Jaro was super nice and friendly. He was also very patient since I messed up my order and had school coupons on top of that. For 3-4 in the afternoon there was little food ready but the restaurant was very busy. But Jaro kept updating us of the readiness of our order. We got there at 3:30 and didn’t get our food til 4:00. The girl at the register ignored him as he was explaining my order to her so that resulted in calling the manager twice. Then he was ignored again when he told his manager, Eric that my order was waiting on the teriyaki chicken. So that resulted in them forgetting the chicken in one of the kids meals. Jaro apologized and said that it was only his third day but I thought he did great.
Crystal & Sam (as well as everyone on the team! were extremely warm when they greeted me the second I walked in the door! I was very impressed observing how kind and attentive Crystal & Sam were with every guest. I come from a background of fine dining for 6 years where attention to detail is necessary, so when I see that in other establishments I like to ensure recognition is given. Please extend a raise to Crystal & Sam because it’s their kind of service that will attract countless customers to come back! The food is great but it’s the customer service that brings me back then over the food. Crystal and Sam, you both have BRIGHT FUTURE AHEAD! Warm Regards, Joel
The customer service in the store is top-tier 10/10 Andrea is an amazing cook and she’s so so sweet Jason is an amazing worker and he’s so amazing to talk to you as well and the manager soooooo nice Don’t know that other guys name and I don’t know there was a new guy there. I believe he was really nice too.
My husband and I came in today after a rough day, and the server we had named Nae was SO SWEET. She was very considerate and patient and helped me with figuring out what everything was, I’ve only been like 3 times my whole life lol. She was very happy to help and was so kind hearted. There was this photo on the wall that I read as I was eating, good to see yall actually live up to these expectations 😊 God bless
Great guy in the order window was epicly polite and attentive and friendly. Gave me a sprite for the weight parked me had my phone out right away at 9:15.
We were welcomed and served by Lyn! My partner and I got a family meal with 3 entrees and 2 sides. The black pepper chicken, broccoli and beef, and orange chicken was fresh and tasty! We downloaded the app and saved 25% on our visit today and even got fortune cookies! Our box was so cutely packaged! I appreciate how caring and helpful Lyn was! Told my partner we must go back! After our family meal purchase on the app today, we will get a free appetizer on our next visit! So it’s worth getting the app if you love Panda!

Great staff! On 9/30 at 2:45pm the staff dealt with a very rude woman. She was wanting them to customize her meal and have it cooked a certain way, which I’m shocked they entertained for her. But when it took longer than she liked, she was snappy and rude. The staff never became unprofessional and dealt with her phenomenally. Kudos to this staff today.

Usually tastes good and gives a lot of food for the price
Edit: I have to change the rating here. Not sure what’s going on with the portion on the sides but the last few times has been super light on the chow mein and rice. This time the chow mein is all cabbage. This Panda Express location is one of the best. Food just tastes like it has a bit higher quality. Crew is always super friendly
Food is fine, the issue is the wait. Whether you stop for a quick bite.. well. Skip the quick part. It seems they are short staff or not sure. Been in the drive through for 30 mins and I’m still waiting on my food. Not good. Last time i come to this location.

After waiting forever, I was told they were out of food. since there’s no way to get out of the line with cars in front and behind me, I was trapped in the drive thru for 25 min with no food to look forward to 😭. This is the slowest Panda Express I’ve ever visited. This isn’t the first time I’ve been in their drive thru for an insane amount of time, doesn’t matter the time of day. Only reason it isn’t one star is because in past visits, their food is really tasty if you have the time and patience to wait for it.
Placed a mobile order to pick up. Arrived 5 minutes after the scheduled pick up time to find the order wasn’t even being made yet. I waited another 15 minutes as I watched other customers walk in the door and be served while I stood there waiting for my mobile order to be started. What’s the point of ordering ahead to see customers walk in behind you and served first?
The broccoli beef has no beef and tastes weird, chicken wasn't chopped, fried rice too salty. Amount too little. Won't come again unless dying of hunger.

Only come here if you have an hour or more time to waste sitting in the drive thru. And yeah don’t even dare going in the inside you will wait longer. It don’t matter what day of the week or time of the day you come you will wait 100%

Broccoli/beef on the left (string bean chicken on the right). Please just observe the miniscule amount of beef they gave me. Might as well just order a whole entire plate of broccoli. Kinda wanted some meat too but ok.

