This potbelly is very friendly and the food is fresh. I have now visited quite a bit and can say the food is consistent! They are quick if you place a mobile order and so far everything has been correct and food fresh!
Amazing service! There was an error for my order but I called and spoke to the manager and he immediately resolved it and went the extra mile which we really appreciated! Highly recommend this location!
Food was delicious, service was excellent and James the new manager has one of the cleanest kitchens I’ve seen. As a service technician in the trades, I typically shy away from eating at restaurants I service, but this location is definitely the exception for that. Most people don’t actually get to see the kitchen of the place they are eating at, but I can confirm, James and his crew are above and beyond what other restaurants consider “acceptable”. Highly recommend this location. 10/10
This was my first visit to this store. I ordered an original BLTA on wheat and was pleased with the offering. One thing that Pot Belly does different to the other sandwich stores is they toast the sandwich buns which adds to the flavour. My partner ordered the roast beef on white and loved it. Good sized servings and fresh ingredients. Highly recommended.
Great food..customer service could definitely be better. Don't expect any help with discounts or coupons here..unless you are tan free.
The service was great!! The gentleman at the counter was very good at his job. My issue is with the food itself. It seemed that everything lacked flavor. I ordered the "A Wreck" sandwich. The only thing I actually tasted was the hot pepper mix. The meat and cheese seemed flavorless. The bread...wasn't good...kind of hard. A part of the order was a strawberry milkshake. It was mostly just vanilla ice cream, meaning you could literally see the plain white ice cream underneath the thin top that was barely mixed with strawberry (pictures below)In the words of the younger generation, they didn't understand the assignment. The chicken and dumpling gravy tasted like it was made with flour and water only. All in all, it was one of the most flavorless experiences I've had anywhere. But, I blame myself for deviating from McAlister's for our weekly luncheon.
Check your bill and get the receipt. They will tip themselves if you don't with your credit card. My last visit to this place was 2-24-26 bc at 6:30 pm. My recipt said 32 but when I checked my bank statement they charged me 40.99. A 9 doller tip. Thieves!!
March 8 2026 6pm Worst experience at this potbelly today . Girls were rude and found a hair in my sandwich, so disappointed as I’ve never had a problem here
Excellent sandwiches. I ordered and attempted to pay with cash. They did not have change. I had to go to scholotskys next door and purchase an item from them to get change to purchase my items at Potbelly. No apologies for the inconvenience.
Perks discounts not honored and orders are cancelled without notification. Your website sucks and you’ve wasted my time and screwed up my dinner and lost a long time customer. The last time you had the BOGO, my wife’s order through her Perks account was cancelled. I thought maybe it was flagged by the credit card company as fraud since I used the same card for my order and her’s. Minor inconvenience as they made her order and applied the discount in store. Today, with another BOGO offer advertised, I again placed an order through my account and my wife attempted an order through her account. Her account was gone. Not a password issue, just gone. We signed her up again but the BOGO offer wasn’t there. We go back to my account and notice the BOGO is “per order” not per person and the offer still worked. We placed 2 additional orders to pick up at 6:15. I arrived at the store and 2 of 3 orders had been canceled. Explanation was that I could only use the offer once. That’s fine and I understand, except for the obvious problems: 1. It clearly states per order not per customer 2. I received no notifications of the cancellations. 3. Website account history still shows my orders and the pickup time, no cancellations 4. My wife’s account was inexplicably deleted and the offer was not available to her after we signed her up again 5. No attempt by store manager to do anything other than “provide feedback about the website”. 6. My wife is a separate person and they should have at least filled her order with the discount, but they didn’t care. I’m sitting here writing without dinner since only one order worked. You suck, fix your website, notify your customers when orders are cancelled, and correct the wording in your offers. This should all be obvious and should not have to be brought to your attention by a former customer. Edit: the website eventually updated to show the cancelled orders but way too late to be useful. I did receive emails but they arrived at 5:57 for a 6:15 pickup and I was already on my way, so again not useful.
They run out of broccoli soup like they don’t make enough and it’s one of the most asked for on the menu
I stopped by the drive-thru and ordered a big AvoTurkey sandwich on multigrain bread, thin cut, with the works. I asked for it to be cut in half and wrapped separately, with hot peppers on only one half of the sandwich. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found that the sandwich was not wrapped individually as requested. On top of that, it was cut very unevenly one side was noticeably larger than the other. Even worse, the hot peppers were spread across both halves. The otger half, which was meant to be pepper free for someone else, still had slices of peppers and was spicy throughout. That person wasn’t able to enjoy their part at all. It may seem like small details, but when you ask for something a certain way, especially for someone who can’t handle spicy food, it really matters. Also, sandwiches should be cut evenly in half by default. I'm disappointed this time.
Went through the drive thru at 445 on a Saturday, and they were randomly closed or just not answering the phone or drive thru. Looked dark inside but the door and online says you’re open. Not a person who works here in sight. Annoyed because I’m now late for work cause I waited for someone and I still didn’t get food on my lunch break.
Put order in online for pickup, I asked about my order that was suppose to be in box and treated rudely. So I stood there and waited for 5 to 10 minutes for her to get other one customer out the door. Then she handed me a already made bag of food. Mine was only bag there and not on shelf , hot sandwiches all cold. I am done with this store, Jersey Mike's always polite. This is not the first time someone has been rude or snippie. She was actually acting like I was annoying her by just being there. Saturday at 9:20 on 9/25/25.
I came to get lunch during my break and went through the drive through with the intention to be quick and get back home. I don’t usually go to this location because it’s a bit of a drive from my house and I’m closer to the location in The Woodlands. I ordered a $7.99 combo and a cup of chilli and the issues started in the drive thru when the order taker almost charged me $18. After we got the price taken care of, I paid and continued home without checking, the bag felt heavy and since I’ve previously worked at potbelly years ago I felt it was an appropriate weight for the order. I drove all the way home and realized the order was missing a bag of chips. Yes I was extremely frustrated but when I called I didn’t curse or behave rudely when telling the male worker my order was missing a bag of chips. He laughed at me, didn’t apologize for the mistake and told me to come get a bag of chips. I arrived and asked for the workers name and they wouldn’t release it, fair. I then told the manager and nothing further was done. Just a sorry with a smirk. I will not be returning to this location because of this situation.
Long time potbelly fan Went today & got a roast beef sandwich The roast beef was 1/4 inch thick and the bread was nearly still raw as well as the meat was cold cold. Was so bad I Demanded a refund and return the sandwich, I got my refund back of just the $8.59 sandwich cost, and NOT the sandwich money plus bacon added & tax. Bad business
I bought a sandwich at around 3ish on Thursday. I was sick as a dog all day yesterday with Diarrhea & reflux that burned my throat. Today I can’t eat because of intestinal cramps. I called yesterday to warn them chicken salad was tanted & same guy who make I sandwich answers, and asked for receipt I told him look in trash you threw it away. No calls from Potbelly today voicing concern. I latterly ate there with dash or drive through once a week for chicken sandwich, but now since no one cares I won’t either when it’s closed. Other half of sandwich is in trash.
