I feel like often times, folks leave reviews when they had a bad experience but skip when they've had a good one. I come to this location 2-3x a week. Most of the time, my iced coffee is made to perfection and my stuffed bagel minis are nice and hot! Specifically want to shoutout Eric at the window for being so detail-oriented and having great energy so early in the morning. My coffee order has a few bells and whistles and he makes sure that it's just as I asked. Kind people are the best! Thanks, Eric!!!!

Love me a donut shop! I gave the food a lower rating because they didn’t have a great selection and were out of or limited on a number of donuts my kids wanted.

Terrible place. It looks like there is no Manager in charge. I’ve been there before and always got ran out of something. Today I had to wait for a plain bagel to be ready and what I received was a joke, undercook and ugly bagle besides they ran out of regular cream cheese so I had to grab an strawberry flavor cream cheese, not my favorite.

I decided to go to Dunkin to get a shake the other day and to my surprise they were all out of the ice cream that I wanted. Then I was told that the shake machine “didn’t work…” who’s running this place???? Seems to me the only thing not working is your workers.

I went here for the first time last month and did not experience any issues so I was excited to return. I asked for the glaze donut holes because I had them last time and it was so good. surprisingly they were out of it and not only were they out of the glazed ones, but the other options were low in stock as well. I ultimately got a different flavor despite my disappointment, but upon biting into it, I realized it was cold and hard. I thought the bad reviews were not true because I had a good first experience, but my second experience was disappointing. It’s not even close to the time they close, so I was just confused how none of the workers looked concerned with making any more.

This was my first time at this Dunkin’s location. Sadly it wasn’t any better than the last few Dunkin’s I’ve patronized. I bought glazed blueberry and good old plain glazed donuts. They were small and not very good. Both types were glazed, but the glaze was meager at best. I’ve eaten better donuts from supermarket bakeries, and those are never anything to brag about. The service was good and the employees friendly, but I didn’t stop by to purchase good feels.

Our experience was disappointing and frustrating. Not only did it ruin our morning, but it also put our baby in an uncomfortable situation. The service was slow, and it seemed like the female staff were prioritizing each other over the drive through or just standing. We had to wait 7-10 minutes for our order, and when a kind gentleman finally took our order, the coffee was served with an open lid, causing it to spill all over our table and wet our breakfast. When we brought this to their attention, they didn't offer any compensation or apologies. We had to reorder, and the same gentleman was called in to take our order again. He seemed amused when I mentioned the coffee incident. Paying twice for the same food was the final straw. If you're not going to provide good service, perhaps it's better to close and let customers find alternative options.

I used to come to this location frequently, when it first opened. However, over the years, I have noticed that the taste in the coffee has become unbearable. For some reason there’s always a nasty aftertaste depending on which flavor you order. The coffee all taste like medicine or some strange chemicals. The employees seem pretty friendly and they want to make things work, but the taste is the problem. I’ve also read that this is not the only location that has a taste quality issue, but it is one of those few locations unfortunately.

8:45 am they didn't have any variety of donuts, I ordered a matcha drink it was mostly milk. Had a reward on the app for $3 protein drink they didn't know how to apply and i paid $5 for a medium not full protein milk.

Seriously Ed the baker would be disappointed. For the second time in a month I placed a mobile order and the store was not even open because the employees did not show up to open it. The Dunkin app allows customers to place orders even though employees don’t show up to work. Good luck with this location because even when they are open the coffee is many times hit or miss tasting.

Spring location Dunkin Donuts has time after time either provided incorrect order or missed items that I've paid for via drive thru. This location also lacks customer service. For example today I ordered 3 medium black coffees with cream and sugar on the side because it is always my luck that the staff lack experience on providing a consistent drink quality. I also had requested a small coffee with cream and sugar for my sister and they gave it to me black. Went inside the store after waiting at the drive thru window with no team member at site for 5 minutes to request cream and sugar for the small coffee and the team member had an attitude as if I've offended her for requesting for what I had paid for. Below are different experiences that I have encountered at this location. -coffee too bitter possibly prematurely pour due to lack of patience in waiting for a complete brew -bagel cream cheese spread is never consistent, either I get barely any pictures attached. - missed hash browns within drive thru order x2 -coffee served has been cold -asked for cream cheese on the side, apparently this is the only location that does not invest in individual packaged cream cheese like all other locations I've been too, plus no plastic knifes are provided Needless to say this store is at a great location yet lacks customer service and needs to either re-train the team members who work in the weekend shifts to really start caring about the customers, and their experience. I have been to this location twice this week. The first time I ordered a vanilla coffee with cream and sugar and a black pepper bacon sandwich with extra bacon. The drink didn’t have any of the sugar or cream added and my sandwich did not have the extra bacon. Today went through again and it was the same. Didn’t get a straw had to ask for one , no napkins and my sandwich again did NOT have the extra bacon. The African American girl at the window is not friendly at all and seems to not want to be accommodating at all ! She needs a new job not in customer service.

genuinely just don’t come here, it’s really not worth it. service was terrible and pretty nonexistent and the cookie butter cold brew i ordered was nasty. they didn’t bother to put any cookie butter syrup in it, no cookie butter cold foam (they didn’t bother telling me they were out until they were already handing me the made drink at the window for some reason) and didn’t bother putting the extra stevia i asked for in the drink either. dunkin coffee on its own is not good so essentially just giving me a cup of plain black cold brew is a no from me… in the year of 2025 we need to stop patronizing businesses who clearly don’t care but want people to keep shelling out money to pay for their nasty products

This location is literally the worst customer service I have encountered anywhere! I’ve been here multiple times with a mobile order and this guy that works in the drive thru has so much attitude JUST for a pick up order. I can’t even imagine if I had to place a simple order with him. For my last order, he quickly handed my mobile order drink and ran off to the back of the store, didn’t give me a straw. I kept knocking on the window and he never came back. I eventually had to leave and drive home 15 minutes away before I could drink my drink properly. Don’t ruin your day by coming to this location. You’re much better off at the Dutch bros near by

This was the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to, first the coffee was absolutely awful and poorly flavored. I was so excited for my first pumpkin spice of the season and I couldn’t taste anything other than bitter coffee and milk. Then the bagel bites I’m pretty sure were not even cooked all the way, still very cold in the middle, not at all how they are suppose to taste. Tasted like eating a ball of dough with cold cream cheese 🤮 I’ve had all of these items at other Dunkin’ and they never tasted this awful. I couldn’t even chew the first bite and started gagging immediately and had to wash it down with disappointment coffee. Never going to this one again it’s freaking gross and poorly trained employees for sure

This is the third time in the row every time I took a bagel with the cream cheese they put the cream cheese on side. This is all drive-through pickups. also took latte with the one pump French vanilla, but it is more more sweeter than one pump.