Was craving the honey walnut shrimp today, very disappointing to spend$50 to taste only mustard in the shrimp no sweetness, no honey just mustard
No line. Staff was joking with each other as a staff member was leaving. I was at first ignored by service staff. When they finally greeted me the member working the drive through was shoveling the last of the supergreens into a drive through customers orders. Very disappointed.
Drive thru took close to 20 mins and made me late to work. If the drive thru lady told me they were waiting on a certain item I would have switched my meal to something that was ready a little faster. She never came to our window once. Terrible customer service.
I wish my phone didn't enhance the colors. Most items I wanted they said I would have to wait to get so I settled and it's only 6pm . The beef broccoli tasted disgusting and had a really weird color to them too. I'm hoping I don't get food poisoning from what I tried. Very disappointed with this location.
Absolutely awful! How can you call it Teriyaki chicken when you never give teriyaki sauce! I have ordered this many times and 9/10 times they don’t give any sauce so it’s just grilled chicken. This happens at every Panda Express I’ve tried by the way. Even if you ask for extra they will give you none. Just change the name from Teriyaki chicken to grilled chicken and be honest with your customers. Save yourself the hassle of coming to this chain and go somewhere else. They clearly have no quality control or customer service.
Out of food at 12 noon? Only had 3 main choices. Non orange chicken, no Beijing beef, no shrimp... Egg roll was cold. Noodles are 75 percent NOT noodles. Management OBVIOUSLY doesn't care as they haven't responded to 1 single poor review. Pretty sad compared to what this place used to be.... Don't plan on coming back
I guess its 1:30pm and the inside is locked and no note on the door, I guess the company doesn't want anyone's business.
Extremely Rude & Unprofessional.. Unacceptable Behavior!! I'm an Uber Eats delivery driver and I got an order from here and was instructed to pick it up at the drive-thru window. When I got there I told them the name of the order and a female manager almost gave me someone else's order, when they realized that they had already given my order to someone else. I asked if they were going to remake the order and the manager slammed the window on me and walked away. Since they didn't communicate anything with me, I sat at the drive-thru window for about 10 minutes thinking they would remake the order until someone else pulled in behind me.. She then came back and yelled at me to get out of her drive-thru. I tried to remain mature and professional, asking why she couldn't remake the order since it was her mistake for giving it to someone else, and she just kept yelling at me to get out of her drive-thru and being extremely rude. I had to report this incident to Uber Eats and in the end, they penalized me, the driver, for having cancelled the order due to the irresponsibility of the manager, on top of them extremely rude to me for absolutely no reason. I understand mistakes happen sometimes, but this is no way to treat anyone in customer service. The least she could've done was apologized for her mistake and told me they aren't able to remake the order so I could've just cancelled it and left without a scene, but the manager decided to give me an attitude for a mistake on her own part. I am just trying to do my job just like her and everyone else, there's no reason to act like that. This behavior is completely unacceptable, the management here needs to do a better job at tracking their orders right and keeping their anger issues outside of work. I will make sure everyone in this area knows to avoid this specific location!!
Places an order online and given a 30 minute pickup time. I showed up on time and had to wait another 30 minutes to pick up my order, while walk in orders were served. It seems that you are penalized for placing an order online and you should just walk in and place a order.
Every time we go here they don't have something we want but honestly it makes no difference because we wait for a long time regardless of what we order and it's a 50/50 if we get the right thing or even get the right number of things we ordered (multiple times I've gotten a plate with only one protein in the box)

This girl Mariah is super rude. I got the the restaurant well before closing and she wouldn’t let me in and told me to go to the drive through. The line was long so I had to wait about 15-20 minutes to get to the window. Bu the time I got there she said we’re closed and slammed the window in my face and locked it. Luckily the manager Jaro saw me and came to the window and took my order. I’m not sure what happened to this panda in the past couple weeks but it’s gone super far down hill in service. There no reason people with attitudes like Mariah should be working there. Thankfully Jaro is a good guy and knows how to do his job. That man needs a raise
Doesn’t take 1 hour for the drive through, arrived and ordered at 8:45, got to the window and only got my drinks at 9:12, got my food 9:40, food was great .
I had to wait for part of my meal which wasn’t a big deal. But when I got home I realized I didn’t even get what I waited for. Instead I got something with nuts in it and I’m allergic so I could even eat my food
The worst Panda Express I have ever been to. I came in at 6pm on a Tuesday, and had to wait in line for 45 mins. The line was moving super slow because there was nobody manning the counter and register. Everybody was working on the drive thru, online orders and kitchen. Once I was finally able to order, I got the family meal and had to wait even more because some of the dishes were empty and they had to make more. They packed my order and just left it on the counter until I noticed and had to call for someone to the register to pay. The food was somewhat cold when I finally got it. Horrible experience. Save yourself the headache and just go somewhere else.

Thank goodness I went inside to see the food being prepared and trying to serve me. While standing there watching my order be prepared by the manager since she was in the black, button - down shirt, I had to stop and ALERT ⚠️ her since was distracted taking another order over the phone while preparing my food that the teriyaki chicken that she was chopping up to serve me was still pink🤢 And not just a little undercooked, it was RAWWWWWW!!!😱🤢🤢🤢🤢 Long story short, after what for the manager to come from the back and finish preparing my order. Idecided to canceled the order and left!!! Salmonella will mske you violently ill or worse kill you! Went across the parking lot to Bao's Cafe and their food and customer service is top tier!

I picked out all the chilies and had quite a large pile on my tray. How about the cooks get retrained to learn how to actually cook?

Every location did it at the same time, with zero explanation, zero warning, and absolutely no justification. The portions didn’t increase, the quality didn’t improve, and nothing about the experience changed, except the price. This feels like a blatant cash grab, not a reasonable adjustment. Raising prices across the board for no clear reason is a terrible business practice and a slap in the face to regular customers. If this is how Panda Express plans to treat its customers, don’t be surprised when people stop coming back.
