This is the 4th time i have gone to subway and the doors have been locked with no employees there even though they are supposed to be 24 hrs. Its always the same lady there who locks the door and sits in the back and refuses to unlock the door because she is tired. This is infuriating.

Everything was great until I pulled a frikan bone outa my mouth from my sweet onion chicken Teriyaki. Luckily, I was not eating too quickly and didnt accidently swallow it or break a tooth.

I always try to rectify a situation before leaving a rating. Well this location is horrible. Ordered 40.00+ worth of subs all modified to our liking. Figuring the subway was open for a little more than an hour, I figured they would still be taking pride in their “artistry “. I thought wrong all the sandwiches were loaded with sauces to the point where we had to take the skimpy meat serving off and use our bread at home . Nothing like paying 40 bucks for a pound of lunch meat. It’s starts at the top , after speaking to the manager this morning. She was as non caring as the people I spoke too after receiving order last night ! Horrible food horrible service!! Spend the extra 10 or 20 and go to firehouse or penn station!

if u got all the time in the world then u wouldn’t mind coming here, short staffed this is the third time I come and always just one person working while doing uber/door dash plus taking in costumers orders, there was 3 people ahead of me and usually the staffs take they’re time I was waiting almost 30 mins just for a sandwich ridiculous don’t recommend this subway they just hire anyone with no experience and leave them working alone

Always one employee working. Always a long line. Employees look distressed and uncomfortable cant handle working alone. This is crazy! They are so slow due to lack of Employees.

The dude with the tattoo was being rude to this elderly customer. I understand it’s demanding working in customer service but it just wasn’t right. I got the skimpiest sandwich made, I just had to pay for it and throw it away. Will not come back

Please have your employees ready to work . I was there this morning trying tomorder and no one came to help me , i was there for 5 min yelling “ Hello” and no one came out , and i heard someone on the back just cutting something.

If I could give this place no stars I would horrible customer service. Kept stocking the chips while I waited for my order, didn't have the cookies I paid for. So I settled for chips. They didn't even have the cookies ready or in the oven to bake. Shows me a lack of discipline and work ethic. This place sucks.

Managers check the cameras at 8:20pm on September 30. I was there for a long time and the lady just didn’t take my order. She simply didn’t care although she saw me. No excuses.
