Great food and service. Our waitress maria was amazing!!! Will eat here again and recommend it to others.

The food was very good, and while there was a bit of a wait, it was worth it. Our table was also clean, and it was a very relaxed atmosphere, and I didn't hear any cursing or arguments from the workers despite being seated near the kitchen. The waitress, Juana, was also very kind and I actually noticed her helping many customers, and was very friendly and patient even with the disabled and elderly. I struggled with my phone, and she didn't make me feel bad at all about it. Definitely recommend Denny's in Springdale!

Upon entering I was greeted by patrice who was such a sweetheart and was our waitress. My fiance was coming down on a cold and sore flu and patrice went out her way to make sure we were well taken care of. Had a late dinner with my husband. It had been a while since we both went to Dennys, so we thought we'd give it a try. As soon as we walked in there was only one server who was taking care of a table that got there before us, so there was a bit of a wait before we got sat but that's no issue for the both of us. While waiting, we did notice a bell sitting on the counter that had a note saying, "If you have been waiting for more than 2 minutes, then ring me" I found that to be so incredibly rude especially for your wait staff. When we finally got seated, I ordered the sirloin steak med rare, and my husband ordered the double cheese burger. Our food only took a couple of minutes to arrive after we ordered my steak was definitely not med rare nor was it seasoned at all because it tasted very bland, the veggies and the rice on the other hand were very delicious. However, I still quite enjoyed my meal. Hannah, our server, made sure that we were all set for us to enjoy our meal and made the visit there very welcoming. My only complaint would be that I did not once see a manager that could have come out to help the only server either seat people or run food.

Smelled like breakfast when we walked in, seated in under 5 min. Philly cheesesteak omelet was really good; steak was very flavorful and topped with salsa really knocked it out of the park! It was amazing! I don't remember my server's name but she was incredibly kind! I came here twice on two different Thursdays recently. She remembered my group and offered us the same seating since it was currently available. The first time I got the choconana something or other, it was pancakes with chocolate chips baked into it(?) and bananas on top. I got it with hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, and sausage links. As for a drink, I got a strawberry banana smoothie. The pancakes were good, though not remarkable. The bananas were the same. The chocolate part of the pancakes was great, however- I quite enjoyed the blend of the flavours and textures. The hashbrowns weren't quite to my liking, but they weren't awful. The eggs and sausage links were average. The smoothie, on the other hand, was incredible! The second time I came, I got a double cheeseburger with no onions, along with seasoned fries and a chocolate milkshake. The cheeseburger was amazing, very filling! The fries were good, as well! The milkshake was not great, in my opinion. Something in the mixture ratio bothered me, though I'm not a milkshake connoisseur, so I sadly cannot pinpoint what exactly it was. My partner and I ate different things both times, so I got to try a few other things. The tropical smoothie was alright. It is not something I enjoy, but I didn't find it nasty or poor quality. It reminded me of the kiwi & mango juice my school used to serve on occasion. The crinkle fries were decent— average, but not in a bad way. In that you'd expect them to taste that way. The vanilla milkshake was about the same as the chocolate milkshake, only vanilla. I would rate the atmosphere, however, I am not sure exactly what people look for in those. I could tell I was in a restaurant by a road! The lighting was okay, I don't have much to say about that. If I recall correctly, the colors inside the restaurant were fairly warm. It wasn't busy at all either time I went. The parking lot was occupied by what was probably less than ten cars. I went around 16:00 the first time, and 16:30 the second time. There was quite a bit of traffic, though it wasn't unnavigatable. I think that's about it! Overall experience rating would be 8/10. Two deducted for some of the food. First time I went with 4 people including myself, we spent about ~$66 in total. Second time was with 5 (inc. me), ~$75 total.

It's Dennys. I rarely want to ever go. I don't know why because their food is pretty decent. It wasn't crowded on Valentine's Day. We liked that. We both felt bad, I had awful relentless headache but starving. I have trouble with many meats but their t bone is tender enough to be no trouble for me. I ordered medium. It was a touch over that. But great flavor. Hubs mad they didn't have boiled eggs for his Cobb salad. Scrambled eggs suggested was not a good combo. Their crotons are garlicy and good. Ranch is pretty good. Had a hamburger. They are usually great. This time it was dripping oil. Unsure if they changed the meat/fat ratio to save money or if the cook did not drain it before putting it on the bun. Will be awhile before having another one. Will keep to their breakfast menu.

My wife and I came here for a late night dinner a little after 11PM, there was only one server as far as we could see who was busy with a table who was there before us but we were fine waiting. Last night I dined at Denny's, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I initially ordered a specific meal, but there seemed to be a mix-up in the kitchen. When my order finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that the portion size was noticeably smaller than what I had expected. The quality of the food was okay, but the error in my order and the subsequent smaller portion size left me somewhat disappointed. I hope they can work on their attention to detail and customer service to ensure a more consistent dining experience for all patrons.

If I could give a negative rating I would. We waited 40 minutes for everyone to get their food, and then one of my friend's food was room temperature. Two of my friends didn't even get their food until 15 minutes after everyone else, when one had the same thing as someone who had already been served. There were 5 of us and a toddler. Our server was also very rude. She was kind to the the older ladies in our group but when it came to me and one of my friends she practically ignored us and didnt even ask everything about our orders like I heard other servers doing at different tables. She also served us warm water. They were also out of chicken and my friend had ordered some for her toddler but the server did not tell us until everyone's food was already out. Overall it was an awful experience, I would not recommend going to this Denny's with a group of more than 3.

Food is always cold. Never enough servers so don't expect anything fast and when it comes to delivery, do yourself a favor and just don't order. Milkshakes are watery and always missing a item from a delivery order. What a let down from a respectable franchise, this location needs major improvements

Saw the waitress, Marciolina, throw a ketchup bottle at another table. They're understaffed and probably overworked, I get, but doesn't excuse the tantrum. My hash browns were just shreds of raw potato that were still crunchy and undercooked. Sweet tea had so much sugar it was syrupy. Didnt tip.

Will absolutely not be back to this location. Server was alright but acted as if she had no idea what to do. There was people at the front complaining because they had been waiting 30 mins to pay. Then our fries and chicken came out like a dirty shoe brown almost burnt black with oil dripping from them. Absolutely bad oil and old fries. The chicken tenders u could not eat without tasting oil and it being old oil. Asked to speak to the manager. Lady comes out stating that there is not even a manager on foot that she didn’t know what to do about it but she would try to see if she knew what was wrong. Long story short do no recommend for atleast any fried food at all!!!
