Parking for Handicap is not Easy access. Great atmosphere. Not busy at all. Food was delicious. Generous amounts. Great variety and that includes Drinks. Good daily Specials also for lunch too.

Fisrt time and was a good experience. The wings and burgers very good as the fries and onion rings. The margarita and blue storm drinks were good. The only thing that was not good and need improvement is the Mac and cheese. Both kids love Mac and cheese and they did not like this one. Staff friendly and polite. The place clean.

Went to lunch today. Ordered bone-in wings. Asked about any dry rubs they might have and was told about three, though they were not noted on the menu. I ordered the Crawdaddy “dry rub” as directed, plus I asked for all drums. What I received was wings soaked in a wet Cajun flavored sauce, not a dry rub. I also received both drums and flats. And the wings were swimming in grease. I asked for napkins and was given the little bar napkins….With wings. The plus? The beer was cold and the young lady waiting on us was courteous and efficient. It should’ve been a tip off that the place was close to empty at lunch time. And they still charged me for just drums.

The wings are okay, and the chicken strips were a bit plain for my taste. I’ve experienced both good and mediocre service here — it really depends on the day. One downside was that they didn’t honor a special advertised on their website, which was a little disappointing. Overall, it’s an average experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

After sitting in booth for 10 mins we had to flag down 1 of the 3 waitresses at the goat stand chatting. They said they weren't told they had a table. Ordered the 1/2llb shrimp off crawfish menu with 2 corn and 2 sausage and 1 potato. They brought out the sausage and corn first with no sauce or anything which was odd. The shrimp came out with the garlic sauce and a corn but no potato. They sent it out dry after as seen in pic. Not sure why they wouldn't have tossed it all in the sauce and thought eating the corn, sausage and potato dry was a good idea. The hickory burger and sweet potato fries were good though.

The service was trash the guy at the Register acted like he didn’t wanna be there. Everytime I would ask about something on the menu he would have an attitude. And when I finally get the food it’s old and chewy like it’s been warmed up in the microwave. This was the worse restaurant I even been to in my 33 years of living

I will not be returning to this location. My coworker and I both ordered wings, and unfortunately they were old and tasted like they had been reheated. My 5-piece was hard and dry, and my coworker’s wings were the same, although she said her strips were good. It’s disappointing when wings are your main focus and they completely miss the mark. Serving old food feels unfair to paying customers.

When we got there, there were 2 other tables at 4:30 and by the time we left we were the only table there, around 5:30. Our server took our order, brought us our food and then we never saw him again...even though we could see he was walking around the restaurant. Someone else came to deliver our ticket. Many employees walking around, with no tables, and no one came to check on our drinks or even offer our kids the ice cream it says they are supposed to get with their dinner. Food was decent, but sad the service was so bad, when we were, for the majority of the time, the only table there.

If business is slow, there’s no reason for bad service. You have nothing else to do but tend to 1 table, how is that hard? Sorry for asking you to do your job. My partner and i went in at 3pm on Wednesday, i ordered buffalo wings with tots, he ordered honey citrus wings with fries. Not much to it. But when the food came out, my tots were with his honey citrus wings, his fries with mine. Wouldn’t have been an issue had the tots not also had honey citrus sauce on them. I didn’t order honey citrus wings for a reason, certainly not honey citrus tots. I mention it to the server, how our sides were on the wrong tray, but i specifically pointed out that the tots had citrus honey sauce. If they didn’t, we would have no issue just eating off each other’s tray or swapping the sides ourselves. But the server took both of our trays back to the kitchen and, having worked in food service ourselves, we thought she would replace the tots… no. She came back with the same tots, just switched to my tray. Still having honey citrus. Half of the tots, thats why it was an issue. I gave my partner the honey citrus tots and had very few left as my own side. He shared his fries of course but i came for the tots. So he got up and went to the hostess stand to ask for another side of tots. To which we got charged for, because of course. Then those tots came out and when i tell you these were the hardest most inedible tots possible, i mean it. They looked and tasted like an old batch of tots had been heated under their kitchen’s heat lamps for the past half hour. I gave a good review a few months ago because the food was good and service was decent. I’ve deleted that review because of this poor service, and poor food quality. Probably won’t be back.

Had dinner here last night. The service was terrible as was the food. The wings were served COLD. They got our order wrong. The server seemed flustered. It was not busy. We were the only table. This location has been going down for a while now. Doesn’t matter what day anymore. It used to be my favorite Big City, but I am done after last night. Don’t eat here if you value your time and taste buds.

We love big city wings , but there’s something about this location. We came in on Wednesday September 10 to grab a drink and some lunch . The restaurant only had some people at the bar , not busy , we set at a high top. We set about 15 mins and only then the bartender said he will be right there with us. And after about 5 mins the greater come to the table and asked what he can get us. We asked for a menu. I asked for specials on drinks he said 5$ whiskeys. I asked if I can get whiskey and Diet Pepsi . He brought me a tall glass. I asked if it was my drink . He said that was only Diet Pepsi . I go on I’ll just have a whiskey separate and mix it myself. He brought me the same size plastic cup with ice, without whisky. So we just set there and waisted 25 minutes of our time and decided to take our business elsewhere.

Please go eat anywhere else but here. The food is overpriced and TERRIBLE. I ate “buffalo” wings that tasted like FISH. The buffalo sauce had a watered down taste to it. The jalapeno poppers were awful. Fries were cold. The total for my wife and I was $73. I could’ve gone to saltgrass, shogun, Olive Garden paying that much for such crappy food.

I will never go back here again. Makes me not even want to try the other franchises. The service was terrible hostess was great super sweet and kind but the server, cook, and management were BEYOND rude. Everything we asked for felt like a burden for them. I got medium buffalo wings.... the wings were bone dry not a single drop of sauce on them. When I asked the waiter to bring a side of the sauce I asked for out he tried to charge me for it. Then asked for the manager (the one with the birthmark on her face didn't get her name.) and she said "that's how they come" we sat there just staring at eachother then she finally said "but I'll get you some" with an attitude. She then walked to the back with the cook and the waiter making rude comments, making big hand jesters and shrugging her shoulders like we couldn't hear and see her. At that point we paid, got up, and left. I will be contacting corporate for this behavior. Ridiculous. UPDATE: I am now sick as a dog throwing up. Pretty sure I have food poisoning.
