We had breakfast at Motta in Malpensa T1, and it was a delightful experience. We tried the pistachio croissants and caffè macchiato—both were absolutely delicious! The croissants were fresh, perfectly flaky, and had just the right amount of pistachio filling. The caffè macchiato was rich and aromatic, complementing the pastries beautifully. The prices were reasonable, not expensive, especially for an airport café. A great spot for a quick and satisfying breakfast before your flight! Highly recommended.
We were party of 2, visited this restaurant 1 hr before boarding at 10:30am. Got a table and our food at good speed. Price is little high but reasonable for airport + sit down restaurant price Food was tasty but definitely not as good as restaurants outside the airport Servers are friendly but as time went on & crowd came in, they were definitely understaffed — if you have less than 1 hr before boarding, I would not recommend dining in.

A good restaurant for those waiting for their flight. As soon as we arrived, we sat down and ordered two Motta burgers, a glass of Bellavista sparkling wine, and a Coke. As soon as I tasted my wine, I immediately noticed that it had no bubbles and that it had been open too long. I immediately asked for a change, and they brought me a new glass that was definitely cooler. Our dishes arrived after a wait of about 20 minutes, and the quality of the ingredients was evident from the first bite. I was annoyed that they didn't have ketchup to go with the fries. Overall, we had a good meal, although it wasn't a perfect experience. I'd love to return to try other dishes.
Motta at Milan Airport offered an average dining experience. The airport setting limited the ambiance, and the menu provided standard options. Service was efficient, but the overall experience lacked the charm of standalone restaurants. While convenient for airport dining, Motta didn't offer a memorable culinary experience in comparison to other options.
Vrry close to B5x gates, so you can have a nice meal before your flight. There is a line for sandwich and coffee and tables with service for a proper meal. We sat down, ordered a risotto and linguine and both were good. Service wasn't stellar, but was quick and efficient. No complaints about the coffee.

Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT EAT HERE. Service was utterly terrible, rude and unhappy staff. Plus waited 45 minutes for hot chips, and received cold chips. We asked multiple times, how much longer they would be, but met with hostility and rudeness, with staff on their phones, whilst there was only 5 other patrons in the restaurant. After all that, they then charged a service fee. Appalling. Terminal B, near gate B52.
food was so bad. so blend especially the seafood spaghetti. don’t expect any sauce or any type of seasoning. it literally tastes like boiled pasta put on a plate. seafood was so chewy and could taste that it was frozen and not fresh at all. the zucchini with the octopus also tasted bad. octopus tasted as though it wasn’t fresh. the service by the staff was exceptionally bad. if i could rate -10 stars, i would do it. i asked regarding the seafood pasta like why it was plain. the server’s tone sounded so sarcastic and did not help at all. she just said “it’s just like that” lol. then she went on to tell the other staff and we could see them laughing. in between had stuff as well but essentially they were talking bad about us. then came payment. i asked one of our friends to check the receipt which is what i typically do. and the staff rudely said “no later receipt will give”. so of course u went to check the menu to make sure that the price they asked us to pay is correct. and the staff at the cashier called the server that was serving us. so i went to them and the cashier showed us the pos system. the way she spoke, jesus christ. she should get fired instantly. don’t we customers have the right to check the receipt first before paying? what’s with the ridleys attitude? anyways, we pay €180 ish euros for shit ass food which we did not finish. except for one guy who ate his lasagna cause he broke af. but SHIT FOOD SHIT SERVICE. rather eat grass than go to this restaurant.
I had a very bad experience at this restaurant in the airport. The waitress, Simone, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and even showed discriminatory behavior towards Arab travelers. Her negative attitude completely ruined the atmosphere. It was obvious that many customers were leaving because of her, while other restaurants nearby were full. Instead of welcoming people, she was driving travelers away. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in an international airport where hospitality and respect should be a priority. I strongly recommend that management take action — either by providing serious training or replacing Simone — because as long as she works here, this restaurant will continue losing customers
Our flight had a serious delay and the airline offered credit of €4 per person for buying refreshments and a snack. This restaurant was listed as one of the places where the credits could be used by scanning our boarding documents. At the cash register the lady scanned both of our boarding passes and told us that the credit is only for one person. With a bitterness I cancelled the order for the meal as it's outrageously expensive for what it is and took a drink only. Back at the Ryanair desk later we were informed that it was for two, meaning that the cashier woman at this coffee stole our €4 credit. Thank you! Like we don't have enough problem. Hope she chokes on whatever she took for herself on our expense!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE to say the least. I went there to get breakfast before my flight. Went to the entrance. There was a gentleman before me who was paying for his meal. The lady who took the payment never acknowledged me, turned around and walked away. No “Hello”. No “Can I help you ? “.No “Please wait a minute”. Nothing. I waited a bit and asked some other lady behind a glass screen if someone can help me. She went and called the same lady who ignored me in the first place. Rather than apologize, she gave me attitude. I asked to speak with her manager. Her English was very very bad. I understand this is Italy but this is an international airport. Another lady came but she wasn’t the manager however she offered to get me to a table but on my way to the table she goes “ you could have a bit more patience “. Are you serious? I already did but this is an airport , not a park. 0 customer service. I don’t know who’s hiring these people but maybe try to train them a bit or try not to hire people who obviously hate their job or have no people skills. After getting lectured about my “lack of patience “ I turned around and left. I was seriously worried they might do something to my food after the whole circus so I ended up going next door to their “bakery” and got a pistachio croissant & a “cappuccino” just because I was very very hungry.Terrible. Croissant was tasteless and the crème was on top but nothing inside. Below basic cappucino. Took a bite and a sip and ended up throwing them away even though I was hungry and was gonna hop on an 11 hours flight. They seem to be the only place where you can buy food in this terminal , after security, so they seem to take advantage of that . Shameful . Try to eat before security or even better, before you get to the airport .
The staff is kind, however the Croissants are a joke. We order two with Pistacchio and they were both EMPTY and even the dough does not taste good - it’s cold and chewy. Since we were at the counter, I asked if I could get another one, with some filling in, and I got another one (supposedly with cream) that was EMPTY AGAIN. They are not cheap. Do not get fooled by stopping here.
