

Been coming here since they opened about 10yrs ago. Best Asian Takeout in town. Owner/Family operated. They're always Very Friendly and serve Awesome Food with a Smile and always offer the Best Service possible. Highly Suggest trying them out.

Great food! The chicken is always super tender and has the perfect texture from the searing of the grill. The steamed vegetable are always crisp and not over cooked. On top of that, the portions are awesome. Always a good place to stop by when driving along the 101. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

Can’t help but stop in Soledad anytime I pass by to enjoy a beef bowl from teriyaki express. Always the same smiling faces and always consistently good food and service. Never have been disappointed. If you are passing by or in the area don’t let this one pass you by. You won’t regret it.

I love supporting this small family business. Super kind and friendly family. This is the best teriyaki place near my work. I only stick to the teriyaki dishes, so not sure what other dishes on the menu are like. Galbi rib plate with tempera veggies, or steam veggies if your healthy are always made to perfection. The chicken teriyaki bowl is great for smaller portions and chicken is on point. Both recommended dishes if you're stopping by your first time and don't know what to order. I mean the name says it all. If you're traveling north or south 101, make sure you make a stop hear for a delicious meal!

So much good food for the money. And so convenient to get here if you are driving up the 101 like we were. Less than 2 minutes off the freeway

Great price for the amount of the food they offer. Though the taste is more like a takeout place. Service is very decent. All in all, still recommend it as a place to grab food on the way to SLO.

The beef is much better than the chicken. The day we came there was no dark chicken available so we got breast meat. The chicken was dry and not very good. But everything else- the rice (hit and fresh) and broccoli and carrots were very good. The beef was surprisingly good. Bathroom was very clean and the women who served us was nice and friendly. Portions are adequate and reasonably priced. The location is inside the strip mall near Starbucks. Hopefully if we try again they will have dark chicken meat next time.

Nice enough place with surprising items on the menu. Was not expecting Baby back ribs. Pretty meaty. Also had fried calamari. Not bad at all, just not really tempura like it said on the menu. Portions goodly sized. Hit the spot. Just not remarkable
